I stayed at this hotel 12/06/2022.The credit card reader was not working so only way i could get a room was to pay cash which was almost 80.00 and no refunds are allowed. So walked in room and it was disgusting filthy. Carpet and Furniture was filthy and stained and couch was sagging at least 6 inchs in the middle. Was only 2 towels 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths and 1/2 roll of TP. Having no choice but to go to front desk since there is no phone in room I got my supplys and ask what time coffee would be served since there were no coffee pots in room and he said they do not offer coffee. Very uncomfortable dirty experience.

Worst place to be. Came up to visit my dad and the owner woman would not leave me and my husband alone the hole time we was there. The rooms where nothing like the pictures on the hotel sites. We Tried to get a refund and she refused to give us a refund. She was very rude. She tried to enter our room twice. She also keep pushing us basically out of our room and had a room till Saturday. She would continue to ask when we leaving everyday. I really should have read the reviews before ever stepping on the property. Also they advertise free wifi but they don t give you the code to even use the wifi. It was no where in our room, or our key card and when we asked she ignored us. Do not go to this hotel. They re a lot better ones even tho they cost just a little bit more.I will say this the nice young cleaning lady was very nice and deserves a better job with a lot of money. She was just a sweet hear

We had asked for a king size bed when we booked online, when we got there they informed us that they didn't have any kings at all. They gave us the key to a room in which the door was already open and the beds unmade. When we went back and told them this all they said was "Oh!" We asked for another room but in order to get to it we had to walk through an area that had shoes in piles outside and clothes hanging on the railings. When we got into our room it was hot and didn't smell the best. The mini fridge in the room was unplugged and had mold and broken glass in the freezer. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a bug climbing up the wall. I went to check it out and it was a cockroach. We were in there less than an hour before we went to the front desk for our money back. We were more than happy to stay at the Quality Inn for $12 more. The only saving grace is that they gave us a refund back.

The rooms aren't up to date. The first room we had the bed was broken, shower curtain had jokes, couch looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in years. The room was not real clean. Got moved into a second room and it was a little better but still needed alot of updating and no smoke alarms located in the room.

The rooms were very dirty. We stayed 2 nights and the first room was ok, there were dead bugs, one which looked like a roach, on the floor, a couple of towels had stains, the mini fridge didn't work, and the towel rack was broken. We stayed a 2nd night and the next room was worse. ALL of the towels looked dirty, the bed sheets were stained, had cigarette burns on them, my blanket smelled bad, the ac was dusty and busted, and more dead bugs. This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. I guess you get what you pay for.

This place has a good staff but the quality of the building has much to be desired. There was significant damage to the dresser in the room and the faucet in the bathroom leaks from the base when turned on. Security is not ideal because the gap in the room door makes it easy to force the door open even when locked. The security chain on the door was obviously broken at one point in time. Instead of replacing the entire security chain they only put the broken link back on and bent it with pliers.

This is basic. No frills. Not spotless. Not perfect. But the price is right. If you just want a clean bed, this is it. It s fine.

The satellite television was OK and the room is big. But the pillows was old and used. My back hurting now. The customer service was horrible and u can tell it a family hotel because of the environment. I think the owners think they better than the customers

Worst place ever!!!. Bathroom had dead bugs, couch full with stains and the bedding smells, also with stains. Priceline priced this hotel as $45 to $55, which is way overpriced. The price should be $20. I took pictures but unfortunately I can't attach. DO NOT STAY HERE

I'd mistaken this Fairview hotel for a Marriott Fairfield hotel. It is a low budget hotel. I think it worths $25-$30, not $65-$70 per night. I feel like entering a ghetto when I first got there. Suspicious people hung out in the parking lot. Furniture are old and room smell very bad. The manager was nice enough to give me a full refund when I decided not to spend a night there.

I really don't even know what to say about this hotel. The Staff did not make you feel welcome at all and when I entered the hotel room, i saw a HUGE spider in the corner and the hotel had a STRONG smoke smell. Even the front desk area where you make your reservation smelled like SMOKE! I'm really speechless.Definitely would not be my first choice.

Really good people there from the front desk, too the room service also with nice and clean rooms. Could use some fresh style added 2 it but besides that. It was a warm feeling almost like home.

Looked on google and the rate was 55. So we decided to give it a try. I didn't get it online and reserve it which was a mistake. When we arrived they said it was 65 a night. I was ready to rest my head so I didn't argue. Place wasn't very clean and stunt of whatever... You can figure that out for yourself if you stay there..A lot nicer places to stay in Hayti for the same price. I will try others in Blytheville and post those results.

Friendly receptionist, clean room, abundant pillows! Plus, free breakfast at Perkins restaurant next door. Well worth the cost of a room to stay in a comfortable hotel like this!

The only reason I stayed in the place was because it had a refrigerator and after 2 days driving I just wanted to rest and not drive around looking for another one, big mistakeThe refrigerator was disconnected when we got there, it had mold on the door, there was a sofa bed that I turned around so my 1 year old would sleep on it without falling, the wall had mold all overI didnt take a shower for sanitary reasons and the toilet kept leakingI had bites the next day, so bed bugs were included in the price and at 8 am there was no breakfast left if they had anyNot worth the $80 I paid after fees

Pretty much what you'd expect for an economy hotel, except that the hard floor was sticky (like a movie theater gets sometimes).
