Had a really great experience as a first time buyer. Everyone was patient, informative, and kind. They answered all my questions and helped me along the way with every step. Thank you to the staff at car mart in Berryville AR. for a wonderful experience and also for helping me drive off in the car that I wanted. I was completely happy and satisfied. I would definitely buy from them again.

They really took time and cared to help me fix the car I was in to get in a new one or just keep mine with no charge of fixing it. They have a great manager there now and Kenny was great with letting us take the time to pick the care that was right for us all while keeping us within our budget with a very nice upgrade. Was very pleased there was no pressure at all and when we decided they made everything crystal clear and easy buying... I had a great experience this round with them and it was definitely hard picking a car they had great inventory!!!

Kenny and Jamie and pretty much everyone were awesome! We were first time buyers and they guided us through the process with ease and we left the same day with the car we wanted. Kenny was super duper patient with us and even called our insurance with us and waited. Great guy and salesman and everyone there seems to really care. I definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing experience!Kenny was phenomenal from the second we stepped in the door until we walked out.We went in knowing what we wanted and Kenny and Brent worked together to help us accomplish our goal!We left with the vehicle we had our eyes on.We have been using this location for many years and this was hands down the best experience we have had.Brent is doing wonderful things with the Berryville location.If you're looking for a vehicle I suggest stopping by and asking for Kenny!

I had the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Everybody made it so easy. Kayla,Jamie, and Brent even went the extra mile and stayed after hours so I could pick my car up after I got off of work.

By far THE BEST and I mean the absolute best. I've grown up in dealership and have thought about about buying from dealers. Let me tell you rite now BERRYVILLE CARMART will help anyway possible. I was head to do some important errands and my motor locked up. They went more then above and beyond Jamie, Chase, kenny, and Brent. If there was anyway to rate them higher they definitely deserve it. KENNY was my salesman and he was great got me into exactly what I wanted no upsell nor down grade. I will forever use them for My next vehicle purchase. JUST A SHAME THERE LOT IS NOT IN HARRISON ALTHOUGH SHOULD BE!! Again to all them that went out of the way and made one of my worst days just a little bit bit better thank you yall are awesome. Keep up the great work

The new manager is very kind and outspoken. Did her best to get me and what I wanted. I've had a couple bad experiences with Car-Mart in the past but I think hopefully this time it'll be different the staff are awesome as well.

Everything was easy and convenient, I had concerns about future break downs or not having enough insurance coverage, both of those issues were addressed and covered already! And the manager Rachel was super great, all the other employees at Berryville we're super nice and caring! Thank you for a great car buying experience.

Gary was fantastic, he put me in exactly what I wanted and made it quick. They actually CARE about their customers, and they told me I have a cute baby, which I already knew but everyone had fun with her!!!! Rachel has an amazing team and is doing a wonderful job!

I ve been in 3 cars from this lot.I recently wrecked one and they handled it very fast and got me in something else very quickly and worked with me in all the ways.Rachel is amazing and I ll be a returning customer.

DO NOT EVER by a car from here! The cars are not sound at all! Not to mention they won't fix anything without charging you even if you pay the extra premium to cover any issues! One problem after the other back to back since literally the day I got it and they send it to be fixed by a scrap yard/ mechanic and they stole my brand new tires off of it! And they put the brakes on wrong and almost caught it on fire! Now an electrical problem that is supposed to be covered but low and behold they don't want to fix it without charging me when it's literally covered under the premium!!! Their tow guy ripped off the bumper and refused to fix it, ignition problem, electrical problems...the list goes on! But Carmart wants that payment on time though! The mechanic I took it to literally said it was dangerous to drive!Don't waste your time here! It's a horrible place!

While test driving a Kia Sedona van. It overheated severely. In already 100 weather. With my babies in the vehicle. Before we left the lot there was fluid pouring out of the radiator. They need a mechanic. Super rude GM

Not a reference for all car-marts just the one here It s a solid nope from me. I was even lied to on day one with a very relaxed atmosphere and it broke down in less then three months after I paid probably the amount they purchased it for, was lucky I didn t loose my job due to the quality of vehicle I was sold. They literally wait till you buy it to work on it so they can get around their insurance issues. Make sure you have a second vehicle when doing business with them because they will probably need to work on your vehicle for so many weeks after you get it. No rental car or other option when their product is failing.

Car Mart of Berryville has had the vehicle in the shop for 8 weeks!! Now that it has finally been returned, they are holding it hostage for a $400 payment that isn't even 1 month past due...which is past due because of refusal to pay while they refused to tell me which shop had my car. This place is nothing but a rip-off and a joke!!

We had a great experience at Car Mart. June worked very hard working on different ways to get into the vehicle that we wanted. She was patient and cheerful as she worked up our deal. Mike the manager was also pleasant. He came in and introduced himself as we working on our deal. As always paperwork was a little lengthy but all and all a pleasant experience.
