I had an outstanding experience with Joe Hudson Collision! They walked me through everything and were very patient. They finished my car sooner than they originally told me and when I got there to pick it up they had even washed my car and had her looking all beautiful and shiny! The body work and paint is so good no one would ever know it had been hit! I am extremely pleased with Joe Hudson Collision s work and professionalism!! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great experience with Joe Hudson s. They were the go-to for my insurance and I was very pleased all around. They did exactly what they said they would and clearly communicated from beginning to end. Awesome work too! Proof is in the putting. Here s the before and after! AT4x is on back order and they said they d call me when it comes in, and I believe them!

We brought our car in on January 24 to fix some dents in the driver side door. I assumed this would take a few days since I had set this appointment three weeks earlier. A week went by and I didn t hear anything. I called them and they said they were working with insurance to try to get the damages approved. Another week went by and I called them and they said that they had gotten approval and were ordering the parts. Another week went by and they said that they hope to have it done by the end of the week. Another week went by and I had to call them again. They finally got it back to me on Feb 23rd. It took them over 4 weeks and I had to call them multiple times to get updates. They were good at being responsive but didn t ever initiate a phone call keeping me up to speed. They overpromised and undelivered. This place was great when it was Bob Morey s but I will not go back under this new ownership. I m glad other people are having a good experience with them but mine wasn t good.* I was logged on my wife s google account and left a review I m reposting the review from my own google account.

Everyone there was extremely helpful, especially Michael. He gave a detailed breakdown of the estimate and assured me that everything would be taken care of. I appreciate the time and effort they put in to make my truck look brand new!

First time collision repair, and am very satisfied with the results!!Very prompt, great communication , high-quality work, and even though insurance took care of the financial part of my situation it seem to be pretty good price range for the amount of damage and work that was completed

I brought my car here after my accident and they had it back to me in 10 days. Top notch workmanship. Communication was lacking as they couldn't even give me a ballpark as to when it would be done. The next time I heard a word was to pick it up. That was my only complaint. The work was amazing.

Called them one afternoon about repairing my windshield (after being referred to them by a friend), and had my windshield repaired 24hrs later. So fast, so friendly, so affordable, and such great customer service!! Well done!!

It took 17 days from the time my car was dropped off and the day I picked it up. That includes weekends and I'm not even upset. I did extensive damage to my car including the suspension, bumper and front end needing replaced plus paint and body work. Philip did an excellent job working with my insurance and called me to give updates. I inspected my car and it looks like new. I highly recommend them.

My pickup was hit in a parking lot. Took it to Bob Morey's Auto Body where Phillip and the team really made it look like new again. Super pleased with the outcome. They were great about handling with insurance and left me with very little to worry about. Excellent experience, highly recommended!

Had a paint job contracted from Ford here. The actual paint job was good, and that's the reason for the 2 stars. I noticed a scratch on the middle of the back window that was not there before I had my truck worked on. Met up with one of the service writers in the front office, he looked at it and said he'd get with "Bob," never heard anything back. A couple weeks later went back in and the same guy said Bob had been on vacation, and would talk to him and call me back. No response. Few thousand dollar paint job, you think the company would make things right. It's too bad I have more work to be done, but will definitely make sure Ford does not contract the work to that shop.Service: Body & Trim

I've now used Bob Morey twice and been extremely satisfied both times. The first was for body work after we were backed into by a motorhome. But with the most recent incident, all I requested was a diagnosis and a quote. Instead, they identified the electronic issue, remedied the situation, and didn't bill me for the labor OR the diagnosis due to the simplicity of the repair. In this day and age where everyone is looking to scam you for a dollar, that goes a long way towards demonstrating the type of shop they operate. Walked in expecting a bill for $100, walked out with a repaired truck and a handshake. Much appreciated!Services: Electrical repair, Body & Trim

I am service provider who was hired by Bob Morey's to fix a problem with one of the cars in their shop. I have never seen any owner bend over backwards to the extent the owner of this company did, in order to make a situation right. This type of integrity is rare.I would not only take my vehicles to this company, I would recommend them to anyone.

During a very stressfull time cuased by another driver, Bob Morey not only took care of fixing my 2020 Passport but also kept my nerves as ease. The staff is incredibly professional and the talent of the body shop is a bar none the best i have ever worked with.My advisor, Andy, went to bat for me and made sure the insurance company's adjuster did not take advantage of me in a trying time.I would 100% recomend this body shop and service team to anyone looking to get a vehicle repaired on a self inflicted accident or a i got hit accident.Service: Body & Trim

I have an older model car that needed some extensive side panel work done. Because of the age of the car I chose the lower estimate which he warned me could result in paint differences. Terrific job. My car looks great - much better than I had hoped. They went above and beyond. To toss in an extra- a local competitor gave me an estimate for the same job at $1000 more.Service: Body & Trim

Took my vehicle in after a wreck. Bumper wasn't fixed properly. They are still waiting on a non damaged piece to come in. My backup camera still doesn't work. They "fixed" my vehicle in August of 2022.

Happy with the work they did, but it took 5.5 weeks. Longest it's ever taken for my car to get fixed. Looks great and no issues so far just didnt anticipate the length of time to get my car back. UPDATE. Today is the first day since I got my car back that we have felt the need to turn on the A/C and it's not working, even though i mentioned to the guy who did my estimate MULTIPLE times. (I noticed the AC stopped working after the accident). I'm going to call Monday. And hopefully get this fixed, quickly. Frustrating!!!!!!
