These people are absolutely awful! Rude as can be and will look you dead in the eye and lie right to your face! I've tried to support this local business and have spent thousands of dollars there with the intention of spending thousands more. But their customer service and knowledge of parts is some of the worst I've ever seen! I could go on and on about my experiences there trying to buy parts to restore vehicles with my business partner.Ok. So I have to respond to their response to my post. Note they never say sorry in any of their responses to unhappy customers.Yes, the fact that every time I come in to buy parts. I'm never sure if I'm able to purchase parts under my partners business? I have to explain every time. That my friend and I are business partners. So, using his tax ID# to defer sales tax until the trucks We're building together are sold is perfectly legal! That's the point of having a tax ID#. It's also perfectly legal for me to use my credit card to purchase parts under his account. However, the owner continued to insist it wasn't legal. She even went so far as. Saying she had been audited and fined for letting me purchase parts under my partners business. But when pressured to produce the evidence. She got really mad and couldn't produce the audit or the a copy of the ticket. So clearly I won't be shopping there any longer. Which is really unfortunate. I try very hard to support local businesses. So it's a big whatever for me. Hope you have a better experience than I did. Maybe they just don't like me?

horrible transaction needed fender and wheel molding for my truck one molding was damaged guy to it to the back and beat it flat with a piece of wood, didnt see damage to fenders , drove an hour to my shop got parts out got two right hand fender called talked to trey he said it was my fault twice on phone had to drive another hour to get right parts no sorry... just heres your fender ,

The workers here are fantastic and personable. While driving from Fayetteville to bentonville, the bottom part of my car came off and was dragging (due to a oil change). I had no idea what was going on. I drove on the side of 49 for 5 miles during rush hour, sobbing, and finally came across this place. The man came out and I asked him if he had any duct tape. He then laid on the hot cement for probably 10 mins, and helped me without any question (he didn t duct tape it either. He really fixed it so I d be safe to drive). He explained everything the oil place did wrong and talked me through everything he was doing. I tried to pay him but he insisted I didn t and told me he has a daughter and to not worry about it. Not many places have workers as kind and considerate as this place. They re so deserving of business! I didn t catch the name of the man who helped me, but if you re reading this, thank you for your kindness. You saved me so many tears and turned my day completely around.

H&H has a great selection of parts for classic Chevy's, cars and trucks. I am responding a '57 stepside and the combination of quality parts, competitive pricing and local pick up really works for me.

I want to start this off by saying that I don't enjoy having to write reviews like this. I took several days to think it over before making my decision to share my experience. I'm an owner of a local collision and restoration shop in the area and have 20 years experience in this industry. I'm taking a moment to write this review because of the possibility that my past, current, or future customers may read this and can make an informed decision to do business with or not with these unprofessionals. The treatment and customer service I received from this company was the worst I've experienced from any parts distributor around. I have multiple classic vehicles I was working with this company on, one is a 68 Impala I attempted to purchase lower quarter sections for. After 2 weeks went by once I called in the order and not having heard even so much as a confirmation of a successful order I called to follow up on the status. I was informed that the parts did not come in on the shipment and that it would be another 3.5 weeks to attempt to reorder. This came as a disappointment and inconvenience but the insult to injury was that the gentleman couldn't assure me that at the end of the 3.5 additional weeks that I would have the parts I needed. The impression I was getting was that he just simply didn't want to send an email or make a phone call that could've assured the parts getting on the next shipment. The gentleman expressed no concern for the inconvenience or any positive solutions to try to make things right. This is a company that I've done a level of business with in the past.My next concern I brought to their attention is with some very poor quality body parts (sheet metal) I have that came from them for a 1971 C10. I will simply say that there is over $700.00 worth of doors that don't fit and had body damage, and modifications may or may not correct the fitment. There is over $360.00 in fenders that both had body damage and a correct fitment will have to be manipulated. There is over $230.00 for a tailgate that needs several hours to correct the body damage to it. Last but not least, there is over $1,200.00 in both fleet bedsides and both will require several hours of repair efforts to correct defects. The response I got from the gentleman I was speaking with was that he was not going to help at all, did not want me to call him anymore with issues regarding any of these parts that his company sold. He proceeded to tell me that he was not going to try to order my quarter panels for my Impala and that I could get them from someone else, and that he didn't want to sell me anything else. I couldn't believe that was the response I was receiving and that he would treat any customer like that, let alone another professional. I was hung up on as I was trying to comment that I wouldn't be buying anything else from them.Public Beware!! If this company will treat me like this then proceed with caution that you may be subject to be treated in a similar manner as well. Also, any sheet metal part that is critical that it be straight (doors, fenders, bedsides, etc.) should be carefully inspected. In my experience, this company does not stand behind their parts and are quickly offended when addressed with issues concerning them. I compare this company with experiences I've had with random online companies that I only bought from once because of shady business tactics on the back end. I hope this review shines some light on the character of the people at this company and helps people consider their decision to do business with them. Thank you for reading.

I ordered a transmission crossmember to convert my 64 impala to a 700r4 and they gave me the best price with all items needed to install. The brace fit perfect and needed no additional modifications or adjustments. I am beyond satisfied with the quality and build of the product

Found this gem when driving some back roads. I am not from Arkansas and was driving to autozone when I drove past this place. I stopped and went inside and was amazed. Very friendly employees and they most likely will have the parts you are looking for to restore your classic car or truck. I will be going to them once I get a project car started.

I bought a set of firewall braces for a 57 Chevy and was sent a set of 55 Chevy braces, it may or may not have been my fault, they agreed to send me a refund when I shipped the parts back on my dime and I agreed and also purchased the correct braces, it took a month to recover my refund,
