You want believe this one! They lost a 500 dollar sale on a dishwasher! We come in to get a dishwasher! The guy working back in Appliances keep looking over by the dishwasher like we weren t there ! ! A matter a fact there was 4 Lowe s employees in a big conversation! I even walked over to them and they still wouldn t quit talking! I guess their conversation is more important than a customer! And it even gets worse! I go to the service desk and tell them about it! She tells me they are taking inventory! Very hard to believe! Is She saying inventory is more important than customers! Just covering up for lazy employees! Then she is going to send me a person carrying material out! It s time for us to leave the store now ! They will never find the new plumbing or able to tell me about the appliance! Really ! That s just plain stupid! I am sure Dyersburg Lowes will appreciate our business! Wasted trip from Caruthersville to Blytheville! If they don t want to wait on customers why don t they just close the store! We were going to try it out for the first time! What a terrible and disgusting experience! I called and talked to the manager, extremely poor management! She basically said I should have addressed to the manager last night! Like I work at Lowes and should know the policies and procedures of the store!

Very clean and uncluttered. Staff was helpful and engaged customers. Front end staff was welcoming and smiling upon entering.

Helpful friendly staff. Found what I was looking for. Took a little longer than I was wanting. However while waiting and walking around in the chop saw area; I noticed something suspicious. Added video for the corporate people.

I enjoyed my visit, got everything I needed for my bath remodel at home. Miss Allie is a great employee and helped me find all the supplies I needed for my work. We will certainly be back for our next project!

Stood in tool section for 15 minutes waiting on an associate. This was after walking around looking for one to have someone come over there. Employees were sitting on the floor, talking.

The stars are for the black customer service staff i worked with before I met Sonya. They were nice, helpful and easy to work with.I went here 8 times for an extensive remodel. I thought customer service was surprisingly good for lowes... Until the last time I went.I went to the customer service desk with a load of items to do a phone sale. It was the 8th time I had done that and it always went fine.The last time, a woman named Sonya looked at me and my cart like we were from outer space. She felt it necessary to make it clear that this would not be allowed in the future because rules were changing and blah blah. She made the sale to my very high spending customer very unnecessarily complicated and had a bad attitude (extreme authority complex) through the whole transaction.Keep that woman away from customer service activities.

Delivery shingles and all good til boss lady drove around back building and because she couldn't drive pass my truck and apparently couldn't back herpov up made me move my truck so she could drive pass me! Made it harder for her employees to unload my truck! To much junk pile up back here for fork lift to unload stuff! Rest of the employees are fine but boss lady in white suv not happy with her! Plus I have constota trailer!

Slowest and least helpful Lowes that I've been to. Posted this review because I'm bored waiting on my online order that was ready for pickup..been an hour so far just waiting for someone to get it. The store is never busy if you are wondering.

The clerk was very helpful! I have to go back. Didn't know there were so many toilet seats. Have to get exact measurements.

It's always a thrill to go into Lowe's even though 9/10 I'm there because I have a problem that needs fixing and Lowes has what I need.The employees are always friendly and willing to help you find whatever you're looking for and quick to give advice or find someone with more knowledge who can help you.

I love everything about Lowes Home Improvement-Blytheville! The isles are so clean! The signs are big and clear which makes for an enjoyable shopping experience. I purchased a bunch of moving boxes and some clear box tape. The primary bins were neat and organized. I didn't have to sort through damaged product to get to the good stuff (like at Home Depot). My Check-Out was quick. And the Associate - Ms. Smita - was so friendly and cool. I will be back soon to look around for household items. I think Lowes-B Town is my favorite spot! I love it!!

I came in today to get a present for my husband's birthday and I had to have an associate called over to where I was looking. That's when Earl showed up. And when he couldn't find what I was looking for on his handheld he found me an even better product way high up on top of a shelf. He spent about 10 minutes finding a way to get the item down and them helped me load it into my car. Thank you Earl for the outstanding customer service!

Tried for 3 weeks to get a dishwasher (in stock) delivered. First week, no communication. Second week, received a delayed message the day after it was supposed to deliver (missed work because I was supposed to sign for it). Third week, I got in touch with customer service which assured me it would be delivered and I would receive a call the day before and day of delivery. No call whatsoever. I called the store and got put on hold 5 times. People kept picking up the line and I explained I needed to discuss my online order....put on hold every time until I just hung up. This is the 3rd time I've had delivery issues, not just with this location but others as well.

Very messy parking lot. Trash everywhere. I asked for help and they just pointed me to an aisle. The store was empty at 7 30 am, so why did they walk me over to the aisle I need and help me? When I got to the aisle, I asked the employee that was stocking up product on the shelves to help me. She said I am going have to read the back of the packing to figure out if its can work with the machine. I was expecting this employee who works and stocks this aisle to know a little more then the customer. Very very disappointed in this location and it's luke warm customer service. Don't come to this location if you want help with anything

There were some fruit trees on the clearance display, after waiting a long time in line, they did not ring up the clearance price. Then waited a very long time for someone to go check the display prices. Then was told there's nothing can do about it.

The Manager Alan was a good guy but the rest of the staff was completely incompetent.. Will never step foot in another Lowes anywhere. Home depot will get all business from now on

Needed a key. I went into store and their machine broken. The customer service pointed to their self-service machine at entrance. This was so easy and the keys all worked. I really liked the buy 2 get 1 free.

It just took me 20 minutes to purchase 2 bolts in this store.Employee had no idea how to look up items and was clearly unfamiliar with the register. She was adamant that she needed a part number. I had to guide her through the whole process of looking up an item, with her mistrusting me the entire time. I was then chastised by her manager for not writing down the item numbers, which I could not do because there was nothing to write them down with in the hardware aisle. The manager ignored my suggestion that putting pens in the hardware aisle might solve problems like this, and laughed it off saying if I had memorized the item numbers, I wouldn't be holding up the line.That's why I am giving this negative review. Because of a manager who walked over, did not help the situation at all, blamed the customer for the problem, and would not accept basic feedback as to what was causing the problem.Unbelievable. How about you train your freaking employees to use the features of your sale system? Don't blame customers for your failure to know and maintain your equipment.Extremely frustrating. Such a simple task I could have done myself at self checkout in minutes instead of walking an employee through doing it for almost a half hour. I have never encountered this problem at a Lowes before and I hope to not encounter it again. One extra star because the employee was friendly, but the manager certainly made it a one star experience.

You take what you can get in a small community. We order and pay online when we can, and we get the notification that it is ready but when we arrive, it is never ready so we wait for someone to collect our order and bring it to the front. Also, advertised a sale, spent a long time deciding which washer/dryer to buy -- then, of course, they were out. Very disappointed. Totally different experience at the Lowe's in Mountain Home. Our orders are waiting for us at the front of the store as soon as we check in.

Excellent customer service skills by the store employees willing to help you find whatever you need see Kaitlyn she showed excellent customer service skills she was very helpful with me and my husband please reward her for her hard work. She's at the Blytheville Arkansas Lowe's she's a keeper.

Very dissatisfied with the Delivery service at Lowes, My original delivery date was 10/31/2021 My delivery was schedule anytime between 9a-9p. I purchase this 2 months in advance that way I could get it on time. I received a call 10/31/2021 at 2:53pm stating I was not receiving it that day since they only had one delivery driver. (Could have received the call in the A.M to let me know, that way I wasn't waiting for it all morning) Told me I could get it Tuesday or until the following week. Told them I needed it in by Tuesday! It was schedule for Tuesday again 9a-9p, I called them at 3:47pm asking them for an update/ estimate time since I did not take a lunch at work that way I could go home once they delivered, at first they told me they forgot my order and that the delivery guys were already out delivering, then told them I needed my fridge that same day, I couldn't go with out a fridge for more days, said well the drivers left already for the day since they can just drive a certain amount of hours- at this moment I was frustrated, they told me the soonest I could get my order was Thursday 11/4, I asked if I could pick one up from the Jonesboro location they said I would have to cancel my order and place it there, but pay a different amount $500 more just for the fridge. (I was not spending $500 more for the same fridge) I then was told the soonest I could get it would be Sunday 11/7. My husband called the store manager, the store manager started telling my husband that the payment didn't go thru, my husband told them it did, and that I had called Lowes like 3 weeks before because they charged it 3 times and blocked my card for it. (so wanted to blame us for it) she was able to get the stuff schedule for delivery on Thursday. On Thursday I called in the AM to make sure they didn't forget my order, said they were loading it on the truck and that I would be receiving a call 30 minutes prior, I asked for an approx. time said around noon, at 1:46 pm I called since I had not received the call in a rude way they said they will call you 30 minutes prior. I than received a call at 2:27pm stating they were outside my house, told them I was at work and that I was supposed to get a call 30 minutes prior, the guy said well were here and we are not going no where, still not enough notice, I cant just walk out the job in a middle of an interview. Not the best experience at all!

Bought a washer and the young gentleman who helped us was very polite and very knowledgeable of this item. He not only help load the washer but when he got done he thanked us and told us to have a nice day.
