Had a phenomenal experience purchasing my vehicle through Crain Kia of Bentonville! Was able to get a monthly payment I could afford. Trevor went the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal for the car I wanted and I didn t feel pressured or rushed to commit. I then signed all of my paperwork through Nathan who was thorough in explaining everything (also he loves Star Wars and The Office too and that s a plus). Both were tremendous, thank you Trevor and Nathan!

Just purchased a vehicle, for a graduation gift. I really enjoyed the ease of working with Daniel and the finance team. Daniel is a go-getter and very personable. You don t always find that in a salesman. I do not like a pushy salesman. Go to Kia and ask for Daniel. I promise, You will be as impressed as I was.

Austin was the best salesman and helped us find the best vehicle for our budget. He was straightforward, honest and gave us plenty of options in our price range. He was nice and courteous throughout the process and we hit them on one of their busiest days! Nathan in the finance department was super helpful and easygoing as well. I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Austin was great to work with, he listened and found just what I wanted. Tyler in finance and Carlos were great as well. Would highly recommend.SECOND PURCHASEThey say hindsight is 20/20, and I believe that now. We should have taken more time, but thought we could trust them to be upfront. Now we know better. Expensive lesson . We haven t even received the paperwork and are already having to replace the transmission and transfer case. Would not recommend buying a used vehicle here.

Changing from 5 stars to 1 star after finding out I was working with crooks. These people are liars. If I would have known I was dealing with crooks, I would have read every line of that paperwork. They are charging me 3k over asking price on a used vehicle because of something they call Recon, which they did not tell me anything about. I'm being told after getting paperwork in the mail that it is a service fee for everything they did to the used vehicle before I even purchased it. If they wanted 3k extra for the vehicle, then that should have been the sales price. NOT an added hidden cost. Eric lies and tells me he told me about it. This is nonsense. I'm pretty sure I would have asked what Recon was and why it was $3,000!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!!

10/10 would recommend Crain Kia to anyone! From the second I entered the lot I felt like family and was greeted with smiling faces and genuine willingness to help. I have bought several cars, and NEVER had an experience like this. Eric worked so hard to get me in the perfect vehicle (not only appearance but budget friendly as well) and to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.. the communication from start to finish was flawless!! If you are looking for a new vehicle, do yourself a favor and go see Eric!

Paul was very helpful and the dealership went out of their way to give us a loaner while they repaired the car under warranty. Would have been five stars, but after the car was completed and we were picking it up, they told us the brakes needed to be replaced. If they would ve told me that a day or two into the other repairs, I would ve had them do it while they had the car.

I worked with Jason on the purchase of a 2023 Denali and he was Great!. I live two hours away and had questions about the truck condition before driving there. Jason sent a full video walking around the truck, pointing out anything he noticed, as well as the interior. NO surprises when I looked at the truck in person. Appreciate the extra effort in being thorough and honest!That's hard to find at a lot of dealers today. Jason is a straight shooter and I didn't feel pressured at all. I would highly recommend giving Jason a call if you want an easy, no nonsense, honest deal! Thanks Jason and Crain Kia!

Go see Austin! he was my salesperson and he did amazing! I really hate dealing with dealerships and I always feel like they re all out to scam customers especially being a female buyer but in this case, he made my transaction seamless and it was smooth and FAST! They gave me the exact numbers I was looking for (both my trade in and the vehicle I wanted). I feel like i walked out with an amazing deal. And even after the transaction, they made sure i knew about all the features and even helped me set up my vehicle and app. He was very knowledgeable and got me exactly what I wanted. Can t thank him and this dealership enough!

I had an amazing experience getting my car at this dealership. I had a car accident last month, so buying a new car was not in my plans. I tried other 3 dealerships before this one, but all I got was stress and people trying to make me commit to payments without even showing me how they got to that number. Andy helped me get my car and I didn t feel pressured or rushed at all. I signed the papers with Nathan and I actually had a great time signing them, no joke! He s a Star Wars fan, as you can see by the photos, and it felt like I was chatting with a fellow geek friend. No pressure, no trying to get me to add things I don t need or can t really afford in my purchase. I couldn t recommend this dealership more!

The service writer was attentive and knowledgeable. He did not try to up sell me, which was appreciated. The service manager runs a good ship. My car went in on time and was ready when expected. The work performed was quality work and I found nothing wrong when I got the car back. I couldn t be happier with this dealership.

Had a great experience buying my Kia Sportage from Nathan! He was super great to work with and went above and beyond to help me find my dream car. I had an idea of what I wanted so before I came in he sent me pictures and details of the cars I was looking at. It made the experience super easy and he was a great communicator. I was able to find and buy my car in under 24 hours thanks to him! He made the experience fun and personable also. Before we drove the car off the lot he showed us all the features of the car and answered all of our questions. 10/10 experience!

I was in the car business and I m not a fan of the process but I have to say these guys made it a completely different experience. We came from four hours away and they described the vehicle perfectly they were fair with my trade and the price of their vehicle. They are willing to work with you. Prices are higher at this dealership compared to others in the area. Was able to purchase a used car lately but it s weird that it was for sale before being detailed and inspected. Now after signing for it I have to wait a few days for it to be ready. Not a huge deal but not fun to wait. Good luck
