These folks did an excellent job repairing my truck, but maybe more importantly their customer service is at a level I have not experienced in a very long time. It was challenging working with the other parties insurance company and they handled it all beautifully. Communication was excellent, I would give them six stars if I could!

One of the easiest experiences fixing my car after a deer strike. Right when I dropped the car off, they promptly assessed the damage and provided a clear explanation of the repair process. Throughout the repair period, Christian kept me updated on the progress, ensuring I was informed every step of the way. They took care of working with my insurance company, so it was truly a one stop shop! When I finally got my car back, it looked brand new you couldn't even tell it had been in an accident! Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations. I won t go anywhere else, other than Kenny Davis, for any future incidents with my car

KDC has a compassionate and personable staff. They perform high-quality work and ensure that you're satisfied with the repair work on your vehicle. The job may take some time due to supply chain issues, but they will properly complete the work for you. They have worked on my vehicle on two occasions (thank you, NWA deer). I appreciate the additional repair warranty provided by the body shop. It gives me piece of mind if something arises from that previous work.

We had several estimates done. We ended up coming here because the people were so nice.. Another privately owned Body shop in bentonville was not so pleasant. Ended up being a great decision.! They kept us up-to-date without us having to call and ask. Everything went smoothly with our insurance, and they did great work!

Convienent est appointment, repair scheduled shortly after, excellent text communication throughout repair process. Phone calls also at appropriate times during repair. Car looks and drives like when new, pickup process, warranty and bill explaination detailed not rushed. Tammy and Christian were truly exceptional. Our Tesla was in their shop for 3 months, but it wasn t their fault. Tesla parts were not being produced fast enough!I rate the team at Kenny Davis five (5) stars!!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I had a great experience with the nice people at Kenny Davis Collision. My Tesla was t-boned and they matched my color perfectly, sent me home with a very clean car, inside and out, and improved my panel gaps over when the car was brand new. Tammy and team updated me regularly as we waited for parts and through the repair process. They were very honest when they had issues which made me trust them more. Thanks, Kenny Davis team!

These people know what they re doing and are focused on pleasing their customer. Car repairs are never easy, but they did a great job on our vehicle. While I ve never had a perfect repair this one is easily 90+%, and one of the best I ve ever had. The people are friendly and explain all the steps very well. I had one car fixed here after an accident and everything is like brand new. I had another car with a door ding from a parking lot and they gave me a reasonable price compared to others and made the dent disappear. I am happy with them and would use them again.

Called 2 weeks prior asking if part had arrived and if schedule date/time was still on time. The answer was, yes... Dropped car off on Sunday, car didn't hit service department until Tuesday and wasn't ready until late Thursday afternoon. Would really liked to have known before that it was going to take 4 days to finish. Work looks good I have to admit that.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve used Kenny Davis twice now within the last 6 months, thanks to being rear ended 2 weeks after repairs were completed the first time. It s always aggravating dealing with insurance companies but doing business with Kenny Davis was the absolute easiest part of the process.I talked with Christian & Tammy quite frequently & they were incredibly kind & helpful. They did fantastic work on my 2018 Tesla Model 3. If you need repair work on a Tesla, Kenny Davis is the ONLY place in NWA you should go!Service: Body & Trim

My car ended up being totaled by my insurance after having a deer strike on I-49, so I never got to experience the repair process. However, Tammy at the front desk was FANTASTIC, and the entire crew at Kenny Davis were the best part of my deer strike/car totaling experience. Christian also offered to give a once over for no charge to any car I am thinking about purchasing with my insurance settlement - I might just take them up on that! The team at Kenny Davis are first class and will take care of you!

Kenny Davis collision was recommended by my insurance company to fix the bumper of my Lexus after a fender bender.
