Krystal Fugate was my agent and her help was very much appreciated. After speaking to two other agents that wasn t very responsive and acted like they didn t want to do their job, I got Krystal. I was already discouraged with the prior experiences, but Krystal changed that with her friendly attitude and top notch communication skills. She also tried her hardest to get me the best rates! That she did! She was thoroughly went through everything with me so I m not mislead with hidden terms in the policy. Just very helpful! Thank you Krystal!

I've used direct for a long time. Never really had issues. My agent Crystal was wonderful to talk to, and she did an excellent job taking care of my quote and making sure that it was fit to our exact need. Very professional and very friendly. Crystal helped me in every way and made sure I got the best quote for insurance and found a quote that I could afford. Rene was AMAZING! She was able to switch my Arizona auto coverage to comply with Missouri without it costing me an arm and a leg. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Moving is stressful enough, but Rene made the transition smooth and I am forever grateful.

I went online to quote my grandson an auto policy since he had moved from another state. There was a problem with the way the system processed the info. I called and spoke with Amber and Renee in Blythville and they were amazing! Very knowledgeable and polite. Amber was able to help me and save us some money in the process, she tagged teamed Renee in to make sure they helped us in a timely manner, since I called close to the end of the business day. I am very impressed with both of these ladies and how they conduct business.

Crystal was by far the the best rep I have dealt with on the phone with any company. She was very friendly, helpful, and understanding. She did everything she could to fix the issue I was having and even gave me her number and email so I could get back in touch with her if I had anymore problems. I really can t say enough about how amazing she was. She was happy and willing to go the distance for me to make sure I was satisfied. A+++++

I want to publicly thank Jeannie Day on a "job well done" as she assisted me with an issue at Direct Auto. I'll be honest, when I first spoke with her, I was very disappointed and she expressed that she would try her best to help me resolve the problem. Y'all, that she did! I have never had great service with this company in the couple of years I have been with them, and I have barely spoken to a "real person." Thank God I was able to speak with Jeannie today. She handled my situation like it was her own and doing so saved the day. Jeannie, I thank you! To her managers, acknowledge the greatness you have at your office. She's truly one of a kind. I can honestly say I planned on leaving DA due to this issue, but knowing Jeannie is a part of the company makes it harder to do so. You're keeping a paying customer!

My daughter just signed up for her first sole car insurance with Crystal. She was awesome and very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. She made it as an enjoyable process as insurance can be. Thank you, Crystal!Adding and changing stars from 5 to 3. We didn't get two discounts we were told we would get. One was based on something we never had to begin with so don't know if that was on purpose or a mistake but now premium is higher which we would have liked to have been able to take into account when choosing insurances to begin with. It's also been a headache trying to figure out why and what changed and wasn't able to get back in contact with people talked to before.

My experience with Ms. Crystal Fugate was nothing short of amazing!!! I have never had a customer service representative like her ever in life!!! Ms. Fugate assisted me with the matters that I called in for and I just cannot speak highly enough of about her professionalism, her sense of caring, and her vivacious, high-spirited personality. I was terrified about having to get my own insurance policy, but Crystal was very kind and helpful and made me feel better every step of the way, as well as answering my many, many questions and putting up with me calling to ask even more. She never acted impatient, and was always understanding and explained everything in a kind, non-condescending way. Knowing she's my person to contact makes me feel much better about this whole thing!

I really appreciate Crystal for her hospitality and consideration while helping me set up and understand my insurance policy and what i was/wasn't agreeing to. She was very patient and caring during the initial set up conversation and even in our 2nd conversation where i had to call back for further guidance through signing and finalizing all documents included. It is not often in today's society that you find customer service reps that are so understanding to the fact that life is still going on outside of that conversation. So, it really touched my soul when during said conversation, when i had to interrupt her speaking to tend to my 3 year old daughter hitting her head, she was not ugly or upset at me for having to take a few minutes to comfort and correct my daughter. Thanks Crystal! I can't say I've had a conversation with any sales rep that made me feel so comfortable and cared about. I'm very pleased with my decision to use this company. I hope they know how lucky they are to have you!
