Really grateful for this team. Haven t been to a more fair, straightforward, honest shop than this one. Had multiple experiences of getting prices elsewhere that were hundreds more than what the Straightline team quoted us. In a recent experience, we brought our Explorer in because the A/C wasn t working. At first they diagnosed it as a blown fuse, but that didn t solve the problem, so we brought it back and they found out it was the compressor that was the issue. They discounted the price to make up the difference from having diagnosed it incorrectly the first time. Integrity is the best way to describe their team!

Outstanding Service! Just wanted to show my appreciation for some great work. My 2001 Ford F-350 has been around the block close to 300,000 times, she's very familiar with the mechanics, but Straightline's Mechanics corrected an issue three previous mechanics failed to diagnose. This old farm truck drove like a drunken sailor but today I am happy to say, this truck drives like she is nearly new. From the front office to the mechanic turning the wrenches, you won't be sorry. They have done everything I have asked, been extremely good at communicating problems they have discovered, and they presented options for how these issues could be addressed. Highly satisfied. Glad I found a great shop that can work on my old truck and keep the old gal on the road.

Quick and friendly service! I had a license-plate bolt that had rusted and I didn t have the right tool to get it out. I stopped by and one of the techs gave me a hand and replaced the rusty old bolts, free of charge.I was really grateful for the help! Will definitely be returning soon.

I had my 2008 nissan quest in there for a week to get the rear valve cover replaced due to a bad oil leak. I replaced the front one myself as I am decently mechanically inclined and have done much work to this vehicle myself.I had a few people recommend this place so I went for it. Originally I met Todd and he was a nice enough and honest dude.I paid about $721 to have that rear cover swapped and for 6 new spark plugs to be put in.You have to remove the airfilter assembly and the windshield wipers plus assembly below to access the rear valve cover....this is precisely why i didnt want to do it.The work was done and the car is doing fine with no smoke, but they broke a clip on my airfilter cover making the whole assembly floppy and letting debris directly into the filter. They also broke a mounting clip for a wiring harness above the front valve cover and below the windshield wiper assembly.i called them monday morning explaining the damage they did and they said they would look into it and call me back...I called back at 3:30 this afternoon and they told me they dont know what happened and dont see clips or parts in the bin or anyones tool box.now i have to find these parts and order them and hope for the best.way to take responsibility Straightline! Honesty isn't fragmented, you either have integrity or you don't. not as bad as midas, but damn is no one able to own up to their mistakes.im sorely dissapointed.Service: Engine repair

Best service and honest people. Long story short, we had an unknown problem with our car. These guys took the time to go through the whole car - underneath, inside and out, including all the wiring. They not only troubleshot and found the main culprit (distributor cap), they tuned and tightened every screw and added a few more touches along the way. Their price was more than fair - and their treatment both toward us and the car was outstanding. Total trust and integrity. You can t put a price on that.

Straightine was transparent about what really needed to be fixed on our old, high mileage car, that is just used for local driving. Very helpful, great deal on tires. Will definitely be bringing my other cars here for maintenance.

I went in expecting to have to order parts and set an appointment for a future date but they were able to fix my car that day! I had my alternator replaced and it didn't take as long as I expected either. Really happy with the customer service!

I've tried a few different shops in Bentonville and these guys are the best. I've brought my car here a bunch of times for: an oil change, brake work, new battery, new strut assembly, and tire balance, and they have always been fair, friendly and affordable.They work hard to diagnosis problems, making sure everything is done right. You can trust them with your car (and your wallet ; )

The first time I went to Straightline it was ok. The second time I went to Straightline l had a problem with my window not staying up and an undiagnosed Problem on the passenger side front strut assembly. I told them the struts had been replaced in May. I was sure it was not struts. They blew me off. Insisting it would all have to be replacedI was given a quote of over 900.00 for a complete strut assembly. They didn't listen to me at all. I don't know what part of "replaced" they didn't understand . As for the window they told me it was a computer issue and I needed the computer replaced. However they did tell me they did no diagnosis. That would have taken hours and their "BEST ADVICE" was to disabled the window motor to keep the window up, for which they charged me 100.00. I was told I needed a whole new computer for my van because one window was not working? Both repairs would be more than the van is worth.I took the van to my dealership who told me if the computer were bad nothing would be working. I then asked several friends for mechanic referrals. I was given the name of a mobile mechanic.He showed up, did ACTUAL diagnosis for FIFTEEN MINUTES! diagnosed both issues. Came back the next day. Replaced a switch and bushings. 2"smallish" repairs and I'm on my way thanks to his expert help and DIAGNOSIS for less than 300.00 which saved me at least 1,000, maybe more. Moral of the story, don't trust straight line to diagnose your issue. All they want to do is rip and replace. You are not the priority, they are. Read the sign in the office.

Tried charging me 980 for a simple alternator replacement with warranty, and to fix the spool valve, do yourself a favor and go to Christian brothers or some other company. They got it done for 406.

Extremely helpful and friendly business! I was only in town for the weekend and they were able to get my car checked out on a Friday within an hour of calling. And the service is very reasonably priced. Good all around!

First time going to this location and the work and customer service is just as good. Went in for an oil leak and was scheduled and out the door in a weeks time. Appreciated not being out of a car for more than just a morning and part of the afternoon and also getting calls about any other issues they found while they were working. Never felt like they were pushy or trying to overly sell, would recommend to anyone in the area.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

OMG I lucked into finding what must be the best, most honest mechanics shop in the southern states! Not only is the shop and waiting area immaculate, they are all friendly, kind, understanding and excellent at what they do.My car was dead as a door mail and, as I m visiting from Dallas, I was at a complete loss as to what to do. Now, I m on my way with assurance that all is well and my bill was beyond reasonable.I m not kidding. You will love these guys!Service: Electrical

I won t go anywhere else. I ve referred several people and they are always well taken care of. Quoted $3900 at another local shop and Straightline finds a lose hose and it s fixed for $60. I would not go anywhere else and continue to refer people to them.Service: TiresService: Tires

Used them for many years and they have never wronged me! Went in to get tire fixed because of a flat turned out tire was bad. I had to go elsewhere. Which is fine, tire tech was more than helpful. Guy in the front was really rude when i tried to discuss options to fix the tire. Just said "we'll air it up and send you on your way" knowing that the tire was bad and air would not last in it. I tried asking if their was anything temporary so i could make it to the tire shop but all i got from him was "we'll air it up".Service: Tires

Excellent shop only issue is they are very popular due to honesty and excellent work. This can make it difficult to have a repair done in a timely manor especially for people like me with with no family left to give me a ride so I always need my car asap!. They prefer you drop the car off vs wait. They use napa parts which come with a 2yr parts and labor warranty at least for most items. I just had a alternator replacement done and love the fact I have a 2yr parts and labor warranty!

I've used Straightline a few times now on two of my cars and they have become my go to auto repair shop. They are always able to get my cars finished quickly and the quote I was given for replacing my radiator fan unit was about $100 less than another quote I received. And that included a 2 year warranty so if it happened again, I can take it back to have it replaced free of charge. I've always had a positive experience and have never been charged for anything I didn't need so I appreciate their honesty.
