A clean truck stop. Newly renovated. Clean showers and restrooms. Located on I40, exit 216.Truck parking in the back for 40-50 trucks. There s enough room for backup. Southern Tire Mart shop is located at this location.

I meant to review this location a while back! Well, I'm BAAAACK!! Outstanding Truck Stop! Clean, well supplied, and best of all, they have the HUGE double shower head bathrooms! Love it!!

Unbelievable!!! Unexpected surprise outside of West Memphis. This Place was Emaculent. I was greeted with genuine politeness. Store was Spotless. Employees seemed to enjoy being here. Food was fresh and not overstocked.Still free spaces open at dusk (very rare) for this area. Kudus on the beer cooler lock bar. Simply put; this is an Award Winning Loacation. Superb Job ladies!5 . +1 for Positive Attitudes.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I had to make a quick stop during my travels. But honestly, I was pleased in that the restrooms were very clean and had been more modernized than the store. It is an older store but it looks like they are taking steps to update both the atmosphere of the store and the merchandise they carry.

All the employees here were so kind. They went out of their way to help out. Bathrooms and store were clean and well stocked. There was a coffee bar that you can add all the things you could want. Thank you!

This truck stop is amazing the showers are super clean and smell amazing customer service they are so nice and willing to please you I ask for a fresh fish sandwich and it was made to my loving it thank pilot in Brinkley Arkansas you guy's are rock stars

One e of the best truck stop in have been. A little bit small but worth it. And there s a mexican restaurant right next door. Awesome place.

Review for bathroom only. Nice clean place to stop. Edited to 4 star because only Buc-ee's deserves a 5 star for bathrooms.

It's been over 2 weeks now with no hot water. No showers, no food, coolers half stocked. The employees are trying to keep an upbeat attitude, but it's becoming increasingly difficult for them.

Waited to take a shower, I waited to long and left, I guess the employees don't have customers interest, you don't like your job then quit, you shouldn't leave customers hanging when they need to take care of themselves

Showers are generally clean, the last time I was here there was still trash, a used bandaid, and toilet paper on the ground. Which tells me the showers aren't clean either. Us truckers don't have the luxury of having our own showers every night. The least y'all could do is the basic requirements of your job and sweep/mop the floor between showers.

First off management needs to learn to be more courteous and nice to drivers. One employee wants to just to conclusion about truck drivers. Drivers needed to be appreciated more. Your store can look like the HILTON but doesn't matter if your staff is ugly acting.

This is One9, most cleanplace on I40 they opened in October 2022. Still looks brand new hats off to the manager keep up the good work. Parking in the back about 40 trucks, easy parking enough room I guess competing with Road Ranger since Road Ranger left the group of Pilot Flying J, Pilot is opening stores left and right close to Road Ranger but what can say that s business.

"OUTSTANDING GAS STOP". Very nice, warm and helpful people. Very clean restroom and shower. Fresh variety of food, with delicious soups. Fresh coffee all the time. In one word very clean & fresh store.

Staff wants to put you on the self check and get you out of the store. Don't go here for customer service. Best chocolate milk around though.

Pilot put their seal of Improvement so you know it's just like the over Pilots Dirty counter top dusty Shelves trash need to be taken out dirty showers an couple not working ,Different name same of the usual.
