Great shop, great service always quick and courteous when I bring my vehicle in.I have been bringing my vehicle here for over a year now and they have always done me right. And fixed everything or issues that have come up the tire protection plan they offer is absolutely amazing. It covers you well beyond what you would expect and I cannot recommend it enough. You don't need any other tire shop, always bring it here or one of the other locations.

Tire Plaza never disappoints me!! Their customer service is the main reason I keep returning. They are kind, personable and genuinely care. That matters most! I can get my tires changed anywhere, but anywhere else wouldn t have the friendliest staff and Todd s mustache! The curl was on point today!!!

My fan belt was making noise. They said my power steering pump was bad. I had them order one from Auto Zone for $171. When they were done, they tried to charge me $382 for parts. I argued with Todd and asked him to show me the price when they ordered it, it was $171. He adjusted the price and charged $164. Total out the door $360. If I did not argue, my bill would have been $580. It's ok to question their billing. They will reap you off if you don't.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable on products but not pushy about what you purchase. Just gave me the facts straight up and explained different tires. Easy fast finance option available if you need/want. Good group. Fast and friendly service.

I was really happy with the customer service and how quickly they changed my tires until I got back to my car and noticed that someone took food from my car. I haven t checked to see if anything else is missing yet but I no longer feel comfortable going back, when I m trusting a company with my car and paying good money for their services it s insulting to have my things stolen.

Todd and Max were beyond professional and super helpful while I was having my SUV serviced. They walked me through every detail and consistently checked in with me to make sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend this Plaza location!!

Excellent customer service from Tim. Full of knowledge, they helped me find the problem, fixed it at a very reasonable price (Tim even helped me find a coupon), it was done within the day. My car is driving so smooth now. Love it, thank you so much guys.

Todd seems nice, and the service tech Andrew did a great job. He even went the extra mile and cleaned the blue stuff off the white letters. Gary kind of struck me as a prick, though. That dude needs to work on his customer service skills.. All I wanted to know is why you need so much personal information just to buy tires and what I was being asked to sign. Barking at me that you just need it for the receipt was one thing, but then I saw you give Todd the ol' side eye. That told me you don't want any more of my money. I may drive a cheap car, but I'm not stupid or poor.

Overall great experience. Fast, friendly. and efficient. In particular, Todd at the front desk was very informative and helpful. Hopefully he becomes a fixture at this location.

I was pretty disappointed with the experience. The oil change took an hour and forty-five minutes where I wasn t updated until the end, I had asked about getting a head/tail bulb replaced and they forgot but still signed it off as Check lights and blinkers only I m still driving with one out.I used a coupon for half off so in the end it all probably evens out. The team was kind, but I m definitely not ever referring anyone to get service done here.

I m so impressed, these guys are good! They got me in and serviced my car. I was totally expecting to have to make an appointment. In and out in 35 min. Friendly and efficient.

Not many times do service centers get great reviews, but they took it right in fixed the tire issue and were finished quickly. The price was very reasonable. They did all that was expected.

Called them Friday to discuss my visit and was told a manager would call back to talk to me on Monday. They did not. This company depends on numbers to keep on going. They do not care about taking calls and handling problems. If you call to resolve something you'll be blown off. Bank on it!

I came in with a flat tire, thinking the tire was punctured. Upon further evaluation it turned out that my valve stem just needed to be tightened, free of charge. Shout out to Todd for his excellent customer service and recommendation on new tires for my vehicle

I met Mr.Todd in the service center, yes being courteous is part of any customer service but this guy is very helpful and very friendly. I would rate him one of the best in treating customers in the best possible way! Keep up the good work young man!

went here for an oil leak and expected a very high bill of service. But after a thorough inspection of my vehicle from Chase, he discovered that it was a lesser problem than originally thought. Chase and Todd both went above and beyond for us and we walked out of there with our problem fixed and not a high bill at all. Saving us hundreds of dollars because they put their heads together to come up with a solution to help us out! We were so impressed by their customer service and our experience here! I would highly recommend Plaza Tire to any of my friends and family! Even from the moment we walked in, Todd seen that I brought my toddler with me and immediately picked up the tv remote and put on her favorite show! Todd also recommended a nearby restaurant for a delicious meal while we waited! We will definitely come to Plaza Tire of Bentonville for any future service needed! Thank you guys! You ROCK!!!

I moved from out of state, I went to another tire shop in town and they were rude and didn't want to help me. I went to plaza tire and they were so so helpful and nice, I was having a bad day, without knowing they went out of there way to make sure I was helped and not charged to much and to top it off they even went out of their way to put my spare tire back where it goes. It really turned my day around and they have a repeat customer. Thanks for being so awesome.

This is the only place I will bring my car, they are so professional, thorough, and trustworthy. Jonathan and Tim are amazing, so patient! Jordan is a very knowledgeable and thorough technician. Love this place!

I recommend as highly as I am impressed with the people and service rendered at this location! As I was having new tires (from somewhere else)put on my truck, I called to set an appointment for a front end alignment and was told no appointment necessary, just come on over. I did so and they got my truck right in the bay and were done with such amazing efficiency. I returned a while later to inquire about something I forgot to ask earlier. The guy at the counter said the subject wasn't his area of expertise and took me to talk to the technician that did my alignment; who answered my questions. I will definitely be back and will always recommend them for the type of work I had done (even tho I'm pretty positive everything they do is done with the same professionalism)!! Thanks for a great experience!!

The employees and manager are absolutely amazing!! Single mom driving on tires that were unsafe until I could save enough to get 4 tires put on my vehicle. I was mis quoted a price from a different location and was in tears and felt defeated. They took care of me and made sure I left with tires on my vehicle. God bless you guys!! Yall are amazing and to say I appreciate y'all is an understatement!!!!!
