Editing my original review..My husband was so giddy about getting the Bronco he wanted and getting what he asked for his trade in- it went unnoticed that the price of the vehicle we were purchasing changed.. The internet price (which is what we discussed with our salesman) was $53,700; at some point in the negotiation process, the purchase price was increased by a couple thousand dollars).. We should have realized and caught it but we didn't; so shame on us BUT it still sucks.Overall, my husband is still happy with the vehicle he purchased and his monthly payment. But, a reminder to be diligent when going back and forth on a deal.Today was one of the best interactions we have had when buying a vehicle. Cliff Haggans has restored our faith in car salespeople. He didn t try to jerk us around, he was up front, fair and got the deal done. Much appreciated sir! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, go see him! My husband got his dream Bronco tonight! Thanks again!

Thank you to JOHN!! I came with my 3 kids in tow today with my heart set on this car. He was so kind, helpful, made this process the easiest experience I ve ever had getting a vehicle!! Especially with 3 kids! The kids room is so helpful and the kindness and patience towards kids from everyone there! I won t ever go anywhere else after my experience! This was the best experience I ve ever had buying a vehicle! This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and I was extremely nervous to go through the process, but TC did a fantastic job keeping me informed and answering every question. I shopped for cars at multiple lots and TC was the only salesmen that did not give me the pushy feeling, as I truly got the feeling that he just wanted me to find the perfect car for my family!I am in love with my car and I m very grateful that we got TC to help us. Definitely will come back to this dealership in the future!

Honestly my best experience I ve had at a dealership. It was my first time buying a used vehicle, but new to me. My salesman was Jayden Woodrow. He went above and beyond to exceed my expectations by choosing the vehicle I truly wanted. I will for sure recommend anyone to go to him if anyone is looking for a used or new vehicle!

Never received my order number, DORA, or an email from Ford saying that my Maverick order had been submitted. Dealership has been a huge disappointment. They will try to force some "MD Advantage Package" without explaining what it is, regardless if you want it. They went as far as signing paperwork, fraudulently saying I wanted that package. Bobby Flippo was my sales person and was extremely terse and disrespectful. He couldn't be bothered to turn away from his monitor to talk to me with the questions I had. If you're looking to order a vehicle, go to Lewis Ford. I will never buy a vehicle from MD Ford and will refer friends to go somewhere else.

Jeff Lewis was the most patient and kind person that we ve had the pleasure to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to evaluating the different vehicles we drove and when he didn t know something he took the time to find out for us. The entire process was transparent and easy. We loved shopping at McLarty Daniel Ford and working with Jeff Lewis!

Recently bought a used car from them and the salesman Mike Smith went above and beyond in helping with the test drive and working to help get me the best deal on my trade-in. Would definitely recommend asking for him if you decide to look for a vehicle here. Great guy and Jonathan McCoy was great and easy to work with on the finance end of it as well.

I just picked up a 2017 Explorer on Jan 20. Mike Smith was my salesman. Honestly the best car purchase experience I've ever had. I live 4 hours from the dealership. Mike is a great guy and super easy to deal with and provided amazing communication with very detailed photos and constant updates. There was never the dreaded car salesman feeling dealing with him. I will buy every car from Mike in the future when I'm ready again, and you should too.

Never in my life have I enjoyed the experience of purchasing a vehicle. That was until I met Oliver and Bobby. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable, non-pushy, and will actually listen to what you are saying. They embody what the vehicle purchasing experience should be. We had been talking to them about a vehicle all day. We knew what we wanted and were told about promotions. (Undoubtedly to get us in the doors) We drove an hour and a half to go purchase with the promotions that they told us about, only to get there and they increased the pricing they had discussed earlier that day. The manager never stepped foot out of the office to apologize about their mistake. We were simply told the vehicle would be $2,000 more than what was quoted or we would lose the interest rate that we were quoted. I would strongly advise anyone coming from out of town to get promotions in writing, because they clearly don t have a problem with not following through with anything they tell you.

I've bought multiple vehicles from McLarty Daniel, over the years, and have always experienced excellent customer service. However, during my most recent purchase of a Ford Bronco, I was reminded why I keep coming back. I had, without a doubt, my best experience buying any vehicle. My salesman Mike Smith, was not only one of the most considerate people I've ever met, but was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He worked hard to make sure that the process was as convenient for my schedule as possible, and he made sure that the vehicle I got was exactly what I wanted. No pressure sales. He was just happy to help. If you are considering buying a Ford, then do yourself a favor and check this dealership out. And make sure you as for Mike Smith!

I recently purchased my second vehicle from this dealership and both times my salesman was TC Cunningham. Hands down, he is an excellent salesman that actually takes time to explain everything and treat everyone involved with respect. We felt more like family than a customer. I've shopped many dealerships over my lifetime and have had a small minority of positive experiences. I think a good experience results from a good dealership philosophy and good sales staff. MD fit the bill in both categories. Mike Smith was a wonderful salesman to work with. He was a pleasure to talk to and we swapped our share of stories. He made the buying process easy and I left there with a good sense of time-well-spent. I'll use these folks again in the future!

I would definitely recommend McLarty to anyone and everyone who may be considering using them. This was my first time going there and man I m blown away. I ll try to make this short.I scheduled to have my oil changed on my Jeep Gladiator. When I arrived I told them there was also a clicking noise or rattling noise when I drive over bumps. Oh and they wrapped the drivers seat in plastic wrap to protect the seat. Couple hours later my Jeep is ready. Oil changed, they rotated my tires which I did not expect or ask for so this was a bonus. Also that clicking noise gone. All it was, was a loose Shock bolt that needed to be tightened. Here s the kicker. What I didn t tell them was I took my Jeep to another Jeep dealer and they wanted to charge me almost $1200 for 2 new wheel hubs that were Supposedly causing the noise. I m glad I didn t listen to that other Jeep dealer across the boarder in Missouri. The oil change was covered under my manufacturer warranty and I didn t pay a penny for the tire rotation and the shock tightened. They have definitely won by business and will continue to do business with McLarty Daniel in Bentonville. Highly recommend. Thanks again for saving me $1200 and also a trip to the tire rotation store. 10 Stars if I could.

Mike Muckenfuss makes the buying process fun and exciting! He was easy to work with and kept me entertained with stories during the selling process. I took my time shopping around for a new car (almost 2 months)and never once felt pressured or bothered by Mike. He made me laugh during the test drive and turned my nerve wrecking experience into an enjoyable one. 2 months later I found my perfect ride and kept looking at at this dealership because of my experience with Mike. If you are looking for a light hearted car buying experience Mike Muckenfuss is your man!

We are full time RVers and had truck problems. We made an appointment ahead of time and the service team went beyond what we expected to get the job done. The work was very expensive but they helped us out with that too. We now need to get more work done once we get to our summer destination.

We bought a car just recently from this dealership and had a great experience! Lana Flowers was our salesperson, and she was really great! She seemed very trustworthy and she actually stayed late to work with us on the car purchase! The guy back in financing was great as well. I ve had some financing people who have been really condescending and who have pushed with a lot of pressure, but I didn t get either of those things from him. I really appreciated that! It s a great car at a good price! We would definitely recommend the dealership!
