Ordered a specific tire through the call center, who I found out is a 3rd party out of the US, contracted through Sam s Club. Got the tires put on the car only to find out the more expensive option of the same brand was ordered without me being contacted. The service technician and everyone in the tire center were very professional in the midst of a frustrating experience, but ultimately out $134 and time out of my busy day. Be careful ordering tires through the call center it s not Sam s club, so order in the store itself!

Probably the worst experience at a sam's club auto center. The staff were very rude and wouldn't give proper information the status of the vehicle. Had to wait on call for hours for no one to pick up the call as well.

I arrived right when they opened at 10am to get my tires rotated, and was told they had a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait because only two people were working. More employees would show up at noon, I was told. I came back that afternoon and was told there would be a 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait, but I could leave it there and they would get it done. That would have been great, if I had driven two cars there, but I only have one car. I asked if I could make an appointment, the next available appointment was for Thursday at 3pm. Last year I only rotated my tires once, paying out of pocket because Sam's Club was only doing emergency tire repair, every time I called. I don't think I should have to pay for tire rotations because Sam's Club can't staff enough people to accommodate their customers needs. Totally ridiculous and very disappointing.

I was told 1 hour upon arrival, so I decided I would just wait in store. 3 hours later and still no call. I walked up to the front desk that was left unattended for 10 minutes before someone from management finally came to get someone and I was told another hour because they only have 2 workers. All of this could have been avoided by telling me a correct time from the beginning knowing only 2 workers were in for the day. Terrible service all around.

Wow! Great experience. Mechanics were very friendly and customer focused. Truck was pulled in and back out with brand new tires in less than an hour! Free lifetime balance and rotation is always a plus as well.

So I don t post ratings much but these guys deserve it! It was early on a Monday which was in part the reason it was so fast but they are extremely helpful and efficient. They were more worried about finding me the best deal than making a ton of money on tires I didn t need which is refreshing. All four tires were installed fast AND he put the spare back where it s supposed to be (sounds like no big deal but you d be surprised how lazy some people can be). Fast and friendly - something that our world could desperately use these days. If I could give them more stars I would! You guys rock!!!

Hubby got a flat tire & they were closest, so took tire in for repair. Unfortunately it wasn't fixable but they found me a decent tire to get truck back on road. It is now our spare. They quickly checked tire & quickly put new tire on rim. Price comparable to other tire shops and the were pleasant to deal with.

I was interested in purchasing big screen TV but you're available staff on 5/21 lacked certain knowledge I need to be a better educated consumerThey were unable to clearly define for me differences between UHD, OLED, QLED. They were also unable to explain why some sets were high gloss and some were semi gloss or flat.Also Sam's scan and go did not function. Also my gift card did not functionToday was not a good day for Sam's and it certainly was not a good day for this Sam's customer

Stopped in just to grab a hot dog combo at the Sam's Cafe. They had a side of waffle fries available which I found just OK, but the 1/4 pound Nathan's dog with a self service drink of your choice is the best $1.50 lunch you can get.

Called in to set up to get tires, they set a time and said see you when your here, asked if they need to know my size, they said no we are good, showed up and they did not have my tires said they will have to order them. Staff needs to know to order tires before asking someone to come in just to be told they dont carry tires that they have to order them.
