Three years ago I had tinting put on the west side windows of my home. April hail damage broke my window. Finally, a new window was installed and I knew immediately I needed to call Architectural Glass Tinting to put the tinting back on this window. Tinting installation was made within days and what a difference to see and feel the difference with the afternoon sun. Installation was completed quickly with an excellent job done by technician. If you need tinting done, call Architectural Glass Tinting. They are the BEST!!

I called them after reading through reviews on Thursday evening right before they closed and they set me up with an appointment for that upcoming Monday! Their prices weren t anything out of the ordinary but their care and work was extraordinary. When I bought my car, the tint was absolutely horrendous and only got worse over the three and a half years I ve had it. When I picked it up this afternoon, I was absolutely amazed with how different it looked with new tint. It looked 5x nicer! Just bough a new car and needed to get the front windows tinted. Architectural Glass Tinting was recommended to us and we couldn t be happier. Jr and John were great. We had the front windows of our house tinted to help with heat control during the summer. Price was great and job was completed quickly. If you're in the market for high quality tint on your home, use these guys! You won't be disappointed!

Do NOT go here! The person who did my tinting was completely rude when I came back and told him about the chips and bubbles in my tinting. He just kept telling me it wasn t his fault. When I showed him the chips, he said they were from my belt. There are multiple chips on both my windows in different spots. When he saw the bubbles, he said it was dirt and that it was his fault, but it would be there until the tint came off. When I asked about my warranty, I was told that they would not replace them because it was user error. They wanted me to pay $100 to get both windows retinted even though it was partly their fault. When I spoke to manager, he says that chips in tint do happen from the belt, but not often. He also stated that dirt is going to happen and he has plenty of spots under his tint on his car. He said there was nothing he could do for me. When I told him that I would go somewhere else if they didn t want to stand by there work, he said that he is sorry I feel that way and I am more than welcome to take my business else where. Don t go here unless you want a bad tint job, rude customer service and a useless warranty!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Live on Beaver lake needed a south door tinted heated my house up every summer I located a company that could tint windows and doors in Bentonville called them up scheduled a date to tint sliding front door that was so hot they came out never had met them asked to have tint on sliding doors and when I arrived it absolutely beautiful I just wanted to share my experience. Highly recommend! Blue skys forever!!! One satisfied customer.

I called to make an appointment to get my front windows tinted. They got me in quickly, the owner was very friendly, and the guy who tinted the windows did a fantastic job. They sent me home with warranty papers and typed up instructions on how to care for the tint. We used them for our front doors. Beautiful entry way doors but you could see straight in our home. They applied this beautiful frosted application and it s wonderful! I have had multiple vehicles taken care of for window tinting here. Every time I have ever called, the phone is answered, I am greeted with courtesy and professionalism and the results for each vehicle have been excellent. Lifetime warranty on what I have purchased, a fair price for a quality job and always done faster than expected. What else can you ask for?I will always use AGT for my window tint needs and you should too. I am always happy to support a family owned small business, folks like these are the lifeblood our our economy. Give them your business and see for yourself, you won t regret it.

Worth every penny! I've had a lot of cars tinted throughout the years, best job I've ever seen by far and customer service was outstanding. Prices are fair/exactly what you'd expect. Do not call around for the "cheapest", use John here for the best quality. You get what you pay for... read below for an example of that!The dealer I bought the car from recommended some "Vinny the tint guy" to get my front windows tinted to match the rest of the vehicle. He was much cheaper than others... but I'll say again that you get what you pay for! Had to take it back once to have a window re-done and sure enough... the 2nd time wasn't any better. Actually worse. Instead of wasting my time going back a 3rd time, I did my research based on reviews and found John and took it to him to have Vinny's tint removed and everything redone. The windows are perfect! I know that tint isn't always perfect, you can't avoid a rouge particle sometimes. But I've looked over both windows and haven't seen a single flaw, and I'm OCD.I wish I just took here the first time instead of going with a "cheaper guy". I had my Nissan Rogue windows done this week and not only does the car great to look at. But the inside is so much more evenly lit. Which I did not realize how much tinting would help. I called up John at Architectural Glass Tinting. I gave my sob story about how I would like to get the windows tinted on a truck I had just bought before going out of town on an extended trip. He told me he was booked up for several days which put his next available appointment after I left town. Then he paused and asked if I could have my truck to him the next morning. I gladly agreed. He quite literally worked to get me truck done to help me out. When I met up with him to pay for what he had done we were able to share a few stories and laughs. My experience really reminded me of the way things used to be when people treated each other like people. It was refreshing to say the least. We chose their top quality UV film for our very large commercial windows. It is pricey but worth it as it will save us from a lot of product and fixture/furniture damages as well as high AC bills in the summer. Very professional to work with and got the job done quickly for us as we were on a tight schedule.
