Westside was extremely helpful to us at the time of my two back-to-back wrecks in 2022, and even 1.5 years later when I was having lingering problems with the car. They prioritized me and my car, and dealt with any tears I had when dealing with the entire situation. I m grateful we ended up with them.

Everyone at this place is phenomenal! They are so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. In this crazy season they stopped, listened, and helped me get my issue fixed. I wouldn t go anywhere else if I had to get my car fixed!

I was recommended to Westside Collision 4 years ago and have never gone anywhere else since. I have had them do everything from body repair, painting, ding removal and part replacement. I've used them several times for various vehicles in our family. I have never been anything but completely impressed with their work. Those guys are really talented. Their attention to detail sets them apart from others. They are always reasonably priced and really care about your satisfaction with anything they do. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

The communication and the quality of the work on the car was so satisfying. I believe they're one of the best collision centers in Northwest Arkansas. Plus, seeing smiley faces welcoming me warmly at the door was a bonus. I liked the color on my car, they matched it perfectly and cleaned the interior of my car. My car turned into a brand new car.

Shop was very accommodating to working on a vehicle that is far from stock, and work was done in a very timely and professional manner. They also asssisted with insurance when dealing with a shop of my choice to reinstall the PPF to ensure that it would be identical to before my incident.Would highly recommend to anyone who has a need with their bodywork. Hope I never need them again but will return in the event I do.Ahead of time, and highly communicative throughout the process.Service: Body & Trim

Brian and his team are amazing. These guys are the best. Whenever I have any issue with my Roush Mustang I can always take it to them and trust that they will do an amazing job. I highly recommend these guys. If you have higher end car you can trust that these guys will respect your car the same way you do.

Westside Collisions repaired my vehicle after an accident and my car came back as good as new. The team is here is excellent and very friendly. Stacey, Matt and Brian are amazing. The whole process was seamless; I'm grateful they took good care of me and my car.

Highly recommend! As everyone knows when your car is needing body work there are a lot of steps to fixing it. You receive updates as they are available. Definitely exceptional service! Also top notch body and paint work.

5 out of 5 stars all around. Can t say enough good things about this place, and I appreciate the service and outstanding hospitality! Went in for a minor fix on my splash shield, and they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Westside Collision is fast, friendly, affordable, and you can tell they really care about helping people. I will definitely be back, and will recommend this shop whenever I can. Our family recently moved to the area and had our 3 vehicles damaged by hail. We decided to go with Westside for repairs due to the rating on Google. They did not disappoint! These guys did an amazing job on our vehicles and have excellent customer service. The office personnel is very personable and called several times to keep me updated on repairs. They also handled everything with the insurance company. They even cleaned our vehicles inside and out! I highly recommend Westside!Service: Body & Trim

I am beyond impressed with Westside. They were incredibly professional from beginning to end. I can t say enough good about them. They replaced my bumper and repaired/repainted my trunk completely in 2 days- way ahead of schedule. The work is amazing and they deep cleaned the car inside and out. I couldn t ask for better service, quality or professionalism. They are my only recommendation from now on.

Brian at westside collision is one awesome dude. He showed outstanding customer service through great communication on the hail repairs that were done to my challenger, very professional and his positive attitude made it so easy to work with them.The hail repairs looks great and they matched the paint perfectly. I m always pleased with their work and I will definitely bring my car back for future repairs.

Westside Collision did a great job repairing our vehicle! Brian and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were repaired and on the road before a two week road trip to Colorado. Our 4Runner is like new and I highly recommend Westside Collision. The service and quality of work are outstanding. It was an all in one setup with our insurance provider. We were able to drop the car off for the estimate, pick up our rental and get updates throughout. Brian walked me through all of the repairs done to the vehicle before it ever left the shop. I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely bring any vehicle to them in future.

Westside Collision recently fixed body damage on my mustang. They did a fantastic job! Can't tell there was ever anything wrong with the car! Looks great! They are also very nice, chill and personal. Everyone at Westside was wonderful! They were State Farm recommended so I figured that would make life easier on everyone and it did! The quality and speed of their work was phenomenal! My windshield was cracked and hood dented by rocks on 49. They had my Atlas fixed and back on the road in no time! I also appreciate the way I was treated I was talked to in a friendly manner and not talked down upon which unfortunately sometimes happens when it comes to females and vehicle repair. Thank you Westside, I hope to not need your services again but if I do I will not hesitate to return!Service: Body & Trim

What a great place! First I can't express how friendly the people here are. They make you feel welcome from the moment you come through the door. The customer service was spectacular! If was kept informed about what was happening with my car every step of the way. And an additional benefit was they cleaned my car better than what I have done everything. No joke on that. Great job guys! Had one little glitch with an accessory part that I wouldn't have noticed. However their Quality Control check caught it. I could have left my car there but instead they came to my work the next day to make sure it was installed. No extra charge. I applaud the workers there for taking pride in their work and it shows in my car. Thank you Brian and thank you too your workers. They did an excellent job!

We used Westside for a repair to the headlight and front of our van after someone backed into it. They worked seamlessly with Geico and Enterprise to make our repair. They finished exactly when they said they would. They had the car for far less time than I expected. The owner was super friendly and helped me carry things when switching vehicles, etc. I would 100% use them again and recommend to others.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

The guys at this garage did a really great job fixing my Honda Civic, and they restored it to its previous condition. Not only did they restore my damaged parts, but they thoroughly cleaned the interior of my car as well! Going above and beyond to satisfy customers really sets Westside Collision apart from its competitors, and I can't say enough about the friendly, personal service that I received there.

I had a new vehicle with 600 miles on it, so I was very picky about who was going to do the work when I was involved in an accident. Westside was everything and more than I expected. They understand what your automobile is to you and everyone that walked in the door got the same personal attention to detail. I was impressed with the customer service, the quality of work and the warranty they provide. The assurance that everything would be like new was lived up to. I'm very happy with my experience and feel confident you will be as well.

Exceptional service. I was not able to pick up my car after repair and Westside accommodated my request to keep the car safe until I was back to Bentonville. Great communication by phone and text.
