I will never stop singing the praises of Bentonville Auto Body! They were kind and patient with me when my car was totaled in an accident. They worked with me when no one else would. They accepted the challenge I brought to them by using the aftermarket parts I ordered (non-OEM parts don't always fit right). They were upfront with me about what to expect and explained all the potential issues (there were none!). They didn't talk down to me like I was a "little girl" which has happened to me in EVERY other experience I've had. They were detailed, thorough, timely, and affordable. They were genuinely friendly, kept me updated, and let me see the progress of my car as they worked on it. ALL the staff are wonderful!! They went above and beyond, also fixing a prior blemish on the rear of my car. I will only take my vehicles here from now on. They managed to turn a very upsetting situation into a legit positive experience. Thank you so much Jason and team!!!Service: Body & Trim

Got me in immediately. Fixed a dent and even touched up the scratch, in and out same day. These people are A1. Quick and easy. Do not waste their time or waste your own going anywhere else. This is the place.

I ran over a tire on the highway with a rental car and it popped part of the rear bumper off. I obviously didn't want to be charged hundreds or thousands of dollars from the rental company to replace the entire bumper so I brought it to these fine fellows. They charged me just $30 to pop it back in and hide the damage with a zip tie. I felt bad that they charged me so little that I insisted to pay $40 instead. These guys are life savers!!!!

I chose this body shop based upon a professional referral. The employees here are trustworthy, proficient, I received nothing but prompt service and excellent quality repair. Some of the nicest people to deal with. Very friendly!! All around just AWESOME!! I got a small dent under the bumper . First I went to another shop for a repair and they gave me a quote for thousand dollars and asked me to come after three days for repair. I couldn t believe they quoted 1000 dollars for a small dent . Then I came to Bentonville auto body . The gentleman quickly checked the damage and fixed the car in 10 mins . He just charged me 20 dollars for the fix. I was really surprised and came home happily . I am satisfied with the fix as well.

The team at Bentonville auto body is fantastic, they got my car done quick and made sure the custom paint was flawless before I got it back. They were even kind enough to do a full detail on the interior before I got it back. 10/10 recommend Bentonville auto body for all your collision repairs

I can t tell you how pleased I am with Bentonville Auto bodies service. They were Amazing from start to finish. They were fast. Quoted fairly. They even took me home after drop off so I didn t have to pay a $30 Uber AND brought my vehicle to me @ my job when it was finished. Their customer service is above & beyond & I won t ever be using anyone else. THANK YOU

My daughter had a small mishap with her jeep that put a good size scratch in the front of the hood. We purchased the touchup paint repair kit from the dealer. My daughter and I attempted to touch up the scratch. After one hour it actually looked worse. I called Bentonville Auto Body and spoke to Jason. He immediately said bring it in I can fix it. We brought the car in a few days later and in a matter of minutes Jason was able to remove the bad touchup job we did and make it look great. He did not even charge us for his effort. Jason and his staff were great. The shop is very welcoming and very professional. I would highly recommend their services.

These guys are amazing! Jason definitely cares about his customers, he was the only one that taped my window up for me when my car was damaged. He even picked it up and dropped it off! Fast, honest and reliable.

I took my car in for a quote to be repaired after somebody rear-ended me. They were able to get me in for repairs about 2 weeks later. Not only did they finish an entire day early, but they kept me updated throughout the process, and they detailed my car! I wasn t expecting to pick up a car that looked like new, but I did! I don t know much about pricing since they were the only place I quoted with, but the quality was definitely there. Nothing but good reviews here!

I can not express how much this place impressed me. My family used to have all of their body work done by a friend, but when they closed shop I had to look elsewhere for a repair on my brother s BMW. I shopped around and this shop was by far the most kind and understanding. The gentleman who gave me my quote discussed options on how to get the repair done for less if it was too expensive. I was happy with that, but then he took the time to cover the damaged headlight on the vehicle free of charge. I am unsure if the repair was eventually done here, but I could tell just from the quote process that this shop does it right and will treat you right. I know where I will be recommending anyone I know for sure.

I really really really recommend this place if someone wishes to get their vehicle back to shape. The prices are reasonable and Jason was very generous with the price. One can never be able to tell that it was damaged before. Excellent work ! Delivered on Time. Seriously some quality job done there. Thanks Guys . I am very satisfied with their work. Moreover , the interiors were shining when they returned the vehicle to me. Great job !!!!

Jason and his staff are awesome. Walked in for an estimate on my rear truck bumper that someone had hit in a parking lot. Gave me an estimate on the spot, scheduled my service and had it completed in a timely fashon. The truck looks great and it was detailed inside and out by his staff for no extra cost just because. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Jason and his team went above and beyond when it comes to service. They were able to fix the hail damage AND clean the interior of my car in less than a week and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I am eternally grateful for their professionalism and kindness! They have earned a lifetime customer.

Jason and his team are excellent to work with on auto repairs and details. They treat your car as if it were their own and truly go above and beyond to take care of you as a customer. I have been a customer for many years, and it has always been the same: a top notch experience with complete satisfaction. Oh, and the prices are great. Thank you!

I had a hail claim. 1st time. Didn't know much about the claim process or what to expect with prices and payment. The staff was very knowledgeable about the whole process from start to finish. They did a vertical estimate and started the insurance claim. Gave me a date to drop the vehicle off and a time frame. They even set up the rental car for me. Everything went smoothly! The staff was very friendly and helpful and really helpful with the process. Would really recommend them to anybody. Hate to see if I would have any more incidents but would definitely return with no questions!

5 stars just isn t enough for this place. They have outstanding service, I had wrecked my car and needed an estimate for how much the damage was but I didn t want to have to pay for my car to be towed from place to place. I called and talked to Jason and he gave me different options and then decided to go out to the tow yard to get pictures on his lunch break. Not only is that going out of the way he was willing to do it while it was snowing outside. Jason and the rest of the team are absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend for anyone.

Jason and team did an amazing job of repairing minor dents and addressing some paint correction issues on my Hyundai. Very pleased with the turnout of my vehicle. They saved me a lot of money and wish I had found them sooner! I m actually coming back to bring my other vehicle in for some paint correction work.Highly recommend!

This has quickly become my place for ANY auto body work!!! I can't say enough how awesome Jason and Kendra are. I haven't met anyone else at the shop, but no doubt they are great too. I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra in 2018. Great truck, but came with a deep nasty long scratch that extended down the whole length of the truck bed on the right side. I got a quote from Bob More about a year ago to fix it. Decided to get a quote from Bentonville Autobody and decided to go with them. I am SO glad I did. It was $300+ lower in price,and OMG, they paint job is exquisite!! Looks brand new! You can't tell where the scratch ever was. The dealings with them was extremely pleasant. Kendra, thank you for being so easy to talk to and so nice! Jason is a straight up and honest guy! Told me 2 to 3 days and it was done in 3 days. They detailed ans cleaned vehicle as a courtesy. I wasn't even expecting that. I'd recommend them for anything they do that anyone needs. Definitely 5 star.

If you ever need your car repaired due to body damage, this is the place to go. They are honest friendly and truely care about thier customers We stopped in to ask for an estimate on my daughters bumper and the guy , Jason was his name, was so friendly and quick to help us ,he literally fixed it while we waited. Like all the other reviews - Jason and his team go ABOVE AND BEYOND! When I called on Monday I was told they would do their best to get to it this week, it was completed that Friday! I asked for estimates with not just what happened in the current accident but another issue I was having. They were more than fair and went the extra mile to ensure the car came out looking perfect! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

My car was damaged a week before I needed to drive it to California, so it took it here and asked if there was anything they could do. The men there were transparent in what needed to be fixed and promised to have repairs finished by the time I asked. They were done a day early and the car looks as good as new. I highly recommend them for anybody who needs work done on their car.

Jason and Mark at Bentonville Auto Body recently repaired the damage that a kamikaze deer did to my truck. There was over $6,000 in damage. They kept me informed as the work progressed and my truck looks great again. I would recommended them to anyone needing a good repair job. I can t say enough about them. Joe

Jason was fantastic to work with. After getting quotes around town, Jason was by far the best price. My wife scraped up a passenger door and rear quarter panel on the garage brick. This required painting the whole driver side of the vehicle. Dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready end of day Tuesday. The workmanship is 5*, top notch. I hope I don't need to use Bentonville Auto Body in the future, but if the need ever arises, Jason will be the first and only person I see.
