If I could give a 0 I really would not so much on the company but I believe when certain people work under a company they are suppose to represent that company to the fullest and respect the hard work that the company owner has put in to keep their customers happy. My first experience was with Chris when I came to get my 2018 Mercedes Benz fix. He was sympathetic, understanding , caring and took his job duties and responsibilities seriously. This second experience was the worst and when I say I ll never do business with them again. I mean just that. When I heard Chris wasn t there I was a little sad because you really don t find people that treat you as if they are going through the same thing or treat you like family and with Chris he did above and beyond. Do not I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO STEPHANIE! She has the nastiest attitude, she has a horrible personality and spirit. After the car wreck I experienced a miscarriage and I was just dealing with a lot and she made the process even harder to deal with because of her ways and how she went about it. When I called to talk to the manager to just let him know of the experience I have had dealing with her and how I didn t feel safe with my vehicle left under her supervision. If you can t treat people nice and talk to them with respect and kindness what makes you think they want to leave a vehicle they worked hard to get to be treated like this. She claimed I had an attitude with her and everyone else when I didn t come into contact with anyone else but her . Everyone was nice and polite but her. When State Farm has to call me to let me know that I need to return my rental because my car has been ready since the 13th of November. I was not notified the 13th or the 14th of my car being ready and when I called to see what was going on the conversation went left because I told her I would love to speak to the manager because I want to have the recording pulled or something to show someone called me on the 13th to let me know my vehicle is ready she lied and said she called me and when I told her I did not want to talk to her about it I rather speak with a manager and she stated that the manager was not in and she is not required to transfer calls and for me to come pick my car up and hung up. I called back to let her know that she is escalating the situation worse than what it has to be and if she lets me get a word out maybe she can hear what I m saying instead of screaming at me. She yelled to come get my car and if I wanted to talk to a manger I could not because after getting my car I m not allowed to call or come up there because I have been a difficult person and I just couldn t believe how she was acting , she was now playing victim because i told her I hope all calls are recorded because you will be fired if they hear how you talk to your customers. I was literally in disbelief of how I was being treated. Now , after getting my car back my Benz symbol is missing in the front , literally the whole plate is gone . I just don t feel like my car is running like it use too, looks like someone cut a piece of my cap off that goes to my gas tank. It s just things that weren t messed up before taking my car up there to get repaired that are now . I have just never dealt with this much stuff before. If someone can get me in touch with any manager or CORPORATE please reply. This can t go unsaid or not acknowledged of what has happened. Again, do not trust Stephanie I promise I have heard similar encounters and experiences of how she is and this isn t the first or it won t be the last if she continues her employment here. On two photos I post you ll see the plate that s below my Benz sign and you ll see the next picture of that plate missing. In the other two photos you will see the wire that looks like it s been cut. Seriously? Customer service just doesn t exist anymore. If I have to take her to court I definitely will after telling people my experience and what happened their jaws drop and I m just like how you think I feel. I just hope this helps someone!

I would never EVER recommend this place to anyone that I care about. We worked with Stephanie and she was nothing but rude. My boyfriends car was stolen and was brought here to detail and fix some repairs. They returned the car and absolutely NOTHING had been cleaned from the inside. It was returned with the stolen tags, and everything else that the people had in the car when they stole it. They also informed the car was detailed. There was trash, ash from cigarillos, and the tobacco from the cigarillo still in the car. It took them at least 2 months for the repair. They did nothing but make this tough situation so much worse. The reply below this just shows the attitude and how "professional" they are.

I do appreciate that they drove me to rent a car, and the gentlemen that did was very kind. I only got one notification that my car would be done on a certain date, other than that no other communication was given. (I was told I would know about the progress that was being made). When I got my car back there were fresheners and refills missing from my vehicle. Also a Charm I made on my rear view mirror was gone as well. I called the person said that she has pictures of those items being there but she can't do anything about it, because there are several people that go into their lots (I don't really know what that means). I know not to leave valuables in the car, but a couple of bath and body work fresheners is not something I knew I had to worry about. I would be careful bringing your vehicle to Campbell Collision, and I wish I read the reviews before hand.

James Buck and his team took amazing care of me when my new car was rear ended!Even set up to Tint my windows while it was in the shop for me! Fantastic job and they were always kind and friendly when I came in.

During this year's snow/ice my car was damaged, and I decided to try Cambell Collison. It was nowhere close to my home, but I was told by someone I knew they were good. This was not what I would have called good. My experience was amazing!! It was seamless. Every step. I spoke with Angel at first who made easy arrangements on how to get my car and keys to them. The rest of my work was handled by Hannah. They kept me up to date by text and they finished my car over a week early. They worked well with my insurance adjuster also saving me much time and stress. I highly recommend them, and should I ever need these services again I will be returning to this location.

The team at Campbell Collision is friendly and professional. They do quality repair work in a timely fashion to get you back on the road. They ve taken care of our family a few times and we recommend them to anyone needing a first rate fix

I went here not too long ago when someone rear-ended me. Most of the other places I tried to go to weren't that helpful or didn't fit what I wanted. My car is pretty old so thankfully it came back looking better than it came in. I can't remember everyone who worked on the car but Angel was very nice!

0 stars would be realistic and most honest. What a truly terrible repair center. Horrible lack of customer communication. Double charged for car repairs. No care for quality of repairs or timely repairs keeping our car well over 2 months. HORRIBLE. Please do your research before using them!

I took my truck here to be repaired and it was an awful experience. It took over a week longer to be completed than I was told, and instead of giving me accurate information they ignored my calls until I called the front office and made them track down the information or person for me and was lied to that it was 'almost done' each time I managed to get someone on the phone. When we got it back the hail damage was gone, but found several other pieces of the truck missing (hood and window guard) as well as additional chips, scratches, and damage. This was after I was assured that the general manager himself reviewed the work and had it sent back several times to touch up more 'spots' he wasn't happy with. Terrible customer service and terrible repair work. The paint job also looked very bad in some areas.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Only get 1 star because I can t leave zero stars. They had my daughter s car for over 3 months, when they finally called to come pick it up there were two repairs still not completed (windshield replaced and paint repaired on back hatch) so we had to leave it. They fixed the windshield but refused to paint back hatch despite being approved by my insurance. Paint repair was approved per my agent.

10/10! Campbell Collision will have my business from here on out and they will be my new recommendation for others. I owe such a great experience to Moe; he never missed a beat on giving me consistent updates about my car, was always reassuring, always very nice and professional, and worked his butt off to have my car done as soon as possible. The work done on my car was great and I am very thankful but Moe s service is the #1 reason I will be back. There are a lot of places you can go and have good work done but not everywhere can you find the customer service that Moe gives. Thank you Moe! I have used Campbell collision several times for repairs on my vehicles and I have always had a great experience on the repairs on my vehicles and was updated very well through the process, from the lady s at the front desk, my advisor (Hannah) and the technicians work always a job well done

Went up on Monday, Mo came out of the office to give an estimate, took pics then told he would email the estimate later on Monday or it would be Tuesday morning. Never heard a word and here it is Sunday. Then there was two ladies in the office if you were standing in front of the counter the lady on the left just as nice and friendly but the other not so much. Never will go back. Ron's got the business.

Find another Collison center please this place is money hungry just like all others but this one takes the cake You know you understand that people want people to come to the establishment to get repairs done but this isn't the place They didn't fix anything on my ride, they just wanted money I gave it to them thinking my car was fixed, what a waste of thought I had to go to other extreme measures to get another vehicle Maybe it was my skin, I'm not sure But for the money I spent, it had to be something close to my assumption #Ridiculous #MoneyHungry #Avoid

If I could 0 I would. They are unprofessional and have absolutely no sense of urgency when it comes to getting work complete. They had my car for 46 days to put decals on.Stephanie was very nice but she was the only one that kept her word.Two of the decals never arrived and they still would like to charge me for it. They don t have an ETA when they will come but they are still charging me.They swapped out employees while my car was there for repair and it was downhill from there.I came to pay for my car at 5:34 and they stated the systems shut down and I needed to come tomorrow because they close at 5:30. She stated she had kids and family which I also have. I really wish she could have ran my card over the phone but she had no wiggle room for me.The work was good though. If I could go back I would have worked with another company.Hopefully the management teams takes this review seriously.

I brought my car in for an estimate on hail damage after the storm in April of 2022. I tried to schedule the repair and was told that they were booked through August so I waited until the beginning of September. I went in with my estimate and was told We don t do hail damage anymore My son works there and was shocked that I was told that. I am very disappointed in the attitude of this woman and with the professionalism exhibited. I would think that a company would honor an estimate they provided especially since I was told I would have to wait 4 months before I could even get in to have it repaired. I dropped my 2015 scion tc 9.0 series off this morning for rear bumper repair. If their work is as good as their customer service then I will extremely happy. BK was very helpful and kind. Well after a lil over a month this is what i got. Will be taking it back hopefully with no other problems,,,,,,,,Bk got me fixed up and took care of the issue. Great customer service!!!!!

Marc Mariner was a huge help in getting my Sister car back on the road after it was in a tornado, it was an all over job, he stay in communication doing the hold process, he was very professional and let us know what was going on through email or text, and when we got the car back it was clean inside and out, the car looked brand new, my Sister is so happy with her car. Bailey and her coworkers are the best sweet kind people. They help me as soon as I walked in then complimented me on my hair. Pics down below they were just sweet and kind people I feel good from the time I came into the time I left and then the people that I was there to meet they help me and it was a quick process thank-you Campbell collision center. Not very good. I had to take my vehicle back because they never did an alignment. They gave a bunch of excuses. I went and got new tires, and found out that the Strut was damaged also. I had to return the vehicle for repairs. Waited a week got it back and once again they did not do an alignment. I took it to Firestone and had it done and they found the camber was also damaged. I will just wait and go with Firestone for the repair and pay out of pocket.

These people have been great. When I was rear ended and needed repairs on a super short time span, they worked with me so I was only without my vehicle for a short time. I recently had a rock hit my windshield and they recommended an excellent guy to fix it - literally had my windshield fixed in 30 min after I called them. Glad they're close by!

Very disappointed, They had a attitude with me and was very rude. Basically called me a liar in a room full of people. If they treat me like that I sure don't trust them with my car.

Used Campbell last week to have some body work done on my car. I can t say enough good things. They were able to get us scheduled for an estimate quickly. The estimate took no time at all and the pricing was very reasonable. I was able to get my car in super quick to have the work done after the estimate and they did a fantastic job. They do good work, but they are so SLOW. We took our car in for repairs on some hail damage from a recent storm. The communication is nonexistent. When we dropped the car off, we were told that it would be ready the following Wednesday. Called Wednesday because we had not gotten any updates. Were told that it would be that Friday instead. Had to call on Friday after not hearing anything, then got told that it would be the next Monday. Same thing again on Monday. Were told that it would 100% be ready on the next Friday. It wasn't. Wasn't ready that next Monday either. Finally just showed up at the repair center. Car was ready. Not sure at what point it was done, but they failed to call and inform us that the car was ready anyway. They then said that we owed almost $7,000 for the repairs, even though insurance had assured us that we would only have to pay the $500 deductible. Also failed to tell us this in advance, or make any effort to communicate with insurance as to why we owed this much. Any time we called to ask for updates on the car, the receptionists treat us like we are bothering them. Do not recommend this business for repairs on your vehicle.
