I love this place. Been buying cars from them for years. The staff is very friendly. The mechanics are an Ace and funny as all get out. Jim is very great with his customer skills and service.

I bought my new car from these gentlemen a year ago. They treated me so well, and it was an amazing car. Unfortunately, I was struck by another vehicle and my car was totalled. Jim was so willing to help any way he could. To me, that is invaluable. I have never had an experience like this in my life from beginning to end. I hate that I lost my car but, my next one will definitely be from them. Their care for their customers, the outstanding service are beyond any expectation I could ever have.Thank you!!

Great dealership and great atmosphere. Awesome customer service. Big thanks to Max. My wife and I went in a month before we purchased a vehicle just to see what we would be looking at for as a down payment. Max sat us down, gave us an estimate and told us that he'll take care of us. Got our down payment together, about a month later, went to see Max and he did indeed take care of us. Got us into a nice pickup truck. These guys are awesome.

This happened in January of 2018, I can't remember the name of the guy we were talking to, but he demonstrated AMAZING customer service at first... but when our credit check came back, and it was less than perfect, his whole demeanor changed. We asked if we could just do a large down payment and still be able to be financed, and he snickered at us and made a snort noise and said "I don't think that with the jobs you guys have, that you could afford to give us the down payment we would need." And then he proceeded to type around on his computer, make phone calls, get up and leave the room, etc and never once made eye contact with us while we sat there trying to talk to him until we gave up and were leaving.. at which point the smiles and handshakes and obviously fake sympathy were plentiful. My husband and I could not believe the response we received.Lost a sale that day. We had several thousand in cash that we had been saving to be able to get a car, plus someone with outstanding credit on standby to cosign for us if need be.We ended up going to Lease to Own Affordable cars after we left, I told them about the customer service (or lack thereof) that we received from that guy in particular (I'm sure the rest of the employees would have found a much more professional and NICER way to politely decline the sale), and we left that day with a beautiful Nissan Murano that we only have to pay the remaining balance from a previous repossession on, didn't have to spend all the money we had saved on the down payment, and we get free oil changes and regular maintenance on our car for free for the life of our 3 year lease.I drive past Malco every day and I just feel disgusted by the way we were treated. Because I read some of the reviews and it seems like the business is very reputable, and great to their customers for the most part. I hope for the sake of your company that the gentleman is either no longer employed, or has had a drastic change in his work ethic since then. My husband and I went there in the first place because we had heard very good things about the business, so we were excited and hopeful when we walked in the door, only to leave empty handed and feeling shamed for the professions we have.

I want to share my experiences with Malco Motors! This will be a bit long but just hear me out! First off I just purchased my 4th vehicle from them yesterday! My first car and second car was great from them. My Third one well it is a used car lot so yes I had issues BUT Richard and Jim did EVERYTHING they could for me! And I mean EVERYTHING! I did refuse to settle for another vehicle one time because I was attached to the one that gave me issues But yesterday, I had enough so I traded it in for another vehicle and let me say, so far I love it!! But from the moment you walk in, until you sign at finance, it s so easy with them!! Richard, Jim , and Max is amazing!! They make you feel welcome! Tim at the shop is amazing too! He will work you in if you have issues with your vehicle or if you take advantage of their 10 buck oil change!! So YES YES AND YES! I recommend this car lot!! Oh and tell Jim from finance that I sent ya!! You can thank me later!!So Jim, Richard, and Max thank you for dealing with your craziest customer!!Crystal R

Awesome experience with Malco Motors. I purchased my vehicle about 3 years ago. From sales to customer service it was all top notch. I loved making my payments, Jim is the man. Customer for life.

I love Malco Motors!!! I'm now in my second car from here .my first car I got from them was one of the best cars I've ever owned. In the past I have owned a brand new car and I'd much rather have a car from malco. The down payments are small the monthly payments are affordable and the used cars that they sell are high quality.Their staff is friendly and helpful. Any time I've had any problems as long as I communicated with them they were more than happy to help work things out for me. Thank you Malco!!!

I have had my car almost 3 years now. I LOVE guys there! Any regular maitenance needed on my car was done with their shop and charged very great prices! Will be purchasing my next car with them as well!! Thanks Malco!Update: One year in on my second car and still super satisfied. Jim is super easy to work with!

Great people! Richard is the best around. It s worth a 2 hour drive to get a pre-owned vehicle. I always get a little concerned when buying from a buy here pay here lot but I bought a little commuter car (Civic) about a year ago and never had a minutes trouble out of it and I drive about 60 miles a day to and from work. Also found service records from a dealer that we re all up to date so they don t buy junk! I will be back soon to find a pickup truck! I wish all pre owned lots were like this one!

I have been with Malco for over 16 years and they have been awesome! This is the only dealership that I have been with this long! The staff is wonderful and they really take care of their customers! The mechanics are TOP notch! I would recommend going to see them if you are looking for a vehicle! They are more than just a car dealership, they are a Family!

I filled out a credit app. The next day, Max called me and told me I was approved. I was beyond excited because I had been without a vehicle for months. I told him how much I had for a down payment. He told me " great. What vehicle are you interested in?" I told him. He told me that was not a problem and told me what to bring. After finding someone to give me a ride and driving over 25 miles to get there... Max tells me he has absolutely nothing on the lot for me. I was devastated and felt hopeless. I will never recommend Malco Motors to anyone. I am still without a vehicle and I have a mom who needs to get to her doctors appointments. So thank you very much Max.

Thanks to the Malco Fam for my vehicle that I ve recently paid off. A big thanks To Mr. Jim in the Finance department for being superb. Anytime i called he answered whatever question i had, he also made me feel like i was family whenever i had a problem. I will most definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from them. They re very understanding and i love that.

I have nothing but great things to say about everyone at Malco. They got me in a very dependable car with a affordable monthly payment, and recently I had a back glass repair and they messed it up and they spent over an hour trying to help me out and then even after they helped me with that I was stuck on the side of the road with my 2 toddlers in the back and brought it back to look at it again. I would recommend Malco to everyone and anyone! The service here is just amazing!

Sales manager is a damn good guy. I went there for one particular vehicle and it's the one I ended up driving home about 45 minutes later. Looking at the prices of the other vehicles, I never noticed any overpriced vehicles like one review mentioned. A dealers vehicles have a little more value to them than to the buyer, the same as a customers trade-in has more value to the customer than the dealer. Another review mentioned that the salesman told him "no one in Arkansas uses Blue Book". Well, I guess he's right and wrong. Dealers and customers can look at Blue Book all they want, but a dealer will use Black Book to get the true, current value of a vehicle, because it's a detailed book of most every vehicle that changes based on the market and appreciation/depreciation of whatever vehicles are in the book. And when the value changes, the dealer is mailed a new, current copy of the book.I say all that to say this - Malco's salesmen and sales manager are good people. They're not crooks. Their vehicles are fairly priced, and I'm sure like most every other dealer they would be willing to work with any reasonable offer. They are a TRUE "Buy Here/Pay Here" dealership. They don't use sub-prime lenders that charge 18+% interest. They float a damn good chunk of change out of their own back pockets so that people that either can't afford or don't want to buy a vehicle the "traditional" way from other dealers can come and buy a good, safe, quality vehicle. If they seem a little picky on price, or on payments, or on ANYTHING that has to do with a car deal, just remember, they're loaning out their own money on every single vehicle they sell to the people that they have a very small amount of time with. If you ever think them to be unreasonable, put yourself in their position and then decide if they're being unreasonable, or THOROUGH.Malco's got my vote. As long as they have a vehicle me or my wife want or need whenever we want or need it, I'll be buying from them.

I currently have a car from this company, and i have owned the car around a year, maybe just a month or so past, and they are very friendly, they work with you if your car is down, they fix it, and they are busy, but jump on it as fast as they can, interest rates are fair, prices a bit high, but not as high as many of the other places around, and interest rate is way below others, Jim is awesome, and always friendly, and busy for that matter, Max is nice, typical car salesman lol, their to make a living, but courteous as well, the other gentleman which i don't remember his name is nice as well. Mechanics i've dealt with a few times, not a cuss word or anything from anyone, always friendly, thanks for the good car, with low mileage by the way, bought it with around 69k on it, still trucking along. I would recommend them to anyone, may even buy another car in a few years from them lol

Malco Motors is simply amazing. Several years ago I bought a 2001 Toyota Solara. This was the best car I ever owned. I put almost 200k mikes on this car. After the car was paid off, I gave it to my Brother as he needed something. I didnt think twice about returning to Malco. My second car was a, well absolutely beautiful Nissan Maxima that was fully loaded. This was also an extremely reliable car.I had a great relationship with the owner/staff. Even appeared in one of their commercials. If you are looking for a great car, fair prices and easy financing, Malco Motors will treat you right!

Excellent car salesmen. They make you feel welcomed right off. The shop does my up keep. I can call them at anytime about my car. They are very professional. When I go into make my payments. They actually talk, joke around.

The sales guy I worked with was very deceitful. He told me that "nobody in Arkansas uses BlueBook" and refused to negotiate price, gas up the vehicle, or put half decent tires on it. Not honest at all... I went to another dealership and got a way better deal.

Anyone doing business with Malco, I highly recommend using the National Insurance Crime Bureau website and check your Prospective Vin # from any car at Malco. They WILL sell you a salvaged title car with out giving the legally required buyers notification. When I purchased the car I went through an insurance agency that Malco recommended when Insurance was up and I started shopping around EVERY insurance company I got a quote from Informed me that the title had been salvaged. I entered my Vin # in the National Insurance Crime Bureau search and my car comes up as a salvaged title.

Wish I could give these guys no stars! They are CROOKS! Run and take your hard earned money somewhere else. They refused to take payments and then repo-ed my vehicle only to close the account in five days to sale the car to someone else. They also LIE about whose in charge! I urge you to ask for corporate information up front and check the point of contact. SCAM ARTIST is putting it nicely. These other reviews are a load of crock!

This place is top notch when taking care of customers.. We took our vehicle to have a simple repair done at another location and that place made an even bigger mess. We brought our car back here and they fixed everything that needed to be fixed.. If you are in the market for a car or truck come see these fine folks they will take good care of you..
