After calling several other shops inquiring about the installation of a power inverter in my Semi Truck, these guys were the BEST call I made.1) Best price on Parts and Labor.2) Knowledge - The gentleman whom headed up my project had worked with contractors installing Cell Phone Towers in the middle of nowhere, where power for tools were required.3) Customer Service - They discussed all options available for my particular needs. They aren't insistent upon what should be done. They work with you.If you need / want any form of electrical, audio, video work done on your vehicle, call Creative Audio!

Outstanding service from start to finish! The team went beyond expectations during the installation of my 2008 RAV4's remote start. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were exceptional. I valued the comprehensive explanations, and to my satisfaction, there are no visible extra transmitters or wire. all discreetly hidden. Now, I have the convenience of starting my engine using either the car key or the two extra remotes provided. Grateful for their excellent service with affordable price . Thank you, Ed!

This place makes audio installs and repairs easy. I had a speaker going out in my car and dropped by on a Saturday. Ed immediately came out to take a look and suggested two sets of replacements. Got me scheduled for an install 3 days later which took 30 minutes which was exactly how long he said it would. They got this done cheaper and quicker than anywhere else around here. Highly recommend Creative Audio for any of your car/boat audio install or repair needs!

I rarely submit reviews, but Mike and the team at Creative audio have been able to pull off some difficult installs for me .. each custom project done at a level beyond my expectations. . I am extremely particular and OCD with my vehicles and their work is top tier. I highly recommend without any reservations!!

These guys are truly amazing!!! They helped me pick out a full system that was perfect for me. Multiple amps, Stinger head unit, and subs. Everything looks great. They didn t hesitate to stay late to help me get everything tuned and just right for me. I m extremely happy with these guys in Bentonville!!!I dealt with Lucas and Mike but the install was done by Evan I think. Hopefully I got his name correct because that guy nailed it!!!

The prices and services aren t terrible, and I m happy with my remote start. However, i just seem to feel irritated with the guys upfront every time I go in there. Not saying they re bad people, but I feel myself finding them difficult and unhelpful at times

This company has staff a very knowledgeable and professional people. They installed a stereo for me.Because I am disabled and they did it at very reasonable rates. I highly recommend them!

Mike at creative was great. I called at 4:30 pm to see if they could help with my truck stereo. The Ford radio is less than desirable. 10 minutes later he confirmed he had all the parts I needed. I was home installing in no time. The parts he sold me were the correct to keep everything just as my fird came. Steering wheel controls, 3 backup cameras and even a new USB adapters to replace the ones that didn't work. I had to have a box to integrate everything and he even flashed that for me. Perfect service and this place is very knowledge.

This place did an AWFUL job with my radio. I had my radio replaced in my 4 runner. Before I took it to them, my car ran perfectly fine. 4 wheel drive was running smooth and I keep regular maintenance on my vehicle. My speakers were also just fine. However, after they were done with it, coincidently my car is stuck in 4 wheel drive and my front speakers are no longer functioning. After taking it back to them, they basically told me I didn t know what I was talking about and didn t do anything about it. They took me to the back to meet the tech that put the radio in my car and the dude was obviously stoned out of his mind while on the clock as his eyes were extremely red and glossy and he was talking and moving slowly. COMPLETELY unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone take there car here unless you want it back in pieces

Honest. Fair prices. I had an issue with speakers cutting out when I hit a bump. Another audio shop diagnosed the issue as a faulty factory amp and quoted $1100 to fix. Creative audio diagnosed the issue as a wiring harness and charged $200 to replace. Money in the bank!

Evan did an amazing job on my heated seats! It really looks like they were originally built in. I have no idea how it even works but it looks great and heats up so fast! The service was very friendly, and way faster than I expected! I will recommend creative car audio to all my friends. 10/10 experience

Great experience. Super cool staff, down to earth and friendly even with the guy ahead of me in line who would have had me struggling for a kind response. Much cheaper than most online options I've seen and they're willing to help you figure out your install process. Definitely will be going back.

These guys are awesome. I purchased a dash cam for my vehicle, installed and ran all the wires myself, but wasn't able to hardwire it myself. I went to them a few weeks ago to have them hardwire my dash cam for me. Not only did they do that for me, but they also were able to rerun some of the wires I ran to hide them better.

Great customer service! Mike the owner very friendly and kind along with Justin and Lucas. The install did a great job very clean no mess left behind. Shop was very nice and have many different kinds of equipment there to purchase. I HIGHLY recommend this place for great products and service along with great prices
