Just about 2 weeks ago, leaving L.R. after a Dr. appointment and heading home to Hot Springs we had a tire pressure light come on and we looked for a place to have it fixed. We made a couple stops at name brand tire stores which would not help us, we remembered William s in Benton. They didn t even hesitate, got us in a bay immediately, changed the tire and had us on our way. Everyone was great. Thanks

Went in with a nail in my tire and was back on the rd in 20 min. No appointment. Treated me well. No hassle and great price.

Went to get my tire checked today. I thought I needed to have it replaced. After about a 30-minute wait, they brought it to me, and it only had a leak. I paid a little over $16 and am happy to be on the road again!

It can be scary when your only form of transportation suddenly breaks down. The guys at Williams took excellent care of me, and I am grateful! They are upfront with pricing and always prompt. Thank you!

Took truck in because the tire istalled from dealer we bought truck from are leaking down. They added air, which i did at 1500 before wife too truck to them an told her it was almost time to close and would not look for a leak. Guess my business is not needed....

We tried to make an appointment for an alignment and was told to come in right before opening because they don't take appointments. After arriving just before 0700, the line was already backed up. When I asked about the alignment, they said they were a week out, which would imply that they actually do take appointments. The staff was short and rude, so I took my business elsewhere.

This has been my go-to tire place for many years now. They do excellent work in a timely manner and have always been very professional. The only complaint would be that many others feel the same way and they can get pretty busy at times. The easiest method is to make plans to drop your vehicle off in the morning, and they will call when done. If you plan on waiting with your vehicle, you might want to call and see how long the wait might be.

Stopped in to get a flat tire fixed and then to have tires rotated. Was there less than 30 minutes. Very friendly folks. I will definitely use them again.

Charged $40 to a friend of mine this morning for a fixing a flat (on a tire purchased from them!) that should have been free. They will rip off unsuspecting customers if they get the chance.

Wonderful place for more than just tires. Fixed my kids A/C and radiator. Top notch place with excellent prices and customer service. I will definitely be back.

Pulled up to an open bay just for 1 man to turn his back and pretend to be busy. The other man working there walked off leaving his conversation he was having with a customer when I drove up. The customer himself told us not to waste our time. No tire shop on this street serviced us. My splash guard came loose and I only needed it taken off. 2 mins of work I would've paid for.

Called ahead the day before my service that was rendered today for an estimate... Today when they finished work in a timely fashion, was very pleasantly surprised at the actual price which was about half of what I expected! Very highly recommend them!

HAPPY and IMPRESSED!!!Williams tire to me is a hidden gem! The folks over there are doing it right and the way it should be done, let me explain. I took my vehicle in thinking that I knew exactly what was wrong with it, I called and they gave me a quote for the requested work right then. There was no I ll call you back or hold on. Their competitors failed in that area and they lost my business permanently. While I was there I explained to the service advisor that I work 3rd shift and I might need to leave it over night. He was excited about that, he well that would be great if you could. They were down one mechanic and at 8:00am had a full service roster. Couple hours later he called me and said we found something else that you should be aware of. I m thinking this is where they are going to try and sell me everything under the sun. Guess what! They didn t he said we found this and this. I asked him which one was the higher priority, which one was in greatest need of replacement. He kindly told me and gave me a quote for the new work right then and we discussed future plans for services. Here s the kicker the second quote on work was about 200.00 less then what I had requested to be done and would resolve the problem that I thought it was. Now that s honest and awesome customer service. Mind you at 10:00am my vehicle was already on the lift being worked on after he originally thought it would be later in the day. Got my vehicle back this morning and it s smooth as butter. Williams tire is now my go-to for work. Honest, great service, no pushy up sales, friendly service, quick and most importantly CORRECTLY DONE! Folks you can t beat that with a big stick. They will have my business from here on because they earned it. Go see them or give them a call you won t be disappointed.

I tell them every time I do business with them that while I appreciate the way they do business, I can t for the life of me figure out how they stay open with such low prices. This is the most fair auto shop I ve ever run into.

I ve been coming here for several years now and I just want to say these are the best people that work here. More than fair prices and always go out of the way to explain everything and do a amazing job. Will go out of my way to come here. Everyone should come here.

I'd love to give these folks a 5 star review. And for the most part, they completely deserve it. However, I work really hard to keep the inside of my vehicle clean. When I change the oil, I don't get back inside until I've taken a shower. When I bike, I put a towel in the seat. So when I see the mechanic that worked on my vehicle drive it around, I find this completely unacceptable. Please, have a few people working the office driving the cars around like most dealerships. Lastly, be a little more careful with the impact wrench. My wheels have swirls all around the lug nuts from someone working a little too quickly. -------And please stop losing my valve stem caps and replacing them with mismatching replacements!

Called to set an appointment because I work 6 days a week and the guy that answered the phone in a rude manner, and rudely told me they don't take appointments and they were booked the rest of the week. Who doesn't take appointments, I was only trying to get it situated so I cook work this in on my lunch so I didn't have to take time off

I called looking for a new tire I told who I was speaking to that I wasn't sure what size my tire was but that I thought it was a 15 when I said that he stated that he needed the full tire size I told him I wasn't sure what that was he then hung up on me so 1 star for customer service

I was passing through town when I had a blow out on my trailer outside of town. I called them at 4:20 PM and told them I was less than 20 min away and they told me they would not be able to change my tire before 5 pm closing time and to find another place. I told them I would be there before closing and the guy said but that not including the time to change the tire. I drove further to another place I called that said they would wait for me to arrive. Total difference in customer service and understanding for the situation . I tipped them very well and got back on the road.

First of they are always slammed but very friendly and best price on tires we take all of our work trucks there but I did have it aligned there and it didn t fix my problem with my tires wearing badly so I took it somewhere else for the alignment and they showed me where they didn t do a full alignment because the tie rod ends on my truck have to be done a certain way and they had not been touched .my wheel spacing on both sides was different by nearly an inchI do want to state that I don t think this was on purpose but I do think their alignment machine is off or the person running it doesn t have a clue what they are doing

I called this morning to ask how much it was to mount and balance a set of tires, I was told it was $40 to mount and balance a set, I was like great Iv got the new tires I ll be there this afternoon, after they were done and I was paying my bill I was told my total was $99 I said when I called the lady said it was $40 to mount and balance a set of tires, they told me no it s always been $20 a tire. Not good business to lie to your customers to get them in the door. I will not be back there and will not recommend them to anyone.

This is a great place to get tires or have mechanical work done on your car. There are 3 generations working here and they have always done a top notch job on anything we have brought in. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car worked on. We started using them 24 years ago, used them for 12 years then moved away. We just moved back closer and started using them again. They are still great only now the younger generation has joined in.
