I had a flat down the street from this shop and the guys here took no time getting my car in and my tire changed. They had me back on the road in about 30 minutes max. On top of that I had my ten year old niece with me and everyone was super sweet to her and made us both feel comfortable waiting. I couldn t recommend going here more! Thank you again everyone that helped make what could have been an incredibly stressful day go so smoothly. You guys rock!

Always and I do mean ALWAYS get great service and reasonably priced tires here!! I have and will not buy tires from anywhere else if I can help it!! Most definitely recommend Bobby Henards Tire Service in Brinkley!Got me hooked up today putting a tire on my rim for me!! Quick and amazing service as usual!!

Helpful and courteous. Traveling from Texas to Michigan and had a blowout on I-40 at 9pm. Thankfully, they had tires that fit my Ford Escape.Approved for a loan and was set up to go quickly. Greatly appreciate it! Thanks, John, for the help.

I am very disappointed in this Co and don t know why it has change, I have a backhoe out in field that a tire stem broke, I call and talk to a guy name Robert, he told me they would be there the next morning. I sat there until 10:30 am and no show, I call back and Robert told me he would check will the shop foreman and let me know and hung up on me, that two days ago

Fast and friendly .... I had the worst luck of my life with a trailer and had been awake for 2 days at that point... These folks were very kind to my wife and I. Wish I lived closer I would buy all my tires there...

Outstanding and hard to find HONESTY INTEGRITY and TOP QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE!Driving back from TN I stopped in from I-40 with concerns of sudden in-dash tire alert indicator. They took my car in immediately, even with my dogs and all in tow..they invited us all inside to wait...They examined all four tires, and found nothing serious and gave me the go ahead to feel safe driving back to Hot Springs Village. They wouldn't accept any payment for their time, I was sure I had a nail or worse after driving all week around horse shows and barns. They could have easily made a number of charges and I would have not known...I HIGHLY recommend ANY and ALL tire services,purchases etc with Bobby Henard Tires if you are in Arkansas!!! Fantabulous Business!! May God Bless Them Immensely!!

Got a nail in my tire driving cross country on interstate 40. Stopped here to get it fixed and the service was amazing. From start to finish. Everybody was very professional and went above and beyond to get me back on the road as soon as possible.

Very helpful! Traveling from Texas to Michigan with a heavy trailer that had a tire issue. They immediately worked on the trailer tire and got us back on the road.

Hands-down the best customer service around. Every time I go in there I am more happy than the last time. Every employee takes pride in what they do, they work hard, they are very efficient, and they genuinely care about their customers. I travel over an hour, and pass several other shops to use them exclusively.

I travel from Memphis to Cotton Plant every day. Noticed my warning light for low pressure this morning, filled up and made it to Brinkley. The entire staff was amazing, kind, thorough, efficient, and just overall amazing.Customer Service is not a thing of the past. This company has won my future business because of it.Best,Annie

We had an excellent experience at Bobby henard tire service. We pulled up and they got right on the job. Replaced all four trailer tires with 16 ply. Their computers were down but we gave them a check. He said there was no way to check if it was good but he trusted us. I would recommend them to anyone

We were RVing on I-40 and blew a tire. Got hooked up with Bob at Bobby Henard Tire. He was very helpful and got his people right to work replacing all four tires on the rig. 45 minutes later we were on our way. Very satisfied. Would shop there again.

When I called i was told one price when I went in it was actually 70 more dollars than what I was quoted. The people where friendly but only because they are making a pretty penny off you i ended up savings a little over a hundred dollars by going to a different shop right down the street.

We were very blessed to find Henard tire today. I had a screw in my tire today a Sunday morning traveling from Little Rock to Georgia. We pulled up they were closed but there was a wonderful lady and gentlemen who got my daughter and I are new tire and got us back on the road. So if you're in Brinkley and need a tire or you are driving through please stop by and give these lovely people the business. You will not be sorry.

Had a blow out on the ambulance headed to Little Rock and they had us up and going very fast. Also recommended places to eat locally so we could eat while waiting. Great place and very friendly

in july i had 2 tires go flat on my trailer very late at night i called the shop in the am and went to the shop with less time then it took me to get to the shop they had replaced the tires with new ones and i was on my way thank you for the great service

They are the kindest and most helpful business around!! If I had a tire issue, this is place I'd hope to be close to. They are also very educated in agriculture tires.
