I was really hesitant on "renting" an appliance. However after reading reviews and speaking with Brittany on the phone it was painless and a great experience especially if your money is tight. My delivery man Gary was the most helpful patient kind sweet gentleman.I 100% recommend Rent One.

I had the privilege of meeting Albert at Rent One in Blytheville Ar. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product I were looking for. He answered all of my questions and concerns. A very mature young man. He came to my house and installed the washer and dryer with in 30 minutes! He knows how to advertise and make a sale. Thank you so much Rent One!

After meeting with the staff at RentOne. I can say wholeheartedly that service was above board and beyond my expectations. They were understanding and caring of my situation and were more than happy to help set me up with a PlayStation 5.Albert Boyd was a great salesman throughout the whole ordeal and explained the process in an easy way to me. Brittany leveritt was a great example of superb management and good customer service.

Maree was very helpful yesterday she answered all my questions in a timely manner made the whole process fun and easy. Was able to get my furniture to me as quickly as possible I would like to thank her tremendously. Everyone go to Rent One and let Maree help u she was a very nice person.

My own experience with Rent One was absolutely . Every employee that I encountered with showed an enthusiastic interest. Would definitely let people know for their rental experience. "Rent One" even two. Lol.

I had company coming in and I went to rent one and spoke with Brittany and rented a week in advance to when I needed it a full size mattress and box spring time came to be delivered I received a phone call stating that they didn't have a full size box spring and what I like a twin or a queen size box spring instead until the full box spring came in of course I agree because I had company coming in but upon delivery they told me that they would be back to bring the full size box spring the guy that delivered I never received the phone call or replacement for the queen size box spring that had been delivered I felt like this was very poor customer service cuz if you didn't have it in stock which we discussed I asked when I was there I feel they should have delivered the queen box spring and mattress until the full box spring came in and then redelivered so I was not happy with rental service with you all

I been doing business with rent one for over a decade! This time a new town, job and accounts, I believe everyone is doing a great job at this location . And rent-one makes it so easy to move! I wouldn't go anywhere else, not unless I was denied for some odd ball reason .

I had great service from birthday Levitt and the deliverer Albert, they were so helpful help me get set up and helped with payments would recommend, it's been a blessing

albert and GARY at this store is AMAZING!!!!! They go above and beyond what just delivering means and you will be amazed at their helpfulness and kindness. Go and ask for them and see what i am talking about

They made me a great deal on a bedroom set that I just couldn't leave without purchasing it and I'm glad I did a very nice and welcoming environment. I will definitely go back soon to get more things
