My recent visit to Britts for a tire repair turned into a regret. Somehow , they managed to break two of my wheel studs during the process of repairing a tire. He put lug nuts on my car that weren't mine and sent me off with 2 wheel studs and lugs to drive on. I also paid 20 dollars for the tire repair. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue by purchasing the needed replacement parts, and giving the opportunity for them to fix what they broke,the staff adamantly refused to fix what they had broken. To add insult to injury, their proposed repair cost exceeded $100, surpassing the expense of simply purchasing a new tireThe lack of accountability and unwillingness to fix their own mistakes shows alot. Save yourself the frustration and potential damage to your vehicle

I got my tire patched . The patch was sticking out my tire atleAst 5 inches in my 2023 suv go at your own risk .

The only shop in town brave enough to service my 297k mile transmission. Also the only shop I know of to show extra effort in contacting me when they take off early for labor day weekend rather than leaving me walking. Everyone there is awesome, and Britt specifically is a great dude!

My truck lost all brakes. I was in my alternate vehicle and stopped in Britts about 11:00 a.m. to see if he wanted to look at my truck. He said sure bring it in and I delivered it that afternoon. He called me that same afternoon and told me what my truck needed and how much it would cost. The price for the job was exactly what I looked up online. I gave him the go ahead. He called me the next day told me my truck was ready and to come pick it up. They are usually pretty busy but he had my truck ready within 24 hours of when I dropped it off. My brakes work fine. My 85-year-old mother has been using them for years and I will certainly use them again.

Engine was misfiring on our way through Arkansas and stopped at Britts, Friday afternoon of December 30th. No other auto repair shops would even take a look since they were trying to finish up for the holiday weekend. These guys took the time to run a diagnostic and replace what was needed on our vehicle, to get us back on the road in less than 2.5 hours. Great job and deserves 5 stars.

I have been going to britts since 2014...it is literally the only place I have trusted and their judgment and quality of work. They are my number 1 go to guys ...super awesome family oriented Christian garage! I trust their judgment and recommendations if I have a job that needs specific work like I needed a new transmission and they recommended JJs transmission and he was reliable for me. I just adore this shop and will always recommend and spread their name...

I love these guys and highly recommend them. Britt is a good honest business man and mechanic. And it's hard to find honest mechanics like that around here. Every vehicle I've taken up there, they diagnosed the problem immediately and gave me good advice every time.

My dad used Britt s Auto for many years. It s where I go for any issue that arises with our vehicles. Mr. Britt is kind and honest and does good work. Saline County is lucky to have this local shop.

Britt s is close to my house and they had good reviews. I called and dropped my truck off that evening. By 8 the next morning they were calling me with the diagnosis and the proposed total bill. The truck was ready to go shortly after lunch and runs great. I talked to two different people- both friendly and seemed to appreciate my business. Prices were reasonable. I think I found my new auto repair shop.

I've only been there for tire issues, but both times I was treated very nicely. Well mannered guys, & very helpful. Highly recommend this place for any auto need. They always are busy so I'm not the only one really liking their work. Go see for yourselves

Recently had both of my head lights go out within a week of each other. First time I went to Firestone, where we had to wait five hours and where charged $80. Second time I brought the car to Britts and they had it changed within 15 minutes for $20. Do yourself a favor and trust a local shop.

My vehicle broke down at the stop sign next to Britts at about noon. I asked a busy employee to help me push it into their lot and without hesitation two men came and gave me a hand. I went inside and asked the man at the desk if he wouldn't mind looking at it. The very next morning they called, gave me an estimate and within the hour called me to come pick it up. Great guys, great shop, great service. I can't thank them enough.

This place is one of the most reputable places I've ever been to. They will work with you and treat you right unlike most places. Britt is extremely knowledgeable about what he does and is the best mechanic I've been to personally. I would deffinitly recommend coming here, you will not find better service

This is an absolutely amazing business to deal with. I took my car to Poseys first and they told me it was a body issue. To sell it and buy me another car!By the grace of God I took it to Britt. These people were amazingly professional and made me feel like the were on my side.They fixed my car. And it runs beautifully.Thank you Ms. Jay and Mr. Britt. And also to that great man who works for them! You guys are good people. May God continue to bless you. And you forever got my business. To call them and get a machinic to call you back. Its a lie. They never do. Their skill for dealing with people are far from none. Highly disappointed! Britt you and your employees could do much better
