Had a small mower tire that was off the rim, took it to Norm s, the guy was right on it, and within 10 min it was back on the rim, aired up and they had run a new bead around the tire/rim. The person was super friendly and very helpful, all with no charge.I have bees to Norm s before, and always had good service. Ill be back for sure.

I needed brake repair and tires. I called and talked to Randy he was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest both on the phone and in person upon my arrival and throughout the process. I went in got the brake work and a set of tires installed. The lobby and bathroom were clean and pleasant to wait in. The staff was nice to everyone while I was waiting. I'll be back for any future auto work.

I called to price tires and "Ben" (I believe that was his name) answered and promptly quoted me the price for the 4 tires I wanted.He took the time to offer me a couple of other brands that would have been less expensive but I opted to stay with the ones I knew and liked. He said he would have them in the next day and called to tell me that they were in.We went in on Friday to have them installed and the installation was fast and service friendly.Overall a great experience. I will return.

They completed my alignment and fixed a previous shops error with my steering being off. They seemed to be fully staffed, handling quite a few people. It s rare to have a shop actually be on time with their appointments and stick to their time estimates for repair. They were knowledgeable and prices were fair. I ll be back for future repairs and maintenance.

On Wednesday, I brought our SUV to Norm the Tire Man to inquire about tire prices. After comparing prices at other shops, I called to place an order for the tires that were quoted. A few hours later, they contacted me to confirm the receipt of my order. Thursday morning, I arrived at the shop as soon as they opened. Within an hour, I was back home with two new tires that were mounted and balanced. Norm's provides exceptional customer service, and their prices are competitive. This isn't the first time I've made a purchase from them, and it certainly won't be the last.

I stopped in for tire rotation and balance on my truck. No appointment necessary. I dropped the vehicle off, went to breakfast and within a couple of hours, I received a call informing me the vehicle was ready to go. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service!! Thank you Norm the Tire Man.

I have a modified lift suspension on a truck and had a different independent shop fail to perform alignment - took several hours putting on and off the machine it was dangerous to drive.Ben, my service tech at Norm the Tire Man was so friendly, helpful, and knew exactly what was going on before I even mentioned how the truck drove. He had me in and out in about 25-30 minutes with a readout that has perfect specifications.I even had a payment issue and they were more than accommodating and took me in on appointment without a wait time.They use a Hunter DSP alignment machine here. For those that don't know, this is state of the art equipment and is laser accurate.They service pretty much anything tire, wheel, suspension related here. They will even fill tires with nitrogen if you need.This is my new favorite tire shop. I drive 70 minutes out of the way to get to this shop because they just have a different level of service you can not find elsewhere.Spend your hard earned buckaroos here, folks. Great team!

Norm the Tire Man was very quick in completing the work on my vehicle. They contacted me multiple times during the process to give me updates and get my permission to proceed. Their customer service is great I will continue to go there and would recommend them to my family.

My experience with Norm the Tire Man's shop was excellent from the very beginning. I needed to find a less expensive spark plug change, because the first quote was just too high.My apartment manager, Brad, recommended this shop to me. I called, they were very polite, they gave me a decent quote, I was able to get in a few days later. They did the change, and my car runs great! I could not be happier!

The best service ever for mechanical car needs. I called in with a pressing issue (my car stalling out at lights and while driving slowly on the road- which is scary). Ben was most helpful in getting things figured out AND getting the issue looked at promptly. Best of all, I was only charged what was needed. These folks are trustworthy and efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

So glad I found this business. I went to a national chain who told me it would be a 3 hour wait to get a tire checked. Norm the Tire Mam got me right in. Everyone I interacted with was kind and courteous! This will be my new place for tires and car care!!

It was about 30 minutes to closing when I came in with a damaged tire. They were able to get it fixed promptly within that time and at a really good price while delivering excellent customer service. Big thank you to the team there!

I've always gotten great service here. Last fall I went in for tires and they told me I still had a lot of safe use on them. You don't get that honesty from every automotive place

Many companies aren't that friendly and have an attitude. Not the guys at Norm the tire man. They are really friendly and focus on customer service. I like that this isn't the national chain and I'm supporting local businesses. Also I called around for an alignment to get prices and they by far have the best price for the same exact service. I'll definitely be using them in the future

We have used Norm s many years. They re not the cheapest but you get reliable timely service tires and service they re a one stop shop. Ben helped on me on getting tires for our Expedition got a discount from their distributor that he passed on to us could have kept it and I would not have known.

Highly recommend. The guys at Norm the Tire Man were great- truly helped me- identified my tire problem- fixed it fast, charged less than I expected. No tip jar here- but I tipped them anyway. Comfortable waiting. Super example of a well run biz. I ll be back.

Ben Baker is outstanding they helped me for free last week when my maintenance light came on. They checked the car over nothing needed done reset the maintenance schedule. I look forward to getting my future service and tires done here . Kudos to Ben for making me feel well taken care of and getting what I needed done so quickly!

Well, the business front desk was very organized, clean with current magazines to keep me busy during the front end alignment. The price was reasonable and the staff was very courteous and provided an estimate for some future work. I was a first time customer, I recommend them.

Good experience. Even though they were booked, they made an effort to get my truck s engine issue fixed quickly. The solution to the issue was resolved the same day and they had it fixed up the very next day.

A friend recommended Norm the Tire Man several years ago. I work in Fayetteville 8-5, M-F - the same hours that Norm the Tire Man is open. The fact that I take a vacation day, to buy tires or get them rotated and balanced lets one know what I think of them and their customer service. They lead with honesty, their prices are reasonable and they are competent. That is why I am willing to use a vacation day to work with them.

Norm the Tire Man does the best auto work in Bentonville. The whole staff is respectful, honest, and incredibly efficient.For example, I called in yesterday to get some new tires, and they noted that they had some in stock. Although they were closing shortly after I called, they got me in THAT DAY and slapped some new bad boys on my baby. And boy does she drive nicely now.But the Norms guys tell you what s really going on. I asked about my breaks, as a different shop said they needed work, and the Norms fellas let me know that I m fine. I trust them. They do great work.Thanks, Norms crew! Keep being the best. It makes an impact to care.

I was given a quote for a complete brake job on my 2004 Silverado, and a month later, the total price I paid was exactly what I was quoted including tax! Norm s was almost $300 or roughly 40% less than a major tire seller and shop quoted me. I highly recommend this place for tires & brakes.

Terrific experience all around, from online quote to completed job. I had four tires replaced and even after a FCFS appointment, I was in and out in a little over an hour. I will definitely recommend Norm to friends and family. Kind, courteous staff. Clean location.

Came in for an alignment. They had it done in about and hour. I payed and left. Later I went to my bank and I heard a loud pop from under the car while turning. My steering wheel was now crooked. I called back and they said to bring it back asap. I brought it back and I didn t have to wait to get the car back in on the rack. They let me know what happened and fixed it for free. Best alignment I ve had on my Trans Am to date.

Admittedly, it was a bad weather kind of day, and they weren t super busy, but they replaced 2 of my tires in about 30 minutes. I was really impressed! I always get good, HONEST, friendly service from the guys at Norms.
