Omg!!! Lillian is the best salesperson you can ask for!! She literally did her big one!! I would recommend anyone to go to her!! She s definitely the lady!! My experience was a 10/10! No problems or worries at all! The whole staff was great and amazing! I ll definitely go back

I am overly happy with my experience! I got a REALLY good deal on my vehicle. Tabatha and Heather did an excellent job! The lot was busy! They had several ppl purchasing at the same time. It was great seeing the entire office work so well together! Makes you want to continue business with them when you see all the employees helping one another! Good job Benton and thank you again Tabatha!

One of the worst experiences of my life.. We bought a Jeep Commander 2 years ago. It wasn't in good shape when we first got it, but we didn't have a choice because we really needed a vehicle. And for the past 2 years our Truck has been going back an forth too you guys shop for the same issue that needed to be fix. Now a months ago we had to bring it back( this is the 4th time), and after 2 days of paying the carnote we get a phone call saying that our Truck was AOC, and that you guys would put us into another vehicle, but we wanted to get into a vehicle with the same price( and car note) and 1 more year left( because that's what we signed the contract for the truck, we signed a 3 year contract) we had one more year on the Jeep. Now we're being told they can't do that. But we still don't have the truck and we getting calls every damn day asking for a car note this month. Now why would I pay for a car note on a vehicle that's not drivable and not in my possession any more and still at your partner mechanic shop. I'm not doing that. I haven't had that jeep in over a month. And I've already purchased a vehicle somewhere else that's brand new... I don't need you guys services. I don't have the Jeep any more, that you guys have. I'm not paying for a carnote on a vehicle that's engine completely gone. You have possession of it. You can have that Jeep. I didn't get the help I need in the past 2 years when I did have it.. The mechanics didn't even fix it the first time, the second time or the 3rd. I told y'all the last time I talked to y'all, too stop contacting me. I don't have the Jeep anymore. I'm not in possession of it. Y'all wrote the Truck as AOC, then turned around and lied and said ( and I quote)" no we said we were going to write as AOC and put you in another vehicle". But y'all wanted me to start over . I don't think so. That was not in the contract when I purchased the Jeep Commander. It was a 3 year contract, and I would have been done paying it next year. I'm a disabled veteran and I've never been treated as such. I have nothing else to say, but wish I never did services with y'all again. The first time I did services with y'all was in the 90's... Like I said before. I'm not paying a car not on a vehicle that's no longer in my possession,and completely non drivable because the engine is gone.

Lillian was super helpful. The staff are friendly and willing to do what it takes to ensure you can leave with a vehicle same day. Highly recommend with new buyers or those who need a vehicle quick.

Let me tell you Lillian was awesome. I had challenges and she worked her butt off for me to get in a car today. I thought for sure I wouldn't get approved but she worked her magic and came through. Thank you Lillian I really appreciate what you did.

They were very helpful and understanding. They even waited for me to get off work to get there even though they were about to close Kate and Heather were amazing and very easy to talk too. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank y'all so much for everything. I love my new car.

Lillian was GREAT! One of the sweetest sales person I ever worked with. Told her what I wanted & she did just that! I have 3 car-marts in my area however, I drove 30 minutes just so I could receive Lillian s service!

Lillian was super helpful and great with communication . I went to several different dealers I was on the verge of giving up . By the grace of God I m happy that I didn t the whole staff was nice but Lilian did an awesome job she was very professional and very nice she even laughed at my corny jokes THANKS CAR MART AND THANK YOU LILLIAN

DEFINITELY THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY 42 YEARS OF LIFEa car January 2nd by January 24th it was in the shop for 6 weeks had to have a new motor and catylic convertor put in while in the shop expect to be walking and don't miss a payment so you get pay to walk. Shortly after paying the deductible for repairs I had a minor heart attack. Which caused me to fall behind on my bills. They show up no matter what you are doing even working they make you drop whatever you doing to go to the lot. I took the car back and told the lady car wasn't well and all the dash lights were on she replied that it wasn't and the car was running perfectly fine I'm adding pictures of the no lights supposed new motor running just fine vehicle we. CAR WASN'T RELIABLE OR SAFE

I went to Benton Car Mart and I didn't know what expect. At first the experienced looked a little funny but as I continued to do business with these people it all balanced out. Lillian the agent and her manager did a splendid job. I got to give credit to where credits due. Benton you came through for a brother. Keep up the good work. 6 Star Rating

I had a great experience. All of the staff was nice to me and my boys. I ran into a small problem which was my fault but the staff helped me and was very patient and I appreciate that. They worked with me and I love that about them. I m pleased with my vehicle. Thanks everyone for being patient and working with me

EVERYONE i came into contact w/ @ benton car-mart was more than helpful, informative & jst great peoples to deal w/. Lillian (my awsome sales lady) is super nice & knew her stuff, she was AMAZING & FAST so i HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER or any of the staff in benton!!!!! I know carlots bc i worked for a cpl myself including Landers Dodge & used lot so ive seen those tricks tht salesppl try runnin many times, but Car-Mart DID NOTHING of tht sort bc it felt like they actually cared abt the cust. so now go buy youself a great car IN BENTON!!!! Tell Lillian i sent ya.....

My son and I financed a 2010 Cadillac CTS and we have had more problems with this vehicle than good results. This vehicle has been in the shop more than it's been on the road; starting with minor technical problems, to needing a new engine, to now needing a TCM,. This vehicle has been towed to the shop many times repeatedly. Today is the first day within three weeks we have heard from management only because they wanted a payment on a vehicle that keeps breaking down. The GM told me he invested too much in this car to put my son in a more reliable vehicle. My son and I have called each week for updates and we have both caught non challaunt attitudes from management and staff regarding updates, not pleased with the customer service at this location

The sales associate I had was nice at first . Then as we started to choose a vehicle she started having an attitude. I still purchased a vehicle because I really needed one . But everyone else was very kind . Beside s that one salesman Heather . She was acting very impatient and kept saying smart remarks . Asked me to do a honest review so I did .

They were really nice and understanding and very patient and let me pick what I wanted compared to other car places I went to I either got turned around bc of my credit or the other places just wanted to put me in what they wanted NOT car mart they treated me like I was family

Lillian was our sales lady she was awesome. Kyle helped get the payments right where we needed them. Ashley explained all the paperwork I was signing. It had to be the best car buying experience we have ever had I highly recommend them.
