The service was very good, although it seemed they were short-handed in the shop. The tech that handled my car did a great job and was very nice and ethical (not charging me for something they did not have). I will definitely return if I need any other car services.

I had an appointment scheduled. Dropped off my vehicle an hour before, checked it in, and came back 3 hours. Only for a simple alignment and they hadn t even touched my vehicle yet. I would 1000% recommend any other Firestone!

I do not often take the time to write reviews. This is my first one in years. But if you are reading this let me save you the headache and give you my full assurance that this firestone is awful. DO NOT COME HERE.I paid $6000 in fixes in brakes and parts of the suspension. Long story short, the job was so bad, within a day my tires fell out of alignment, there was constant banging noises, and I had to take my vehicle to another mechanic to fix their shoddy work. The other mechanic revealed the entire job done by firestone needed to be fixed, nothing was tightened properly, grease wasn't applied to the proper places the whole thing was a mess.Im now in the hole another thousand to fix Firestone's terrible work. DO NOT COME HERE.

Great service. Needed 2 tires and called several businesses, none of which would fit me in or didn't have the tires in stock. This Firestone location didn't bat an eye, told me to come on over, even though it was close to closing time. A HUGE thank you to these guys! I'll mosy definitely be back!

This will not be my first choice for automotive service in the future. I purchased a brand new set of tries from this store and purchased the road hazard warranty. Within the first month I went through a construction area in town and had to get one tire replaced. Technicians Jim and Nate were fantastic! Both were attentive, professional, and the only reason this received two stars. Store Manager, Dewain, was the complete opposite and a liability to the company through non-existent customer service. He attempted to have me pay several nonsensical fees and charges; and when challenged on the validity of the fees, he became combative and irritated. The fees ended up being refunded but after the encounter, I don't plan on coming back. Be sure to review your bill carefully and question anything that looks shady! Have a great day! Be Safe!

Was told I had to replace the rear ladder of links because they were bad. They were not bad. They just had damage to boots so they would not do the alignment. Because of this. Now I have to make the trip twice

We had a screw in our tire and this outfit would not plug it because they said we did not have enough tread on the tire, then proceeded to tell us no one in town would patch the tire, but they could sell us a couple of tires. What a scam. I thankfully called Fletcher Honda who services our vehicle and got in immediately and was patched and on our way. Oh by the way.. we had plenty of tread.

I left my car with them for a week to fix the air conditioner. They called to get approval for a $400 fix. The air conditioner was empty again in 1 week. I called to schedule a time for them to get it back in to look at it. Now they tell me that all they did was recharge the system and they won't schedule work on Saturday. I guess that the "We care" sign in the lobby does not mean what I thought it did.Service: Air conditioning

Service was on a Saturday so the business was very busy. I had a flat tire and needed help. The team got me squared away at no cost. They were very helpful so I am returning this week for a full set of new tires. Treat people right - earn more business - and they did just that.

Simply Pathetic experience I don t recommend this store if you want to get the service done even after reading below experience it s ur wishI came in for an Wheel Alignment and tire rotation.1stly the person at the front desk is very rude, because I had an appointment booked and I had this confirmed before coming in.After I was there at store he said I need to wait for 2-3 hrs only to get the alignment done.Further I showed him the coupons I got from a customer representative who said I can use both of them it was a lifetime wheel alignment coupon of 20$ and 9.99 of complete car package but the person at front desk was saying I can only use either one of them.So my question is, though I have coupon I can t use it because of these guys don t have enough information.And also what is the use of getting appointed ahead simply to waste ur time at the store ?I m paying money from pocket to get a service and they responded like as they were doing it for free.Finally after waiting for 1.5 hrs and he didn t got my car in and I had to finally walk out from the store without getting a service done and WASTING MY VALUABLE TIMEif they were not able to handle the amount of bookings they could have cancelled my appointment and informed me so that I could have made other appointments next day or with other store.Even 1star is waste for this store

I woke up this morning to a flat tire. I decided to go to this Firestone location due to the vehicles tires being Firestone and the convenient. The person working the front desk was rude. Told the walk in in front of me 1-2 hours for their service and when the person working the front desk asked me what I needed and told me he could not see me at all that day and then just decided he wanted to work on a different ticket. They were additionally horribly understaffed.

They act like they really don t like people waiting in the lobby for their vehicle to get worked on, like they expect everyone to have another person with a vehicle to be able to leave and go somewhere else.Other than that, good service and work. Decent prices.

I messed up a valve stem on my sons car - took it to this shop for repair and I was immediately impressed with the attitude of friendly service. On top of that - they didn t even charge me for the repair. I will definitely be a paying customer next time I have tire needs.

Took our car in for 2 new tires. Both hub caps fell off before getting home. I picked them up off the road took them back immediately to have them reinstalled. Mechanic said they are just flimsy. They fell off again before I got home. I checked them out myself and saw they didn t line up the clips for them to be installed correctly. I fixed them myself. Their carelessness could have cost me more money. Gave them second chance to work on our other vehicle that we wanted inspected and do an oil change. Took them TEN DAYS!!! There are rusted broken pieces on the brakes and I was told to just remove them, they are not important. I google the part and they are important! This is my daughters car and they are putting peoples lives in danger. I am not sure how this place remains open. No one cares

Did a great job with getting the new tires on. Front desk was friendly and courteous. Work was done quickly. Some of the negative reviews relate to the online reservation system not being in sync with the stores. I'd put that on corporate. Not the store,, just give them a call to schedule.

It took them two hours to finally get my truck in the bay for service just for them to tell me they couldn't do the job and they still charged me a fee. They also forgot to give me my wheel lock key back and I'm now forced to have the locks broken to get the service done that I originally went to them for. My low tire pressure light came on so I scheduled the appt the next business day. I was in & out within 30 min. As I pulled into the parking lot the semi was backing up to deliver so I thought it would take st least an hour since they couldn't pull my car in with the truck in the way. In 15 minutes, my car was in. They checked all 4 tires to make sure I didn't pick up a nail or anything, aired all them up and tested the battery in less than 15 more minutes and I was out the door with no charge (couldn't find what made 2 low...probably below freezing temps). A+ service!

If you want to save money, this is the store for you. BUT, if you want to properly maintain your car, STAY AWAY!I ve had 3 visits here, 2 of which had to be followed-up at Honda to complete the service that both myself and my dashboard display clearly indicated. On 3rd and final visit, I even had to complete tire correction service at Honda. This Firestone does not listen to their customer. Good luck y all.

Excellent customer service. Terry went above and beyond our expectations. We had a severe issue with our trailer tire and wheel as we were heading to the lake. The tread flew off the tire and then our lug nut broke off. Fortunately we were able to limp it to Firestone. Terry had us back on the road in under 20 min. Thanks!

Came in the store to get alignment done on my odyssey and usually mechanic shops will tell you they did 4 wheel alignment but I actually saw them doing 4 wheel alignment. They made sure the pressure was good, and suspension was checked before they would make me spend $200. I definitely recommend this place. They stand by their prices and get the work done quick as well.10/10 for the service I received.

Horrible I was left broke down at a gas pump after they had car all day it went in for a horn repair and was running great after picking back up the car it wouldn't even stay running all check engine lights on and all firestone repeats is its not liable. Had to call tow truck to rescue us they claim they only messed with the horn and something else must of happened and they said they would reimburse the tow expenses but didn't.

The issue with the repair of brakes on our truck has yet to be fixed which was the initial reason for taking there. I've emailed about the rudeness of the manager which then the District Manager addressed and we get a phone call from manager about it next. Still doesn't resolve issue. someone needs to look at service orders and look at truck and see if the service tech did what we were charged for $1200 for a brake on 1 wheel is not going to continue. Brake is squeaking and about to go out. Why? WE WILL NEVER TAKE OUR VEHICLE HERE AGAIN

We were visiting from out of town and picked up something in our tire. They worked us in after 5, and were able to patch the tire. The employees were friendly and professional. The waiting area and bathroom was clean. The price for the repair was very reasonable, and they even checked the fluids.

Had my trailblazer get brake work done a few days ago. I must say the front end staff are very polite and professional. The work I needed to get done was done exactly like I wanted. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle was very kind. I got a hard job done as I need rotors, breaks and a system flush, as well as my Emergency break didn't work and now does. All fixed with no problems with my vehicle "after the mechanic" like I have had in a lot of other places in NWA. The Store Manager Dewain is a Top Notch Guy. He made sure that all my needs were met AND went beyond any expectations that I had for Firestone. Needless to say, This isn't just a tire shop, this is truly a legitimate mechanic, and if you want good service, kind staff, and a Clean car with the work done right. Go here. This is now my forever mechanic because Firestone took care of me. Oh and BTW Veterans...you get a discount here unlike those "other" places.
