I've been to two Take 5's and loved the experience both times. Staying in the car is awesome! Today, Cory and the other young man were super polite and did a great job. If they suggest replacing a filter, they show you the old filter so you can see why they're suggesting a replacement.

Wish it was all good but on the way home I got steaming jeep rolling down to the road! Great guys but next time remember to tighten the coolant reservoir! I was lucky and had a gallon of water in the truck so I replaced cap got on down the road until I could fill it! Thanks

The experience was great when I was there, however, I started noticing a noise under the hood on my way to work one day. By the time I could get myself home from work and look the front engine panel underneath was loose missing the screws that hold it up in place. The part got damaged from dragging and now I m having to pay over $150 for parts, not including labor. When ordering the part at the auto parts store, the store associate asked me where did you get your last oil change. I guess that 95% of the culprits are when this happens. So, if it s common, I d think the oil technicians would take extra care to ensure it was put back on properly, I didn t get that service. I probably won t be back to this place. My time is valuable but going forward I ll wait for someone to take extra time to do it right.

The people who worked on my car were extremely nice and helpful. I was worried about my car and they reassured me and although they were personally unable to fix the problem immediately. The mechanics guided me and gave some useful advise to fix my cars problem. They also were extremely efficient and fast!

Super fast service and convenient. As a mom of littles it is difficult to get something as simple as an oil change. Love that I can keep everyone in the car! In addition, I appreciated the attention to detail as the manager was able to change my cabin air filter (that apparently had never been changed) and make recommendations that were desperately needed. Overall excellent service!

My visit was pleasant, just young kids working there so I guess I should expect what I get. What I am not happy about is, when changing a trucks oil, the skid plate should be removed and they did not take the skid plate off so all the oil dumped into the skid plate, the kid sprayed the oil out with a watering hose. Now I still have oil dripping every where I park at a incline.

Absolutely the best oil change service in town. Second time I ve gone in now and the first time taking my Expedition in. I gave them a try with my wife s car and decided to bring my truck in rather than take it to the local dealership that takes 6 hours to the same tasks. Andrew is amazing as well as the rest of the team. Customer service and work were done with great conversations and never a single pushy moment to sell me on something I didn t need. Hands down the best place to get a quick and convenient oil changes and service check. I ll never take my vehicles anywhere else.

Andrew was AMAZING! Personable, knowledgeable and honest. He did not just TELL me what I needed, he SHOWED me what I needed and why. He also offered general knowledge about my brand of car. Live in Dallas but have come to this Take 5 twice over last couple years. The customer service is subpar and the crew members are always immature and joking during the service. Had a miscommunication on what oil I wanted, which I take the blame far. Not trying to share to be a jerk. Just have not had a good experience.

Horrible service. Overpriced and messy. They did not check fluid levels or tire tread but on my receipt it says that all of that was done and ok. I found oil all over the front of my car hood.

I am so thankful for the guys at this location! Thank you for taking care of me after I was treated so bad by Valvoline. Andrew explained everything to me where I could actually understand, Jordan gave me a discount I qualified for, and Michael made sure I knew it's time to get new wipers before our harsh winter hits. Quick and easy. Thank you for doing what you do! Another satisfied customer.

Best customer service, Pat and Jordan are amazing! I came by 30min before closing time and they had my oil changed in less than 15 minutes. Someone should give these men a raise. Thank you so much!!!

I normally do my own oil and maintance but broke my wrist and can t. First time ever taking my car in and they treated me wonderfully. I was in and out in 10 min if that. They also checked my other fluids and topped my coolant off. It is a bit more pricey but that could just be me used to doing it myself

I have used Take 5 for a few years in Texas just moved to Arkansas and found this one as soon as I could! The whole staff knows what they are doing and don t mind answering any questions one might have! Great Customer Service!! I tell everyone about Take 5! Thanks Nick & Staff!

They failed to even do their job correctly and then I came back the next day 2 of the employees that were there gave me attitude. Learn to be more respectful and do your job correctly

The oil change was fast and the techs were professional. The only qualm I have is with the quality of the windshield wiper replacements that I purchased. The wipers were terrible and they declined to replace them.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Every concern I had was listened to and addressed. Specifically, the smell of burning oil from oil filter spillage was alleviated for the first time in MANY oil changes.

I got an oil change there on Friday. It was $62 after $20 off. Later that day, while driving, a plastic part of my undercarriage came loose. We brought it in and the assistant manager confirmed it was an issue caused by the oil change, zip tied it in place (seen in pic) and told my boyfriend we could buy the parts to reattach it. The assistant manager told me he cannot speak to why the place (take 5) that caused the issue can t provide the parts, and he can t speak to giving me a refund. I have been trying to contact an actual manager for 2 days with no avail.Editing to add that I finally got a refund a month later. They can t do refunds on cards and had to mail me a check.

Terrible first experience . Didn t have the oil i needed an tried selling me a 130 collar oil change. Went down the street to valvoline and got it for way less . Will never go back to Take 5

I've been coming to this location for almost a year for all of my oil change services since moving to the Bentonville area. The service, quality, and overall care that is executed at this location are above five stars in my experience. I have come from doing all of this myself, up until now. I can comfortably say that this location, and its staff have always been thorough, efficient, and professional when it comes to my service needs. I can tell, and even know what I need and the routes of service I expect to purchase. And this location, it's prices, rewards offers, and even locality of opportunity, and transparency in overall care are one of the best I've experienced. There are a ton of other competitors, and locations in this area to choose from, and this is the one I will continue to recommend to anyone looking for great service/care for your vehicle maintenance. Andrew and his associate (I cannot remember his name, sorry!) blew me out of the water today with their service, I regret that I haven't made a review sooner about this location! The training and consistency these gentlemen show at this location proves this area is in good care for its locations and brand as a whole! Keep up the great work!

Terrible! Will never go back, he asked if I had a dipstick. Did nothing other than add and drain oil for 150 dollars. Terrible!
