Walked in for windshield repair......was inspected and was on my way in 20 minutes. Great receptionist, greeted with a smile. Technician very friendly, explained what he was going to do, and did it while I watched. Very reasonable.

Great fast service, my stepson came here before and recommended Elrod and he wasn't wrong, call them up, got an estimate, made an appointment, and dropped off my car. They told me it should be done in about an hour, asked me if I wanted to wait, told them I will come back cause I needed to take care of some errands, 45 minutes later I get a call telling me my car is ready. Get there and my car looks great and it's ready to go. Very friendly staff, I need to bring my truck and my other stepson car to have the windshield replaced too. I definitely recommend Elrod. Haven't used their tint service yet, but I am sure they do an excellent job as well.

They were very friendly people. Went here to get my fiances windows tinted for his birthday and they were super fast, they got me in and out in an hour/hour and half, if that. Their prices are by far the best prices out of the many of places i had called. They also back it up with a year warranty. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone

My husband had his windshield replaced on his Jeep. They gave him outstanding service. I was surprised how fast they took the old one off and installed the new one.

Thank you to ELRODS for taking care of my windshield. Other businesses told me my windshield would have to calibrated. I called around and asked about calibrating a windshield. Needless to say, ELRODS replaced the windshield and no calibration was needed.

Very nice people to deal with. Had a sliding window replaced on my dodge ram (so far,so good) have to wait 5 days before car wash, but looks good and they did good clean up as glass was everywhere from broken one prior.

The best service around.. Great workmanship, staff, and quick service. Unfortunately for me, they've replace 2 windshields in my truck and one in my wife's vehicle... They have also tinted my past 3 vehicles and 2 of my work vehicles. I can't speak highly enough about the service... I'd give 10 stars if I could. Cole and Candice are good people inside and out and it shows.

I was there before they opened up about 40 min early. The owner arrived to unlock and to open up.I told him what I wanted done with window tinting on my car He jumped right on it immediately pulled it in and started working on it.They Did an awesome job price was great. I highly recommend this place.

Windshield chip repair took 10 minutes after drive up without any sort of appointment! Will definitely come back for any other services!

I stopped in to get a chip in my windshield smaller than the end of A q tip repaired and they told me it would be an easy fix after 10 minutes I come back and the crack is 4" wide and the only thing they can tell me is sorry you might have to get a new windshield definitely do not recommendService: Window repairService: Window repair

My windshield was shattered after a rock hit it and was far past repair. I had to get a new one completely. I called around to price them and see how long it would take to get done. Elrod's had the best price and was able to get my truck in and out quickly. Highly recommended!

I went in for a side window replacement in May of 2018. The window put in was not a cut correctly and also the supposed factory tint had perforations all over it. Also my vehicle was scratched all over around where the window was replaced. Today I received a bill in the mail saying they can't see where I paid and wanted to know how we paid for it. You don't get to pick up your vehicle without paying. So what was up with that? My husband called and spoke up Candice the owners wife and she was super rude and said she did not care if we contacted the Better Business Bureau. What real business wants that? If I could give a zero score I would. Beware of the RIP off you will get with this place. They can't even keep good records.

These people helped me out in a clutch situation before going on vacation. My rear view mirror fell off and they glued it back on. No big deal right we ll this mirror has auto dimming and I wanted to make sure it was done right and they did. They were very professional!

Paid for two vehicles for window tinting with gift certificates last year for Christmas. Left window on driver side rolled at top and had credit on other vehicle after tint and never refunded after numerous calls. I took my 2006 Mitsubishi eclipse in for a Windshield glass leak fix back in May of 2018 (Note: Windshield was previously installed at Elrods old location back in mid 2016) I had left it for a couple hours, got it back, payed 92 dollars and came out to a cracked RH Pillar. (In the comments below and just asking mutual friends it doesn't look like I am the only one this has happened to unfortunately) I asked him for his name but he would not tell me his first name, but I did indeed find out through mutual friends and people I know in Benton Arkansas that his name is "Cole Elrod". He proceeded to blame my body tech "Mike Berendt" for the damage and issues with the RH Pillar. After defending my situation and having him admit it was a possibility of happening during the tech fixing my windshield leak, he finally told me he would confiscate me for the damage if had brought him a quote or receipt. I do have pictures before and after the work was done as proof to show my vehicle was indeed damaged at that time (I take pictures of my car all the time for these reasons) I left my repair receipt with my phone number to call me back and still have yet to still receive an answer. I have proceeded to contact the owner 10+ times since May and still no easy way to get a hold of him. I have already had my body guy evaluate the damage (he could tell it was pried and cracked from when it was taken off last, in which I still also have the part for evidence if needed if pictures aren't enough), which was almost 300$ I had to spend. It also was not an easy part to obtain for my vehicle. I have worked in the client facing environment for almost 10 years and have never disregarded any of my clients in such a way.. Until I feel things are fully resolved I will always let people know to avoid this business at all cost and just go to Jones Glass. Have a nice day. -Jake

I needed some window vinyls put up. The first place I called quoted a really high price, so I looked around a little more and found Elrod Auto Glass. Cole came by about 45 minutes after I called, gave me a really good price, and had the work done about 30 minutes later.Great service.

I see why Allstate insurance will not recommend. Totally scratch up my paint when installing the back glass. Had to go back because they didn't connect the defroster. Had to go back twice because air was coming back thru the back glass. Still sucking air, dust, and exhaust into back glass. Now they are blaming it on prior damage....what! I didn't have any problem until they messed with it. This was the second time I had glass replaced here. The first time it was installed right but very greasy and took three cleanings to get it cleaned. I will never ever go back. If your insurance don't recommend don't use them.

Owner did not hold up to the lifetime warranty. I dropped my car off to have the driver side window done after I had it replaced from being cracked. The original tint job was from 2 years before and had crinkles and bubbles in it. employees said they would re-do the whole car under warranty, when I was called to pick it up i was informed that the owner had said that I waited to long and they would not re-do the whole car. I asked to speak with the owner but he was not in at the time. requested that he call me. a week later i did not receive a call, i called them again and requested that he call me. the next week after that i called again and asked for his cell phone number but was told that they could not give that out. below is a picture of the window that was most recently done. I will not go back.

I had my all of my windows done at Elrod's. When I got my truck back there was multiples specs of dirt and multiple bubbles underneath the tint. Once I told Elrod's about the problem, they stated that they would have to wait 3 weeks to even look at it or try to fix it. After 3 weeks I went back up to them, they decided to only fix my passenger side window, stating that it was the only bad one, when in reality all windows were just as bad. Even after they redid the tint, there are still visible dirt pockets, and visible air bubbles, you can even see them from the outside of my truck. My truck had been up there 5 different times for them to look at it. It now has been 4 or 5 weeks now and they will not take responsibility for their work and not fix it. Even though they have a "warranty". What a joke, will never recommend this place. At this point I just want to rip the tint off and get a refund.

They have replaced 2 windshields for 2 of my cars and have always stood by their work! Tint jobs are pretty amazing as well! Friendly staff and will work around your schedule.

Our new camper was struggling to stay cool during lake trips. The patio door was directly in the sun even with the awnings extended. We met with Elrod Glass about options for heat reduction tint for the camper windows.They explained the different types of tint and the heat levels they reduce. They assist in the selection and scheduled install.Was done in a couple hours and our next trip to the lake proved a significant heat reduction inside. The AC was able to work normally and the comfort level raised significantly.I'll be looking to treat my home windows next.Thank you!
