I have visited Big O many times over the years and keep returning due to superb service, competitive pricing, very fast turnaround. Most recently had a tire repaired. Big O was relatively busy but still got me in and out in less than an hour. We are lucky to have a few good tire shops in town, and this one is top of my list.

I just had my first experience at Big O Tires and was really impressed with their service. I have an older vehicle and every time I take it anywhere the service people always want to give me a long list of things I should get done. The cost of those services are practically what my poor, old car is worth. I also find it depressing and upsetting when I am made to feel like my car is going to just up and die if I don't get every liquid changed, every gasket checked, full alignment and all of that. At Big O Tires I did NOT have this experience. They were friendly and nice, they changed my oil and called me when it was ready. When I picked it up they printed my receipt and gave me a printed list of services provided / recommended but they didn't sit there and go through it all, pressure me, tell me to open a new credit card or whatever. The shop itself is clean and well organized, and the people very nice and willing to answer questions. I will 100% be going back to this Big O Tires for any maintenance my "the little engine that could" vehicle makes it to the point of needing.

Do not go here for anything other than tire services. I did since it was under the warranty and it was the most complicated process. They failed to communicate that the mechanic wasn t even present when I dropped it off- calling ahead of time as well. Major waste of my busy time. Also the typical shop that has you repair expensive parts hoping it ll be the fix with no real guarantee at all.

I had a blowout on the highway and took my carcass of a tire and wheel in. They were busy, but fit me in, fixed me up, and got me on the road in a timely manner. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and great work. Thank you for treating your customers with humanity, I'll be back next time.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. You re going to pay more than you would elsewhere for more expensive tires since most spots mount and balance free of charge with new tires. I am currently wasting a full day dealing with them after one of the tires went flat and trying to get it fixed. I m being told I declined the roadside hazard package without ever being asked about it. Was placed on a hold for over 20 min to speak to manger that wasn t even there for the day, to then wait 2 more hrs and had to call back to see what the manager said about the situation,( I m sure not being totally informed) to be told that I can come in and pay them for the warranty and then replace the tire for an additional $80 the tire costs $106 new . Am I missing something or are you trying to get even more money from me after wasting my time and providing terrible customer service. I would highly recommend not dealing with the same issues I have been especially with how expensive tires are. Plenty of better spots I wished I would have gone to.

Excellent pre-service with follow up and willingness to help me trouble shoot my particulars. They got me in fast and did a great job while I shopped the afternoon with my daughter. They really went above and beyond changing and identifying bent rims with used ones I brought in and , and placing my best tire form my old set on one of the removed rims as an emergency spare at no extra cost. The alignment made my car glide like it was new and the pricing is very good! All around will totally use them again!

They are super helpful about helping their client. Went there with a flat tire, found out i need to change the tire, but unfortunately they didn t have one in stock, they fixed the old flat for free and recommended to have a new one ASAPI am total satisfied with their service.

My steering wheel was vibrating every time I braked and toke it in to Big O. And the service was amazing. So upselling. Same day service. 10/10 will be coming here again!

The team at Bentonville s Big O tires did a fantastic job! They not only treated me with respect, but also the other customers that came through the door while I was waiting. There s a huge value in being treated as a person, and not just a number on the dotted line! My new Cooper AT3 XLT tires look great, were professionally installed, and I got them at a great value. They also did the alignment on my ol truck, which I ve had done at other places, but this time, what do you know, it was done correctly and my truck actually drives straight now. When shopping for tires and quality, personal service, I highly recommend the team at Bentonville s Big O Tires! Thanks to their team for a job well done, and God bless!

Spent 3 hours waiting before asking what was taking so long and was told they had been waiting on approval the entire time and not one soul talked to me about it. After getting approval they had still not started on the truck an hour later and I figured 4 hours is enough wasted time. I've had great experiences at other big O's but safe to say I wouldn't go here.

The best service I ve ever had! They all treated me with kindness and helped me get more peace of mind with my car. I ve never enjoyed going into any place to fix my car but this place changed that for me, I m glad I ve finally found a tires and service place that I can trust! I highly recommend this place to any and everyone!

This was my first time entering and getting service from Big O' and I admit it was five stars start to finish.I called towards the end of a weekday asking if they did brake work. The gentleman was both knowledgable and quick to schedule me in for an inspection. After waiting for a bit they had a quote ready to replace my brake pads and rotors which came in nearly half of what a competitor down the road quoted. Same parts, same spec, just a fair market value price.Justin was running the show that day and he was super helpful, kind, and seemed to be managing a busy day very well. It felt calm and in control.Less than 12 hours a full brake replacement was completed and my car was parked up front ready to go.Five star all the way and I'll call them first next time I need something done.

Great customer service. Expertise with vehicles. I needed a new tire plus rotation and balance. Nice Big O tire with better treadwear than my existing 700 specialty tires. I ended up needing an alignment as well. All done in 1 hr 15 min. As I was exiting the building, my car was driving off. The test drive came back in about 4 minutes. Highly recommend Big O!

I have always had a great experience getting my car serviced here for over a year. I take my car in to get regular maintenance and always save money with their online coupons. They even inspected my vehicle for free, and found the source of my problems. The staff is friendly and care about their customers, and the mechanics are even willing to go out of their way to help. I highly recommend Big O Tires, and will continue coming back. Thank you guys!

First impression the building looked to be clean and in good order. The interior of the building was clean, no trash and the smell of brewing coffee was very inviting. The service was great and the work to be completed was done within a reasonable time frame. Cole and his team really took care of my families vehicle and kept us driving safe with tires and fluid flushes.

Fantastic place! They treated me like family when I walked through the door I gave them a strict timeline to get tire change, rotation and balancing done and they passed with flying colors. They did the a quality job quickly and efficiently. Definitely will be back and definitely recommend to others as well!

Females beware! I went yesterday and got 4 new tires. When I went to pick my car up they told me that I needed an alignment done and it would be an extra 98 dollars to get it done. I was skeptical because I have a newer car and thought that it was strange, and the paper they showed me made it seem like it was way out of alignment. So I gave them the go ahead to do the alignment. When they took my car back into the shop I watches the computer screens from there windows inside and noticed it was all green, showing it didn't need aligned.The guy in the office saw me looking too, went out and talked to the guy doing the alignment. Came back into the office and started working again. A minute later the guy in the garage came and said he needed to talk to the guy, he came back a second later and said in fact I did not need the alignment. I am 100% confident that they would have acted like they did an alignment if I was not paying attention. This is unacceptable and I am sure they have done this to several other women too.

Great experience. They got me in fast, didn t try to oversell me, but gave excellent suggestions for my needs, so that I could make an informed decision. They were very efficient in getting my vehicle back to me at exactly when they promised it. They also followed up to make sure I didn t have any issues or questions. In this day and age it is unusual to find such attention to customer service, but these guys realize that is what makes people come back. I certainly will, and I recommend them highly to all.
