Ms. Vivian is great at what she does to help others in trying to get them a suitable rate for their budget. She is very friendly, easy going, and understanding. I love her personality and she plays a big part in getting good, outstanding business!We need more of Ms. Vivian s in this world!!!!

I highly recommend Courtney my new agent. Also always call or take time out to meet face to face. I got better rates than ANY other agency.Courtney is so helpful and knowledgeable. I can't praise her enough!!!

Vivian, and Seth Holifield State Farm Insurance as a whole are great to work with. For 7 years, they have provided me and my family with one on one personal insurance services. My husband and I just bought a house and Courtney Luff was such amazing help getting us a quote on homeowners insurance! She was detailed and quick! I didn t have to wait days for a response and once our loan went through, she was the first to know and had our policy ready to go! She s such a sweet person to work with! I highly recommend Courtney to ANYONE who is needing insurance on anything!

Unfortunately I have to retract my review, Vivian is awesome but I can t say so much about State Farm in general! What s the point in having an insurance company for years and end up having an accident and then being dropped for that accident. This is down right ridiculous! I will never ever use State Farm again!

I spoke with Courtney. She was so easy to talk to and was very fast and efficient and answered all my questions with ease! She made getting a quote so easy! And they had great rates so I ended up going with State Farm. I have had them for a few months now and I haven t had any issues and every time I call everyone in the office is super friendly and eager to help.

Bailey was very kind and knowledgeable about my issues. I know little to nothing about these things and tend to lose patience very easily but her tact and professionalism seriously kept that from happening. You seriously need more like her

I receive many phone calls wanting me to switch insurance companies, but I tell them the same thing every time. I love my insurance company, they know me as a person not an account number. Everyone in that office, like Vivian, are the reason I refuse to change!

Blaine Tedder is the man!!!! If I need assistance with my insurance needs, he's just a phone call away!!! I feel like State Farm is my personal body guard, with all the protection Blaine has provided for me. You should change the slogan from This is Jake from State Farm to This Blaine from State Farm!
