I had 4 new tires bought from Walmart and put on at Walmart with the road hazard protection on all 4 tires. Unfortunately if you don't keep up with this record yourself there is no proof that you paid for this service in their system. I was told all I had was tread protection until I went home and found my copy of the purchase from 11 months ago. On the bright side they did refund my money.

Got me in quick fixed the tire (Had a nail) rebalanced it and had me on my way 20minutes start to finish not bad and alwayes reasonable price!

We made an appointment for 1pm on Saturday. When we arrived at 12:30pm we were told it would be a 3 hour wait as more people had come in than expected. So we went elsewhere, what use is an appointment? We only needed a tire replaced on a trailer and had purchased the tire from them during the Black Friday sale.

Had to get right passenger tire replaced with a new tire. They had it mounted, balanced, and was ready to leave in about 5 minutes. Never been and out so fast at a Walmart tire center.

The tech that came to my car was friendly, knowledgeable, quick and made sure I got what I needed. No more and no less. I like that! The lady at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable too. Our wait was short but I think our timing had something to do with that. Overall it was a quick, easy, afforeable and pleasant. I will be back next time.

I got a new tire to replace another bran new tire I just bought some where else because I had a blow out on the freeway. The New a tire I bought here is Much cheaper, but better quality tire and the mechanic answered questions I had on a totally different part of my car so that I now know what needs fixed and where to go! Great customer service! Will definitely be going here for all tire services from now on!

The process was painless and quick. Had all four tires changed in under an hour and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I am taking my other vehicle soon.

Worst place to get an oil change. Took car in the next noticed oil spots in driveway. Took it back to Walmart and the guy went underneath and I literally saw him tightening things up he comes back up and says everything looks dry in the area we worked on than proceeds to get the manager and he comes out and says it is leaking from your seals. Really! All he did was go underneath with a white rag started wiping around and comes back up and says the seals and shows me oil on the rag. The most clueless people ever. Would not recommend them at all

I went to Walmart to get my oil changed as I always do and was told they couldn t change it bc of a missing bold and asked if my car was driving ok. I told them I had t noticed any issues. They told me to take my car to a dealership so I did. And the dealership didn t find anything wrong with my car. So to me, Walmart employee was being lazy and just didn t want to change my oil.

Went in to get 4 tires replaced. Took about an hour and a half with no one else being in line. Got my car home and noticed the tires looked a little low. Looked on the sheet and they said they had only put 30 psi in each tire, the tires call for like 45 psi. Checked with a pressure gauge and sure enough, all super low. I was skeptical going in the first place and now it's confirmed that I'll never go back. Seems like a little thing, but if they can't even get your tire pressure right, then what else are they doing wrong??? They may be cheap, but you sure get what you pay for.

Benton Walmart oil change was,fast and they gave receipt with details,,,of was needed next. I will definitely get my oil change @ all Walmart,and really liked knowing what next withy car. Highly recommended Walmarts because they are nationwide!

Went in to get tires for my car. Handed them the keys at 9am, didn't get them back until 12:30pm. They're very understaffed so if you come here for service expect to wait quite a while. Otherwise, they were all very kind and helpful!

I've had bad experiences with the tire center at every location I've ever done business in from getting my oil changed and leaving only to realize they didn't put any oil in it after they drained it to being paged to come to the counter for them to ask how to open my hood to even having 3 different sized tires put on my car! It's okay in an absolute emergency but I do not recommend it if you've got ANY other options even if the only other option is an armed gunman in the parking lot whom you could talk into stealing parts off someone else's car and using them on yours lol

I brought in a used tire and they mounted it for me. The service couldn't have been better if I had bought 4 new tires, so a few weeks later when my truck needed tires I came back and bought... 4 new tires. Same excellent service!

Single Moms Beware! I was quoted one price over the phone, and it was a much larger price when I picked my vehicle up. I asked the Mgr why such a difference, and he said "it depends on who you talk to". Prices should be the same, no matter "who I talk to". The Mgr knew I was upset, and just laughed and told me to have a nice day! I won't be back. They also damaged our fender while installing the tire, but of course...that wasn't their fault either. I've used this Walmart for years, and haven't had a negative experience like this one. Clearly, they have downgraded when it comes to the person running this department!

Don't waste your time or money. These people take 5 hours to do one oil change and that's with my car in the shop took 2 hours to get it in there

Great place to purchase tires. Road hazard and lifetime rotation available for small fee. Also good for oil changes, air filter and wiper replacement.

I've always been hesitant about auto care centers in Walmarts, but I've been getting my oil changed here for a year now and they're helpful and fast every time :)

Oil change was completed 8:18 am, was not informed of this or even called. Around 920 i scanned the label they gice you to check the status of your and that's the only way I found out that my car was done.
