I recently had my mirror replaced and some door dings and scratches taken care of. The team there did an excellent job! Phillip and Desiree were great at explaining everything and gave me clear expectations on a timeline and work to be done.

Great experience with Caliber Collision! They got me in quickly, called and gave me updates throughout the week, completed the repair in a timely manner (which looked great !, they replaced my bumper and painted it), and then made the drop-off seamless by taking care of returning my rental. They even added an additional step of cleaning out the car! I was more than impressed and will be using them for any repairs I have in the future. Highly recommend !

I can't share enough good things about this Caliber location! We took our car here about a month ago and the full process of getting my car fixed after my accident was seamless! The entire staff were excellent and very thorough. Desiree was a gem in the front lobby- every time I came with my kids she was so kind and always went above and beyond to make a "long and boring" visit to the "car place" fun and engaging. And when I picked my car up- it looked better than new and cleaner than it has ever been! I couldn't recommend them enough for car repairs! Thanks again. :)

I recently had my truck in for some work due to an accident, and before I decided on what body shop I was going to, I read reviews. Caliber has a well deserved 5 Star rating! From the very beginning when I dropped off my truck, they started looking for damage I didn't even think about. After I dropped it off they kept me informed about progress every step of the way and got the work done much sooner than expected. When I picked it up they went over every little detail and made sure I was happy with the work even after hours since I couldn't get there in time due to 5-O-clock traffic. As a small bonus my truck was cleaner than it had been in months. Every single person I dealt with demonstrated outstanding customer service and their work is exceptional. Overall, very pleased!

Man ol' man, these guys get it done and get it done right. Super quick and easy process, worked directly with my insurance and I did not have to do a thing! Seamless paint work especially on our silver car with lots of metallic. I would not go anywhere else in town. Real professionals.

I went in to this Caliber Collision and I had the absolute best experience. Everyone was so kind to me when I was franticly trying to figure out what to do about my car. I hope I won't have to go back lol but if I did this is where I will be headed to first.
