The best VW bus repair shop hands down. Sam has to be one of the most knowledgeable, thorough and dedicated VW guys in the area. He took my neglected bus and got it feeling brand new. He went above and beyond what we had originally agreed to do, and even detailed and added some extras! You absolutely cannot go wrong here. I am a repeat customer for the Bus Barn. I drive an 84 Vanagon. Sam has done multiple jobs for me on my beloved westy. I couldn t be happier with his excellent service. Knowledgeable mechanic, keeps me in the loop with photos, videos, and detailed invoices. Reasonable and courteous professional. Great communication with Sam. As work progresses on our bus, he sends pictures and texts to keep us informed. If something needs replacing instead of being repaired, we are asked to okay the change. We have visited Sam's shop and taken parts that we had already for the project and he is well organized. We feel like Sam is committed to giving us the best possible service he can and we really appreciate it. Our project is being well taken care of!

I hired them to build me a fresh engine for my 79 bay window bus. Even with covid in full effect, Sam was able to obtain all brand new parts for me. Communication was constant and thorough. He even updated me with photographs during the build-up. I've had the engine in my bus for two months now, and have put a thousand miles on it already. It runs fantastic! It does not drip any oil! I highly recommend.Service: Engine repair
