Because of my short credit history, I had credit difficulties to buy a new vehicle. The sales team at "Terry-Thomas Nissan Blythvle" got me a good used vehicle. I have carried out, through my own means, the technical inspection of this vehicle and it is in very good condition.

I was upset that my last oil change was approximately $97.00 and within just the time for the next one the price jumped to over $133.00. I have plans of getting my service elsewhere. $133 for a simple oil change is a bit much and have been dealing with this car center since 2017. It's really sad to price gouge.

Had a recall on our transmission but they refused to process our claim for months without fixing it, because they kept firing everyone, and when they did fix it they tried to extort $600 from us for fixing stuff unrelated to the transmission without even contacting us...ended up having to give them $175 for blackmail parts just to get them to let us leave with it..honestly won't go to another nissan dealer again after this the corporate person that fired the GM before I could complain then got mad at me when I put in a review cause he thought the 175 was "fair" to take from me for parts in didn't need or authorize. The dealership claims I had brakes on my car that would not fit cause they were for the wrong car. The breaks were installed 47,000 miles prior by a nissan dealer so that was a lie.

This place is the best! Durwin and Nikki went above and beyond for me and my grand daughter! The staff is very friendly. I recommend this dealership to anyone that wants something nice with low mileage. 2016 Maximum for graduation!!!

If you're a first time buyer don't come to this dealership.Long whiney story as to why below.I'm a first time buyer from a dealership. I knew nothing about the process since I've always paid cash for my cars.I told them this and they assured me they'd make everything clear, walk me through the process and teach me what I needed to know. At this point I'm loving their customer service.I wanted something they wouldn't need a cosigner for, the only options given to me were that. Figured fine, I could build some credit.From here on out it has been p.much straight up lies and taking advantage of a new buyers ignorance.The only reason I got a co signer instead of walking away is because they told me that they would be able to refinance the vehicle for me in 6months. Take my buddy off of the title and all.Well, as you more experienced folks know... They don't do that. I found that out when I called the dealership on 10/14 and made an appointment for the 17th(today). I get there and they tell me the person who made the appointment isn't even working that day and that they don't do the refinancing.As a bonus when telling them to ensure my name is what's first on all paperwork they assured me that it doesn't matter. I told them that I don't care and I want my name first. They assured me they did this and we went on our way.When going to get the tags I found out from the Missouri DMV that my co signer was listed as primary owner, or first signed name. All of it was.If I was a rich man I'd have looked into lawyers. If I was smart man I'd have just walked away.

Should ve read the reviews before going! I totaled my car and this dealership got me approved or so I thought. I paid for the car Monday and had been driving 3 hrs from my school after school to give them everything they need. It s Friday and i still don t have a car because they need to verify income which is something I gave a salesman Monday and this past Wednesday and Thursday. I m in a rental car and it needed to be turned in Wednesday, now I m having to pay out of pocket because I thought I had a car! I ve already paid for insurance so I am out of 2500 for a car I thought I had plus rental fees dealing with this unprofessional dealership. So unbelievable!! I ve never had to deal with so much trouble at a dealership in my life. All of the income should ve been verified before!!

It s been a nightmare trying to get our tag and second key fob for about 3 months now.. we bought our car 4 months ago and still haven t received our tag after almost weekly (some 3x/week) calls and assurances that it will be handled. We still haven t received our tag or key fob.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!VERY SHADY....after doing an hours worth of paperwork over the phone and getting a cashier's check I was made to believe this car was a done deal, I'm 65 years old and unfortunately trusted this bunch! They sold out from under me to make a couple of thousand more, so the next car I asked about I was told it had transmission problems? Then why run an ad to sell it??Mine isn't the only bad review, check out the others

PSA: Do not take your vehicles to Terry-Thomas Nissan/Ford in Blytheville. We were quoted $3300 on transmission replacement. Dropped the car off Monday. Got a call Tuesday saying it was done and total due was $6700. Basically admitted we were not quoted the correct amount. But refuse to make it right. I did not authorize $6700 worth of work to be done. Nor was i ever called for authorization. Horrible business practices and shady! You have been warned.

Our salesman, Jeff, was incredibly helpful, patient and kind. He took extremely good care of us. Porche, our finance person, explained each item as needed. She was very helpful in every way.The Sales Manager, Shane, made a special trip to introduce himself and make sure that our purchase was road ready!

Went for my appointment didn t even get to speak to my dealer associate. I got an older guy who took basic information and came back and ask if I had cash for a down payment while going to trade in my car. Was very disappointed they don t act accordingly to their website. Just know you better have that money in that hand and A1 credit because otherwise you will be rejected.

One star is the lowest rank I can give here, I would leave 0 stars if possible. After my wife and I both buying new vehicles within the last 4 months at Terry Thomas Nissan I have to say that I will never again buy there or have service performed there. Today (July 31, 2023) I took my truck in for its first oil change. I made an appointment online last week for 10:30 on the 31st. When I showed up for service at 10:15 I was told that my appt. was for 11:30 and I would need to wait. I had the confirmation email and presented it to the service dept, and i got a shrug, and was again told I would need to wait, and that while my confirmation did say 10:30 that the appointment was actually for 11:30. I stopped by a local parts store and bought my own oil and filter and I will change the oil rotate tires myself. I would have thought that something as simple as an oil change could be handled there, but it seems that I was wrong. Don't buy from Terry Thomas as you will not be able to get your vehicle serviced there...

I bought a car from here. I live in Oklahoma. The drive is over 5 hours. They wouldn t release my title for over 4 months and when they finally did they mailed it to the wrong address. When I called to get it figured out they hung up on me repeatedly. I still don t have my title now 6 months later and I ve racked up over 3k in late fees for my plates. I can t drive my car because of no plates and they have done little to help. No returned calls, they hang up on me every time I call. I may need to involve a lawyer just to have owner ship to the car I bought.
