Go to Walmart Auto before this place. The staff was friendly but definitely seemed to drag their feet on a simple battery replacement putting my wife and I in a scramble for transportation. The price they charged is ridiculous too. Obvious scalping. I'd suggest Norm the Tire man or Walmart Auto for all of your automotive needs, avoid a hole in your wallet by avoiding this place!

My wife and I have taken our vehicles to Straightline for 5+ years, and we have always had a good experience. From routine maintenance to more involved repairs, Glen and team have been fair and honest and they stand by their work. Definitely recommend their shop.

Fairly new to the area and decided to give Straightline a shot. Customer service was top notch and the work was completed quickly and for a fair price. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I wanted to add to my wife's review, but it appears to be gone. I finally drove my car yesterday, but of course it broke down again due to a defective part you put it. An alternator that was cut to fit in front of the large valve covers you placed on the engine which came from your mechanic's garage you said was a "performance build". I'm sure he was happy to part with it. Like I said last time I was there, I went to a second mechanic who pointed out numerous problems with your work. I have photos, and I only wish I could put them in here. You will be hearing from me very soon. Over $6000 spent and my car is worse now than before the first time I visited Straightline auto.

I took my car in for an oil leak which they assessed and determined it was leaking in 3 different areas and would cost about $800-$900 to fix. I also requested an oil change as well. They had my vehicle for a few days and then let me know it was ready for pickup but they had broke my dip stick and had to order me another one that was not in yet. While it was inconvenient I wasn't too upset about having to drive back out to the shop another time. However when I went to get in my car the next day and return to the shop to pick up the dip stick I noticed that my oil was leaking even more than before. I took my car back in and they found another leak that needed replacing which cost another $130. When I picked up my vehicle the 2nd time not only was it still leaking but the oil level is also below the required line so I had to go purchase more oil to fill it up. Terrible experience with the lack of care, communication and actual ability to fix the problem. Will not be returning in the future and would not recommend.Update:The owner reached out to me regarding my previous repairs and issues. The shop had me bring my car in a 3rd time where the initial problem was finally fixed at no cost to me. Very grateful that the shop made things right! Having car problems is very stressful and I am glad mine are now fixed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Took my 2012 Ford Fusion to get brakes and rotors replaced on both axles, just drove to Tulsa and brakes are squiking and brake peddle almost to floor, I just got back and checked my brake fluid and fluid is empty! So I checked for a leak and there's No leak.WHY BLEED BRAKES AND NOT TOP OFF FLUID!!Reason I went to Staightline because the reviews and several people told me about great job. I'm not happy!Customer service was great, but product that I paid for wasn't good.I also had my passenger window regulator replaced, I told service associate that I have the Ford Window regulator and he said "part needs to be Napa". Not sure why you can't install a Ford Part.I will look elsewhere to get my ford done your great.

These guys are honest and do a great job. Clean waiting room with toys for kids. Bathroom was very clean and had a changing table. That means a lot for me when I have small kids and one car. Thanks straight line!

If you want honest service, this is your place. Straightforward, friendly, helpful, and did a great job. I called a handful of places to install 40" tires and was shut down. At straightline, they did not say no instantly they were like, lets see! I went back and had wheel bearings and breaks done and again great experience.. I'd give them 20 stars if I could not many places like this these days.

Excellent performance,very timely, and competitive prices on guaranteed work backed with a warranty. These guys not only know they re stuff but they ll communicate throughly with you on the next step for the best approach! They had my truck in and out of there and I m very satisfied!

If you can't change an air filter wouldn't bring it here these guys can't either. Took them 6 days after dropping it off to determine the work was too hard or actual work. They say they work on all types but tell me they can't every time I drop off a vehicle. Wasted time and money dropping my vehicle off now I have to tow it. Pass poor. I would have done the work myself if I got off when there was still light out

My wife and I have been using Straightline for 5 years now and have only had positive experiences.I had a slow leak with a tire and stopped in this morning to have them look at it. I assumed I d have to wait a while or leave it, but these guys surprised me and had the tire fixed and back to me before I even had time to get comfy in the lobby.Fantastic, honest service!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Look no further, you have found the BEST mechanic shop! This place does excellent work with more than reasonable pricing!! If you re looking to get ALL of your vehicles services done AND save some money in the process, bring your vehicle here! My future business is with Straightline!

This place worked on my husband s classic car and he spent 6k for a new motor. You would think spending that kind of money the car would run better. After 5 trips to this place afterwards it s still not 100%. It wouldn t even start half the time and the old motor ran better! We took it to a mechanic in Farmington and the things he pointed out that were issues or not done correctly is unreal. Better Business Bureau will be getting a report from me. My husband just picked up the car this week and they wanted to charge him to fix something and he had to ask doesn t the new motor come with a warranty! Attitude and rudeness after spending 6k. DONT TRUST them with YOUR car or Money. I feel bad I even recommend them in the past - I don t know if this place has new owners or what but go else where my friends! Shame on you Straightline Automotive and I will make it my goal to be sure I let everyone know how horrible you are and the dishonesty in your parts and work- let alone your rudeness!!!!!!! Worst mechnaic in NWA! BBB has now taken my case!

We take all four of our cars here. They have been the most courteous and respectful people to work on our cars. Their prices beat their competitors and they give a cash discount. They don t try to sell me services I don t need! Thank you Straightline! They have always treated me good here no matter what I am getting done whether it's a small repair or a major one they are always very honest and considerate and they will work with you they back their work every single time Glenn is probably one of the most amazing owners I've ever seen of a business he always does the right thing.

Took my Mini Cooper in to have a motor mount replaced and 4 new tires. Great quality workmanship, reasonably priced and friendly people to work with. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they charge an extra fee to use a credit card.Services: Tires, Engine repairServices: Tires, Engine repair

Called ahead for a quote to repair my vehicle, gave ALL details including VIN, asked which parts they use during the call to insurequality and was met with a fair quote. Then took my vehicle there 2 days later met with the general manager this time, he looked at my vehicle gave me different quote that needed 1 part less than before, yet the quoted price was $300 more than I was quoted over the phone. Same labor, same parts vendor, one part less.Vehicle or problem did not change or worsen in 2 days. The mechanic that quoted me(Alex) rememberd me but did not stand up for himself, the general manager plainly steadfast is ready to rip people off. BEWARE.Edit: for accuracy of people involved.

We moved here 2.5 years ago and have used Straightline everytime. But we just had "tune up" on our van and they knew we were about to drive across country with it. It immediently acted up the next day, I took it back and they did not touch it for a whole day, then the next day just drove it, and of course said it did not do anything bad for them( we were leaving over weekend) So one day away. I get it, could of happened, but when I asked him what happens if I get half way between AR and NY it breaks down, they laughed..... Guess what we broke down! They put a cracked spark plug in it... I called them, they just said "sorry". I feel like because I was a "stupid" woman I did not know what I was talking about when I described what it was doing. So down for 2 days and $600 repair. Just super dissapointed....It was their lack of concern that most dissapointed over....

I'm new to the area & was looking for a new auto repair shop. I came across Straight-line automotive & I'm very happy with the service I received. They were able to get my truck in right away & did the repair at a fair price. 5 stars for customer service as well. I will not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles in for repairs or service.Thanks you

Great shop. Schedule service for a tune up and safety check and to change the breaks. Very honest shop as they said after the safety check that the breaks were good and did not need replaced at that time. Been back with both vehicles multiple times now and have gotten great service every time.

Initial impression of the shop was based on reviews read online. Was a little apprehensive at first but decided to give them a shot. They were the lowest price quoted for a timing belt change on a Honda Pilot.Dropped car off first thing in the morning. Two gentlemen were present; one was tied up on the phone and the older gentlemen greeted me. I explained to him our needs and the work desired. They were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Job was completed the same day later on in the afternoon.Shop appeared clean from the exterior although I didn't see the inside of the garage. The lobby was clean and usually indicative of a clean shop too. Didn't encounter any of the rude interactions as others have experienced. This was our first major service completed here and based on our first experience, we'll definitely be back for a second visit.

Took my vehicle for inspection, the guys here are professional and with good costumer service. Unfortunately, their prices x hour of service is pretty high. Also, when I checked online for the parts that they recommend for my vehicle, I could find those parts very cheap/fair price online but this mechanic was quoting me the same pieces 4x more expensive.I was able to find the same service and pieces at a fair price with another mechanic in town and turns out I didn't needed all the services listed by Straightline. I saved around 2k just by not doing the repairs here.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I heared they have great technicians, so went there.They do not communicate properly, see lots of arrogance. I tried to be patient, but happen to loose it.I messed up my day with their attitude. I observed talking to Americans nicely though.I recommend them to install a price board, if they do not have time or patience to communicate.

Brought my vehicle to them to fix an issue. After getting vehicle back and paying several hundred dollars, it was still not fixed. So I brought it back, thinking they stand behind their work. Wrong. Was shocked to see another bill for a few hundred. Worst of all, the dash wasn't put back well and there are now gaps in it. Avoid this place.

What a great service center. Customer service was knowledgeable and prompt. No nonsense performance of repairs. Called the repair center and set a time to bring the car in. We dropped the car off the night before and dropped the keys in the overnight box. Received a call in the morning confirming the type of repair that was requested. 2 hours later the repairs were completed and we were able to pick up the car. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and good prices. No need to go anywhere else.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, A/C installation & repair

Fixed both my wife and I s car within the last month. Control arm on the Subaru and warped brake rotor on a civic. They completed both jobs really fast and I got a couple of quotes for my Subaru repair and they were the second lowest. Both cars run great and really appreciate the service.I was upfront that we really could only afford the repair that we were going in to do, they worked really well with letting me know what exactly it would cost before going ahead and doing it.Definitely would recommend Straightline on greenhouse.

While visiting the area my vehicle started over-heating. Even though the were busy, the gentleman at the front desk helped me to make sure I had enough coolant to make my trip home. He was very polite and helpful. Thank you.

Their quality of work is amazing! I threw them a real curve ball with my GTO needing a new aftermarket clutch and they came through with flying colors. It took a little bit longer than a standard clutch job but they did everything absolutely perfectly! I would highly recommend Straightline for any job you want to make sure is done right the first time.

I think the price was really fair, especially for all the work they did!! I would definitely recommend them for your Auto repair needs! 2003 Chevy Tahoe working good now!
