Have nothing but great things to say about my experience with this dealership.Anytime purchasing a vehicle from out of state, it can be difficult, take an exorbitant amount of extra time or just overall be a complete nightmare.This was NOT the case. I worked with Francisco and he was a BREEZE to deal with. He was very polite, professional, transparent and timely. Not only were negotiations quick and easy, Francisco was kind enough to throw in some extra requested goodies!I also worked with finance manager, Ambur. She was also wonderful to work with and especially being out of state, had to coordinate with overnighting, signing and sending back paperwork.From start to finish, it was seamless and pain free.Even to the very end when the deal was already done and dealership could have said, okay, we ve done our part and deal is done, onto the next customers. Francisco was off the day the transporter arrived to pick up the vehicle. Nonetheless, on his day off, Francisco communicated with me and his fellow salesman at the dealership to ensure vehicle was ready for pickup when the transporter arrived.It was a pleasure working with Francisco and Ambur! What could have been a difficult process was actually enjoyable and an absolute breeze.This vehicle purchase was a surprise gift for my wife, so there was the added pressure of wanting it to be perfect and without issues and this dealership delivered on that 100%!This was our first BMW (I m an Audi and Porsche guy) and it certainly will not be our last. My wife absolutely loves her 2022 X3 M Comp and when we re ready to get our next BMW, you already know I ll be reaching out to Francisco first to see if he has what we want or if he can at least get it.

We can t thank James Bullard enough for his BMW expertise this past week! We went into BMW NWA- Bentonville on Saturday and James was able to find the exact BMW X3 that we wanted. The color, the interior, and it has all the bells and whistles! James made this process easy for us. I would highly recommend James and his 17 years of BMW selling experience to anyone! Not only was he friendly and allowed us to ask all the questions, he treats you like a friend. We appreciated all of his feedback, information, and quality service. Amazing staff and service. They went above and beyond, staying almost 2 hours after closing to finish the deal. Shoutout to Francisco Mijares, the finance manager, and everyone who stayed when they could've went home and enjoyed a Friday evening. Hats off to a great dealership with excellent customer-centric experience.

We had a great buying experience. It is always hard to buy a vehicle from out of state, but Randy made it easy. He even picked us up in a 7 series from the airport and took us to the dealership. The vehicle was exactly how he represented it. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The GM of this dealership is first class.

This was such a wonderful experience! The entire staff was welcoming. Working with Jacob was such a blessing. He answered all my questions perfectly. He continued to keep in touch with me the evening and morning after my purchase. It showed he really cared that I was happy with my purchase and not that I was just another sale. The finance team was extremely professional and didn t push me into purchasing extras that I didn t need. The overall experience exceeded my expectations!

I can only comment on the two times that I have been here for minor service on my 2013 128. I m from out of state and new to the area. Both times were great service. I was give a shuttle to and from my home and the car was done quicker than I expected. The drivers were so nice. I was never pressured into paying for other services. I m pretty basic in my needs, but wasn t made to feel so.

1 star: Just got invoiced $518 for a part. Called BMW of Austin, TX. They sold me the part for $152. I'm having it shipped to be installed. How many other parts have I been charged 4x the price?!5 stars: Went for a scheduled oil change. Just waited in the lobby... lots of snacks and drink options. And comfortable chairs for waiting.

Exceptional Service and Customer Care at NWA BMWI recently had my car serviced and I must say, the experience was nothing short of excellent. I brought in my vehicle due to an issue with the gesture control, and the team, particularly my service advisor Maggie, handled everything flawlessly.Maggie was outstanding in her role, keeping me informed and updated throughout the entire process. Her communication was clear, concise, and timely, which made the experience stress-free and straightforward.Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed by how everything was managed under the CPO warranty. It's not every day you see such a high level of professionalism and customer care. Additionally, the provision of a loaner car while mine was being fixed was a much-appreciated convenience that truly enhanced the overall service experience.I highly recommend NWA BMW for their excellent service, attention to detail, and the exceptional customer care provided by their team, especially Maggie. They've earned a loyal customer in me, and I'll definitely be returning for any future service needs.

Their service department does not even deserve a 1 star.We brought our vehicle here for a low oil sensor light coming out.They fixed it but after a week or 2 in came back on again. They said it could be another issue and charges us to another diagnostic test and the mechanic said that everything is just right according to their computer. For me its just simple, light came back on, that means it was not fixed correctly. And each time , we pick up our vehicle here something always go wrong and have to bring back to them,... that is sketchy. I will never recommend bringing your BMW here for service.

I checked in my car bmw 750li for an oil change and got it returned with a damaged windshield. Seth, the bmw service managershowed my pics taken before the car was checked in but I cannot see any crack in the windshield on the pics when I checked in Friday morning. Seth was showing the shadow of the inside dashboard as the crack which does not in anyway reflect the line of the crack or the termination of it towards the dashboard(as it was the shadow of the dashboard)Also Seth took some pics later and reporting to show me the crack which occurred after the damage had already been reported and justify his claim.This is very unfortunate that these folks think it was preexisting and blaming the customer for it. I am never going back to this dealership for any repair or service. I have further escalated their malpractices to BMW corporate office about this issue and let them handle from there.ThanksMo

Dishonest service team. My husband brought our car in to fix the window and had a diagnostic done at alternative beemer but they didn't have the part to fix so we went to dealership. Dealership would not warranty work for the window fix. Sure enough as soon as we drove off, the window trim wasn't sealed and every time we roll up the windows, the trim comes up with it

I took my newly purchased 2020 BMW X1 to this dealer because of an intermittent vibration I felt in the steering wheel.The Dealer stated the problem was: a loose engine mount and an unsecured AC line. Cost to repair: $1100.The day before I picked up the car, the service advisor reached out and said I needed to have the tires balanced as they still felt some vibration . The cost: $99. I balked at this because he d already assured me the proposed repairs were the cause and would solve the problem. The service advisor ultimately comped the tire balance, for the confusion .The next day, I picked the car up and the exact same vibration occurred when driving it home.This is when I discovered the actual problem I d noticed with the car wasn t a problem at all, it was the LANE DEPARTURE WARNING, which vibrates in the steering wheel in short subtle bursts. I had no idea this was on my car or anyone s car!After being ignored by my service advisor, I started trying to reach the manager. After repeated calls to the dealer s service manager, Seth Snyder, finally returned my call, and defended the entire transaction. The service advisor did extend a military discount when I picked my car up, but it should have been applied anyway. At the least, I felt the dealership should have refunded me the $179.00 diagnostic charge on principle alone.Ultimately the repair notes stated the mechanic could not reproduce the vibration customer described .Is this dealer trustworthy? On one hand, I don t have any way to verify the problems they say they found & repaired were legitimate. I hope they were. What I I can say with absolute certainty, is the unfamiliar vibration I brought it in for had NOTHING to do with what they diagnosed as the direct cause.Post Script Update:BMW of NWA's Phillip Johnson, Director of Service reached out to me, and while some confusion around 'the vibration' remains based on his comments below, BMW of NWA has refunded the diagnostic charges and offered to book a tutorial type appointment for me. I have returned his call but as yet we have failed to connect.I am surprised by this business' willingness to improve & address my experience and outcome as a customer of the Service Department and genuinely appreciate the effort. For this reason I have amended my rating of 1 star to 3 stars, and would consider returning for service at a future date.

Dropped off my X5 today for service, it was my first time at this location. Everyone was very courteous and the gentleman that helped me set up service was informative and understanding of my inconveniences such as my tow driver dumping the car in the middle of the parking lot. Sorry guys. I hope you guys can figure out my car troubles and can get me back on the road without having to dip too deep into my trust fund lol!

Do not buy a vehicle from here. From the manager of this BMW dealership to the sales and finance managers they do not care about service or your vehicle. Roberto and Emily just to name a few were very careless and lacked communication in the process. I purchased a $90k 2021 X6 and received very little communication unless i contacted them as I live in another state. My vehicle had marks on it that could easily have been buffed out. Vehicle was delivered and they couldn t even figure out an accommodation to get the marks cleaned up. Spend tour money at a dealership where you get top service especially for the amount of money your spending.

Ethan (in Sales) and Gavin (in Finance) were knowledgeable, responsive and accommodating through every step of the process.
