The folks over there are very considerate and helpful. Just wish they had a broader selection, that is why they get 4 stars, not enough different products.

The staff were sitting around chanting some Hare krishna mantras when i walked in. I was going to order parts for my rolls royce but then i remembered, . . . uh, i don't have a rolls royce. DOH.

Mrs Betty and they second shift rocks! They two guys that's on night shift are absolutely amazing. The black guy, and the skinny white guy are who I'm referring to and I'm sorry to say it like that, I forgot their names!!! However, 5 STARS SERVICE AND the manager who works day shift is amazing as well Mrs Betty.

I called around 10am. No answer. I called 6 times before and on the way, no answer. I got to the store walked in and I was the only person in the store. 2 men behind the counter. Both men were looking at the computer screen. The phones were ringing. I walked around just watching. I was in the store for about 20 minutes looking around for the part I need. The whole time the phones were ringing. Neither of the men answered the phones.I asked for a part was asked to wait. I said okay. I waited in front of the man for about 5 minutes or so. He was looking at the screen the whole time. So was the other gentleman. I finally asked. Is there something wrong with the phones? He said they have been very busy all morning. That's odd I was the only one in the store now for almost 30 minutes. The only person and they are busy! They didn't have the part I needed. So I waisted my time driving there. I wish they would have answered the phone. I'll just go to autozone or the other one from now on. This was the Blytheville store. The other store about 20 minutes south of here is a very good store. The other store and stuff are very good and helpful. They have always been able to answer the phone.

I don't know the Mexican girls name but she hands down knows her stuff.She is so knowledgeable. COURTEOUS and has always given good recommendations on products.She should be made manager.She is awesome!!!

Very poor service called several times and no answer when they did finally answer they hung up on me went to the store itself 3 people behind the counter no customers in the store phone ringing non stop and nobody would answer I even tried calling while I was in the store and guess what no one answered the phone and this all happened in store very poor service and attitude towards the customer when I told them I was calling while standing there the manager just laughed and walked away never asked me what I needed help with
