We stopped here on the way to Virginia. This place was so clean and nice. The bathrooms were very well maintained. Carmesha was very friendly and helpful. Please forgive me if I misspelled your name. The parking lot was large and easy to maneuver with my camper attached. Definitely a place I will stop by in my travels. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. Turned into a terrible travel center in last year or so . I don't understand why good employees have left and replaced with garbage attitude employees that don't respect or do what they are paid to do .Wendy's what a joke . Employees give major attitudes. I won't spend my time or money and get some kids attitude , no thanks I'm not your trash can to dump your crap in . Keep it take it home and live with it.Far as having one lady employee at night the men's restroom is disgusting at 5 am as I get ready for work . No coffee what so ever. It a travel center I would think coffee should be important. So sad to go from a number one location to a complete dump in little over a years time . Good luck I only see passing by in my future now .

WARNING If I could I'd be giving this place a negative five stars. A lot of the employees were in the back with only one cash register open. There was a huge line of customers and it to 30 minutes to finally get my two sodas paid for. I will NEVER be waiting that long again because if it takes more than 5 minutes I'll be putting the products back and walking out. This truck stop has been added to my not getting another red cent list.Customer service was less than desirable.

Did a 10 hereAll of the staff I have encountered are very friendly and helpful Showers/bathrooms are clean and spacious.There is a Wendy s inside. They are 24 hrs.There is also a hot box by the register.The hot box mostly had fried food for dinner. For breakfast it was full of sandwiches and all the morning fixings. They have beer Many spots to walk dog. It looks like no one has collected trash for a few days in the parking lot. All the cans are full and overflowing.

$2.99 for a liter of soda. Now either your stupid or the management and every single employee working here is. This is clearly a 25 ounce. The rip off continues

Pretty big truck stop with about 9 fuel islands and a Cat Scale.. somewhat clean inside and out.. they have a Wendy's on site.. that's where I ate and they were kinda slow but they got my order right.. most of the tables hadn't been cleaned and the employees were confused about which orders were whose.. there's also Mexican take out food and Pizza near the registers..

My husband came in last night and left out later the next morning The employees were super nice everywhere he went from the Wendy's all the way to the cashiers. The bathrooms were clean and everywhere I went was clean. The parking lot was easy to get in and get out alsp no pot holes.

7 in the morning, no food out for breakfast. Cashier extremely rude has no clue. Her only response is the cook is new and I don't know.. wouldn't even go back and check on cook. Frito lay rep and I were the only one on the store side..he just shook is head...

First, I d like to start off with the young man at the register. His name is Jaylin. He is the man he needs to become the manager of the boss of this place. Now there s a young lady, name Miss Jennifer, and keep in mind. This is Thanksgiving night all their food But they had on the counter and employee told me it s not fresh and as you can see it s all dark so it s been sitting all day. I asked Miss Jennifer if there s gonna be a discount because her own employee said it s not fresh she said nope no discount I asked her so you re basically saying that you re going to serve Food that is completely brown damn near black for full price as if it was fresh food she said absolutely I haven t eaten Thanksgiving today and I m starving I was the only food available. Her behavior was unacceptable and the fact that she had a smirk and a displeasing face as she was saying that she would charge me full value for dried up shriveled damn near Black and her own employee saying that that food was far from fresh no discount or hospitality at the road ranger with Miss Jennifer on staff get rid of her by the way my employment is law-enforcement US marshal, and once again the young man Jaylin at the register, charming patient and considerate

Heyyyyy loooookkkkk, I'm on my way back to Douglasville Georgia and I needed gas after leaving Tulsa Oklahoma... I'm sure not that impressed with turnpike services after living in Miami Florida for 6 years due to how pricey things are. But I was very surprised to find that gas and food was not that expensive and the food was very good here. The men's restrooms were very well kept and the outside parking lots are clean. This was my 2nd trip into Tulsa Oklahoma as I do travel a lot. I'm a nurse by profession but I have been a EMT/Inter. for 6 years before that. Drivers listen... DONT PASS THIS STOP if sleepy or in need of a break from the road. It's safe so stop over and get some rest. Why kill yourself or someone else because you've got a selfish time table to meet. I give 7 1/2 stars on a 5 star rating scale.

No soap in Bathroom or hand sanitizer. Fresh Bean coffee machine was not working..said " no service- needs cleaning".

Road Ranger at EXIT 216 off I40 west in Brinkley best place to stop. It's nice, it's clean, cheapest gas. Has a Wendy's,Tacos and Dan's famous Pizza . The rest of the area including restaurants are nasty .

First time there. Easy in and out off I-40. There is plenty of available fuel pumps. The store has very clean restrooms and a great selection of drinks and snacks. The staff was very friendly.

Get here early for parking. Fills up quick and then it's creative parking. Food options are Wendy's and Tejas Taco. Went with Tejas Taco which I wasn't impressed. Very bland no flavor. Parking lot is one of the most dirtiest I've ever seen. Road Ranger is promoting bad behaviors by not having any trash cans available. Only plus to visit was that the staff was friendly and professional.

Newer truckstop. The john deere heavy equipment is stuck in the runoff pond from the parking lot. I spent 34 hours there & saw no one retrieving the deere.Wendys chili is good.

Two stars cause the place is at least clean on the inside. They can t seem to collect trash or fill up the windshield cleaning buckets. It s always like this when I stop here. Never stop again.

Wow wasn't prepared for 2.99 for 5 onion rings and a wad of wax paper kinda expensive. Pizza wasn't to bad. Wasn't a lot of meat for a meatlovers

Food is fresh & great! the cook on staff at the time, Vito, was great! The front desk staff is very nice I do recommend!

Stopped in for diesel, restrooms, and Wendys. All three were great! Restrooms were clean. The souvenirs were plentiful. Gas was decently priced (probably not the cheapest in the area, but not much more.)

Came in Saturday and I must say the co manager Kamesha is soooooo rude and disrespectful.. You don't know how to talk to your customer and you def don't need the position you have.. If you don't like your job then QUIT!!! ALSO cussing in front of customers while on your head phone is def not professional.. Be happy you have a job but yall really need to do better at this location.. the worst road ranger I ever been to!!

Worst ever experience at my favorite station that making me question stopping here in the future. :-(I prepaid for my gas with my debit card on the correct gas pump, Cashier was joking around and playing with other employees in the store, forgot what pump I said and put my prepaid gas on the wrong pump. Her solution to me was .... I thought you said a different pump. You will have to swipe your card again and pay for the pump where your car is sitting, ma'am. I asked ... what happens to the other gas I already prepaid for ... they looked totally confused and said ... you SHOULD ... get that money back. As of today, that money has NOT posted back to my card. That was a week ago.

I rarely come to Road Ranger, but I my have to rethink it from now on. The parking lot is nice and clean with lots of room. If I'm back this way I will most definitely come back.

Personally I lo e this place great food, Wendy's Tejas Tacos has great fajitas 2 for 7.00. It does fill up fast if your not here by 1800 you probable won't get a spot. Friendly staff. GREAT PLACE.

Stopped on road trip Dec 11. Ummmmm, just not a clean facility. Should have went to the One9 across the road.

Great stop on our 8 hour drive from Texas to Mississippi. Lots of selection for snacks, treats, and trinkets.Clean bathrooms!!! So hard to find well maintained clean bathrooms on long road trips. Highly recommended for a mandatory or planned bathroom break.

The road ranger was pretty good and not too bad.It was a little gas station/ food stop.Had to stop to use the. Rest. RoomDecent rest room.It was pretty clean and not too bad.
