Great place! They order rare parts for you if they don't have it. I love the T-shirt kiosk. It's small, but the t-shirts are high quality and they last a long time

Stop at autozone young man waited on me, Very knowledgeable Got Fog lights for my2008 z71, And oil change Plus filter for 2018 Ford explorer Great experience.I appreciate autozone.

Very friendly young man, helped me find the parts I needed to get my truck back on the road. I could barely hear him talk-because he had to wear a mask, due to the pandemic. He invited me to walk to his computer and show me all the parts available. Service like none other!!!! Proud of this young man and the customer service he provided!!!!!

We stayed in a Blytheville Arkansas hotel and when we woke up unfortunately our battery was dead. So we lugged our old battery about a half a mile to this store and I m so glad we did. We met Amanda and Bobby and they turned our whole day around. They got us a new battery and a couple other things we needed super quick because they knew we were in a rush. They were very understanding and caring of our situation and Bobby even gave us a ride back to our vehicle and let us use his personal socket set to get everything changed out! Talk about going above and beyond! These are the type of employees any company would kill to have working for them. Thank you guys again. 5 star service!!!

The staff were rude and seemed like helping me was the last thing they wanted to do. Check engine light came on at night and so I promptly brought my vehicle in to find out the issue. The woman advised me to come during the day instead next time and didn't say much else through out the visit except to inform me of the code.

Tara was EXTREMELY helpful. I came in with a list of things my mechanic needed to work on my diesel and she found everything I needed. She even placed my things on a cart for me so I would not have to carry it out.

Well I ordered 2 parts and they told me both were at store to be picked up. I get there and only have one part handed to me. Said I'd have to reorder the other. I needed these before my work week started. Now I'm going to be behind on making my hard earned money for something I've paid for and dont have. Really upset with how you tell me you have my paid for parts but in reality you dont. You've wasted my time and hurt my wallet. Make it right Autozone!

I went in to get a bulb for my brake light. After purchasing the bulb, an AutoZone staff member installed the light very quickly. The bulb was reasonably price, and the staff members were polite and knowledgeable. Great customer service

Very nice business with friendly attendants. Restroom was clean, merchandise well organized, and tools for repair were offered. I wish we would have been offered a bucket to catch fluids in along with tools though!

Would not stand behind the warranty that I paid for life time warrenty now the part I bout was new but a defect and it messed up my wholeb rear end well I bought another rear end so the parts I bought I don't even need now cause I had to buy a new rear end that autozone defeated part messed up while rear end now I can't even get store credit so I can get some parts I could get some parts I need so now I had to buy another rear and in stuck With parts I can not use

Young lady was very nice! I was given machine to plug into car to diagnose problem!! Never had this to happen at any Auto Zone before! Typical of Blytheville AR! Had to ask men customers to help!! Never going back here!!!

I had to special order a part from autozone in Blytheville Ar on Monday. Was told by the employee that the part would be in Wednesday. I called Wednesday to see if the part had come in and was told that the part was never ordered. They said it wasn t ordered because the part is kept in stock. I went to pick the part up and was told that the part was in fact not kept in stock and that the original employee didn t order it because the vendor was out of stock. So after waiting until Wednesday for my part I am still further behind fixing the vehicle and still have no part. The staff acted as if they could care less. I have been a customer for over 20 years but will no longer do business with them!

On June 9, 2020 I was having a very difficult time repairing my car. The problem had much to do with getting the correct part. Girlie Harris, in your Blytheville Arkansas store came from out of nowhere gave me the right part, explained the benefits of the lifetime warranty, and provided printed instructions showing how to install the new part. An outstanding professional who represented Autozone as if she was the CEO. Outstanding Customer Service.

Parts availability and prices compare to the auto parts chain stores. My experience with customer service here has been very good. If a locally owned store doesn't have it, this is my next stop.

I went in there been going to this same store for years and this lady Vivian had a major attitude with me because I asked her about the loaner tools so I do believe that I will go elsewhere until they get rid of her and I will spread the word

For all You parts needs come to Auto Zone. We tried Rock Auto for a year but the cheap price comes at another price. Service, returns and shipping issues as well as quality issues and cheap Chinese parts that are out of specifications. But American, and insist on American made parts. Yes they are higher in price but America You always want more, so! Please Auto Zone go all American!!

If it wasn't for Auto Zone I would have walked the last 33 years. They are the best, I do wish they could drop their oil prices to the same level as Wal-Mart so I could use them only but I am a world wide well known penny penchin husla.

Close by,easy to locate nice big parking area where you can make quick easy repairs and friendly service.
