I thought going to a bigger dealership, things would be smoother ran. I made my service appointment online, but I have never been here before. This was for a 22 Rogue with an engine light warning. Through my Nissan Connect, it told me it had to do with fuel emissions and to not drive over 45mph, not to drive inclining or declining higways or curvy roadways. That was my entire hour drive because of where I lived. They weren't able to send a wrecker even though through Nissan warranty, this determined the car not drivable. So my child and I made the long trip to sit for 3 hours for them to tell me they had to order the part. Why did I make a 1pm appointment?! They told me to go home, and they'd let me know when the part comes in. It was the fuel pump. I said no way. Again, telling them the caution of the Nissan Connect message. I needed a loaner car because every road to my house and to work and back down here to Bentonville were what it's telling me to avoid. What if it went out on me on the side of the road with my child with me? They didn't offer a driver or a loaner car until I kept pushing for one and mentioned Superior Nissan offered it for my oil change and for my wipers blades going out on me since I was so far away. A long wait for nothing and to be put into a loaner car that was what they called a rental car and super small. They should at least compensate you with a car the size of the one you own. I mean, if I thought a tiny car could haul around kids and cars eats I would have bought a tiny car. I even called later that day to ask for a larger one, and they said they gave me the largest car. It was a small hatchback. Anyways, I was told that with every service is a carwaah and vacuum of the interior. I picked it up two days later, and it's raining, so I'm not sure about the wash and the carpets weren't vacuumed. At this point, I was already displeased with the whole situation and left but messaged my rep there at the service center. He asked I come back for the vacuuming so I turned around. Sat and waited as they took it away to vacuum to see when I got home they only vacuum your floor mats. They don't even pick up and vacuum underneath them. It's the small details that make the service. My old Nissan dealership in Wichita Ks where I bought my previous Nissans in 2015 and 2019 washed and vacuumed after every service, it made a big difference and the wait time was never 3 hours for nothing to be done. I'll keep looking, I guess.

Charles & his service team did an excellent job going above & beyond to make sure I had a great experience while my car was being serviced. Adam was helpful & professional & Charles made sure the team went above and beyond rinsing & wiping the exterior of my car down & even vacuuming my front floor boards The cool air, clean lounge to relax in while I waited was really nice too! I will use Nissan again for my car s service needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I live out of town and was told my vehicle would be ready on a certain day so when that day came I took time off work and drove over 2.5 hours to pick it up. When I got to the shop it turns out that my vehicle was not ready and they didn't even have to part in stock. I was never told this. The advisor was rude in his explanation of this and seemed to be annoyed that this had happened. I am very frustrated about this because they had over 3 days to get the part in and change it out. It is a very simple phone call to make to let me know that my vehicle was not ready. If i would have gotten this call I would be putting a 5 star review up but instead I am giving them a 1 star review. They are getting a 1 star because they are loaning a rental car to me for no charge.Service: Electrical repair

terrible place after he chk my credit score 857 he wanted to get me to sign almost 9% interest rates wit chase bank so i went to fyv nissan to buy me great deal brand new vehicle.

Went in prepared to have to walk away, but then we met Rick Jones with a smile on his face. My husband kept saying be prepared to walk. I agreed There was no way we were going to be able to afford the car we wanted . Rick listened to us and showed us what we could purchase with what we were willing to pay. We were prepared to have to Haggle, instead we did end up walking away with a car I never dreamed I could afford. Rick is a great person to buy a car from. He is very personable and you get to know him and are very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly at Landers and it was actually not stressful.. I would buy a car any time from Landers and ask for Rick Jones. If he is busy you wont be sorry if you take a few minutes to wait for him. THANK YOU RICK JONES.

They did not bother to address the problem I told them about when I brought my car in. I spent around $800 on the high mileage maintenance, but immediately after their "service" my belt started squeaking and my battery died. It seems they spent the whole time working on the ridiculous quote for new tires.

Previous work on our vehicle was not completed correctly, however there was little to no acknowledgement of my concerns. They corrected it now, and I paid, but I will not use the dealer service department again.

Website says parts Dept. is open til 5:00 on Saturday. Drove here from Bella Vista to be told parts closes at 4. Please update your site so we don't waste our time.

Amazing staff and service. They called with updates, answered all of our questions, and were helpful and friendly. Couldn t have asked for better work. The car looks beautiful!

Terrible service experience. We purchased a Nissan Armada and we have faced SO MANY problems with the car and they cant find the solution and not friendly to find any ! very very upset.

Was pre approved before we even drove there. , brought our cash and trade. Was turned away in less than 2 min. Didnt even try or nothing just bye falecia
