I got a flat tire during a long haul drive and they were the only tire shop in the area willing to help me so late in the day, even waiting at the store with me over an hour after close while someone came to pick me up. They also went out of their way to let me pick up my car over the weekend outside of their operating hours. Extremely friendly and helpful family business that you can t go wrong with!

I first went to the one in Manila for an oil change. When I went to pay, it was 70 something dollars for what I thought was a simple oil change, but they actually used some different type of oil that gave me an extra 3,000 miles or so. While the extra mileage is nice, it costs more, and that should have been told to me. My second experience was at the Blytheville store. I had been in contact with the store manager about putting on a front suspension kit. I had already bought the kit, so it was just labor and an alignment I was getting done. I asked how long it would take and the cost to get it done. The manager told me that without looking at the car, they could probably get it all done with $400 or so, and in 3-4 hours. I made the appt with him thru Facebook messenger, but I called the store the day before, and I was never even put down on the calendar. So, the manager did not communicate our conversation to the mechanics who would be working on it. Good thing they just jotted me down, and I was still able to get in. I take my car up there, leave, and maybe 30 minutes later I got a call from them saying it would take 5 hours or so, and their alignments started at $99, but mine would potentially need one for $126. And told me all together it would cost over $700 to do everything. Make that make sense.

Never I heard or payed almost 50 bucks have loose tire put on a rim never be back there again when everyone else is 20 bucks

This place is fast and friendly.. Didn't have a problem. I replaced my front tire on the day. I had my blow out.. Next day replaced and the second tire. With a brand-new one so they would match.. And they didn't all changed. On my mercedes benz.... Which was very reasonable!!!

Service was great, even though they were swamped with business they took the time to get my tires matched up and on my way in a descent amount of time. Had a comfortable area to wait while my work was done.

I bought a set of tires from the Manila location. Got what I wanted and didn't have to leave town to get it. Great service and very friendly employees. I definitely recommend them.

Incredible service. We were on our way back from a vacation early on a Saturday morning and our brakes went out on the highway outside of Blytheville. K & A was quickly recommended to us and they got us in early, before they even opened. They kept running into problems with our very old vehicle but would not cut corners, assuring us they wanted to make sure it was done right. We ended up being there for over 4 hours but they basically only charged us for parts - the total price was a fraction of what we expected. Great place, they will take really good care of you.

My vehicle was damaged by tornado debris over the weekend and was towed to King Family on Saturday. Before they even opened on Monday, I received a call to come up with a game plan to get my vehicle fixed. The employees went above and beyond to get my wheels and tires replaced and exhaust system patched up immediately, they even went so far as to drive an hour outside of town to get the only wheels available at the time AND picked me up from the hotel I was stuck at. These are incredible people and I really appreciate everything they did to get me back on the road so quickly.

Excellent service very professional very understanding of customers needs. Car broke down Mr Mitchell and his staff did everything possible to get the car repaired. Never had a better experience at car repair shop. No better service and pricesHighly recommended.

Went up their early at opening time a nice young looking gentlemen help me and made sure everything was taken care of about 2 weeks ago made sure everything was good to go and he was so sweet. I thought i was going to pay but he said he had something to show me but he said he had taken care of it Thank you so much for that you have no idea how much you helped me out. Rescued my daughter-I'm forever grateful. When The previous place did not tighten the lug nuts on her wheels they figured out the issue and fixed it right away. she was driving 1800 miles to go home and didn't know anybody in that area. They truly are a lifesaver and they were the most kindest people and very generous. Can't thank them enough for being there at a time when I couldn't be there.

I have never had a better experience at an auto shop in my life! I was only passing through on my way to Wisconsin, when my back wheels started jumping up and down uncontrollably. I freaked out and had no idea what it could be from. I brought it here and they had a full garage and parking lot full of cars to service, but the gentleman took my car for a drive and got it in there with in me being there for 10 minutes. The problem was addressed and fixed within 30 minutes. My lug nuts ended up being loose from a different place I had taken it too the week prior. They charged me $0 for their time and knowledge. I tried to pay and the gentleman (I believe he was the owner) who was helping me just say to get safe back home. BIGGEST HEARTED PEOPLE!!! Everyone in there wanted to make sure I was well taken care of, as well as my doggy I had with!!! Thank you K&A for being so awesome!!!

Very poor service. Was told they didn't make appointments, so i dropped my car off the night before. They still saw everyone else before bothering to look at my car almost end of shift they finally got it in. Long story short kept it 5 days.. Gave me the run around on everything.. Some mistake always taking place.. Got wrong part had to reorder.. Didnt have the tires I originally called about any more so now had to order more.. Rude when I would call to see what was going on and when I'd have my car back. Finally got it back and they didnt even fix the problem. Took it back and the mechanic got an attitude with me about bringing it in for tires and alignment but changed his tune when I told him the actual reason it was there and that it wasnt fixed.. He said ohh yea.. That noise is because it needs strutts and stabalizer links.. Ok.. So why didn't you fix it if you knew what was wrong with it.. Or contact me to let me know.. It wasnt on his work order is all he had to say about it.. 600 for parta and labor that did not fix the problem.. Now I have to take it to another mechanic to actually fix it.

My husband took his truck there for an alignment and tires installed. After picking it up, at 70 mph it would shake you off the road and the alignment pulled to the left and the steering wheel was in the 1 o clock position with the wheels straight. We dropped it back off and now the pull it had is better, but the balance still isn t right and the steering wheel isn t right. He spoke with the manager and he was told that they were going to call in a specialist to fix the steering wheel issue, but that has been weeks ago and we still have not heard anything. I DO NOT recommend this place.

They patched my tire quickly for a fair price. I was in&out in 20 min and did not have any problems with the tire afterward, good service!

Absolutely great place to get work done. I k ow what was wrong with my car but played dumb to see if they would try to sell be bogus thi gs I dont need and they infact were Very honest and got me a Really good deal on a used tire. Gave me a Lot of useful information and I was able to look under my car myself and see all the problems for myself. All in all it was an Absolutely Great experience! Awesome mechanics and very nice people!

Wonderful service! We got a flat tire in the middle of the night. After getting nowhere with roadside assistance, we spent the night on the side of the interstate and called these guys first thing in the morning. They came out, picked up our tire, replaced and brought it back! We are so thankful!!

Me and my family where headed from texas back to michigan we had broke down with tire issues, they diagnosed the problem in which we needed to replace a tire. They didn't have one and tried all they could to call around. We found on and went to go get it . They helped us out to get back on the road. They are very professional and polite and very kind. Thanks so much to smith tire company we got back on the road and made it back to michigan.

Driving Texas to Michigan had a tear out... middle of nowhere and nobody has my tire. Ended up finding 1 and these guys immediately attended to me fixed the tire; and were so dam considerate they decided not to add insult to injury... no chargeYou guys are awesome i greatly appreciate yas

Gave specific instructions on what needed to be done to my car, was adamant about not having my oil changed since It did not need it, had written instructions stating do not have oil changed and they changed it and charged it without consent. Very very displeased with this, you can not force a customer to get or pay for services they do not want and specifically stated not to do. Will be speaking with Allan regarding this soon.

Excellent and quick service. I didn't have an appointment and had they had the tires in-stock and I was done in an hour. The prices for the tires were very reasonable.
