This is probably the best pawnshop in all of Arkansas. The chain itself is a decent very reliable chain to go visit. If you need to do any kind of dealings with need money till payday or you know finding some rare trinket, you just never knew existed until you walk through the place and sometimes the stuff is cool. Sometimes it s boring but overall I can say consistently that I always like going into this place and looking around, their furniture isn t good selection but the musical instruments there you know household equipment houseware stuff like that you know they have a decent selection so it s worth stopping by

Do not buy electronics from this store!!Bought a subwoofer and at time of purchase I asked if they did any testing on them and they assured me that they do not take in items that aren't hooked up when they purchase them. So I bought one subwoofer took it home only to find out the woofer is no good at all! Return policy just as bad as their products they have.

Our home burned and we were starting from scratch. Jessie made the experience so easy and simple. He was friendly and listen to everything i was wanting/needed. He made what seemed like a stressful buying process a breeze. They Delivered our furniture the day we got it. The delivery men (can t remember their names sadly) were absolutely amazing! They made sure everything was exactly how I wanted and so friendly. I will continue to do my business with Castle as we continue to add to our new home!

I have been a costumer here for years and LOVE it. Their selection is never ending with various styles and colors!!! And their customer service really is better than you can image. They work with you in so many different ways to ensure you get what you want and keep it!

I Love supporting local community businesses but you gotta be on your toes doing business with them because they will make business with their community given the slightest opportunity. Maybe that s just standard pawnshop business to them. Decent priced selections for Berryville and Decent employee interaction regardless . recommendation from me is to visit and find out for yourself.

By far the best customer service we could ever ask for!! Mitch is so awesome! He and his staff are very professional, caring and understanding! They always find what we have in mind or need at that time!I couldn't ask for better people to help us!They have a great inventory to choose from as well!Definitely recommend them to every person I know!10/10

This is the best Castle Rental I have ever been to. I have done business with them for years and continue to go back to them for many different items. I have enjoyed all interactions with the employees and their store Manager Mitch is AMAZING! He truly goes above and beyond for his customers! I HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone who wants a good deal, and people who know how to treat a customer correctly.

These guys are legends in my book, spare of the moment move to NWA for work finally got into a place desperately needing furniture and who d of thought the ol pawn shop was the place for it.. ask for Jessie he s a genuine dude I had no way of hauling anything couple hundred for down payment an the guy had my furniture to me the same day.. table did not fit .. he replaced it same day no problem.. berryville eureka am close by this is ur stop!

Iv been doing business with Castle Rental for many years now.Things have been hard from time to time as it is for everyone. But they have always been the the kind of business that looks at you as human and not just a payment. No matter whats going on in town Castle Rental of Berryville seams to be the place to be. Even if it's just to stop in and say hi. The banter among the employees and customers is refreshing. And the simple fact they care sets them apart from every other place iv been. And is the reason that keeps me comming back. They may not be perfect for everyone..but they are great to me and my family.

I came I today to buy some guitar strings and the snippy oaf behind the counter said he'd be there asap. There were employees not busy and nobody was sent back to help me. That's one way to run a business. Not a good look in my opinion. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Don't purchase anything from here one of the biggest scams on earth and theives. I had payments set up and they don't take any money out and calling me up and asking me why I haven't been paying which I have been because i get charged for it. I'm getting harassed by them it's ridiculous and I'm very tired of it

Staff are so nice and friendly very negotiable and I will recommend to everybody. Furniture are more durable and in style love it Will comeback and shop more.Mitch is the best

Do not finance furniture here. They will sell you used furniture at full retail price with sky high interest! Generic $1000 TV as well ! Oh and there insurance doesn t cover anything.

I ordered Elixer guitar strings from this company. They accepted my money just fine. The guitar strings where supposed to go to my moms address. She's 72 and it's hard for her to get out. So I paid for them and had them sent to her house. Her address got flaged by their system. I emailed a picture of an envelope, already sent by mail with her address on it. Still not good enough. So I called and was reassured the strings would go to my moms house. Anybody want to guess where they ended up. MY HOUSE. Do not use this company. BTW ur "customer service " needs serious work.

They are very high they Are not fair! We were with them for a little over 2 years I'm paying on our bed and TV yeah smart bed and TV and we hit some struggling times and they came up and I don't want to took all of it disregarding all of our good and pros of are time with them! In my opinion I would not give them your time or money I will go down to Rent A Center!

Everyone at castle of Berryville is wonderful. They are always helpful. Every time I go in there they are always smiling. If I cant find something they will either look at another store or they will order from the catalog. I will never go anywhere else.

Ordered fishing reel months...many months ago. They sent to old address after providing them with new address. Refusing to send my reel to me. Really? Unbelievable.Over a $30 fishing reel?Unscrupulous and lacking integrity, let alone any notion of "customer service".I wouldn't risk an online purchase here.

Ive been to plenty second hand stores. Even other castles. But this one in particular is beyond me. Their buy offers are barely 10% of their sell price. Its actually disrespectful. And downright degrading for those hurting for cash.

The staff greet you upon entering the store and will do everything in there power to help you find what you need! They will do everything they can to help you leave the store satisfied and wanting to come back. 10/10

My husband and I called the business to make our weekly payment on a generator we were getting on rent-to-own. Our payments are set up for Saturdays. We get paid on Thursdays and made a payment last week. One of the girls (I think her name was Amanda) tried to say my husband didn't spell his last name correctly to look up the account, and as I was sitting right next to him at the time, I know better. She finally got the account looked up and tried to say that the payment was more than it is because of a $10 "deferrment," which is ridiculous, because we just made a payment last week and didn't defer anything. I had to take the phone and talk to her, and she would not let me speak, as she was constantly interrupting. I had to raise my voice a little (she kept telling me I was "yelling," but if she had zipped her lips a moment, I wouldn't have had to keep telling her to stop interrupting). She would not stop interrupting and hung up on me. I called back, got her again, and got her to finally stop talking so I could tell her what was wrong. She said that the call was being recorded, and I told her fine, then the manager would know how rude she was, and I would make sure h**l was paid on that store for poor customer service. She finally let me talk, said the manager was "out" and she didn't know when he would be back (we also had to call the Harrison store and Mitch there said the managers were out till Monday as they are at a convention in Cincinatti, so that was a lie from this chick also), but that he would call us back over this as soon as he got back. With the manager being out for days, that's a guarantee we'll end up with an additional "deferrment," because the payment was not made. Checking out bank accounts, the chick put the payment through with the deferrment without authorization for the deferrment, as we had told her that NO payment was to be made when she mentioned the deferrment. We are NOT happy with the Berryville offices.

Gave me a low price on a flute because the case it was being carried in had a but of the felt lining coming up. Nothing wrong with the flute itself, but the case wad a tiny problem with it so they offered me 10$....wth

Probably the best pawn I have seen as far as the quality of items they are selling 5 stars. There prices on "some" not all of the items, were a tad on the high side. Aside from that it was ok.

They are way to expensive for example a xbox you can find a xbox in walmart or gamestop for 300 to 400 dollars in this place they have it for 700 a not the new console the old one, I mean if I'm going to pay that much that xbox better star working and do some chores around the house
