Oh my gosh! I can not tell you how much help they have been to us!!! They got us in and out in a timely manner due to our livelihood, depending on it! Fairly priced for a job well done! They are a family run business! If it burns fuel and has 4 wheels they can fix it!

Took my truck to Baxley's for A/C repair after having it in another shop multiple times, and asked for a quote on shocks also. They called with the quote that afternoon, and called to let me know it was ready the next day. A/C finally works, and the truck rides smoothly again. Took my truck in for a tune up plus a few other things I just wanted done before a road trip with the family. They got me scheduled in and knocked it out quicker than I anticipated. As well as, communicated with me regularly and even let me know if something wasn't right along the way. Great place all the way around, and 10/10 recommend local or not. Thanks Baxleys for making sure my ride is safe and firing on all cylinders.

Disappointed. I was put on the schedule for Monday by one of the receptionist. Unfortunately they didn t realize it was a holiday and I m only off on Mondays though they tried putting me on another day I m not off. Been on the schedule over a week and no one said anything. They didn t try to right their mistake at all by working with me. Wouldn t recommend as it seems disorganized.Edit: They have replied to my review with an excuse. They wanted to book me on a Tuesday which I work. Or push me out another WEEK! I can only come on Monday. Just wanted them to right their mistake.

Took my diesel pickup truck to get some work done by Baxley s and they had it done the same day. I have never experienced such prompt service. A couple of days later they called me to make sure the truck wasn t having any more issues. If you re looking for another mechanic, look no further. We have always used Baxleys for all of our jeep repairs. Always a great experience. Prices are more than reasonable, and the work is always spot on. If you need help getting your rig back on the road, call them!

Third time I've taken my car here for individual issues & each time, they have done an excellent job! If u don't have a shop u love, I would recommend trying this place! Great ppl, with great service! As well as great abilities to diagnose & repair ur cars mechanical needs!!

I recently needed a simple service on my daughter's Trailblazer. I didn't know anyone in the area but had seen a flyer for Baxley's. I took the truck by and was very impressed. The shop and showroom were extremely neat and clean. The people who waited on me were very courteous and they had me in and out very quickly. I a new loyal customer.

They thoroughly checked out my issues, they gave me an estimate of repairs. They kept to their estimate. They informed me of other pending issues and gave me options and estimate of those repairs as well. No surprises. They completed repairs ahead of schedule and I was not shocked by the price. My car is driving tight and ready for a roadtrip! Thank you Baxley's! I will be back and would recommend.

When no one else would listen to what I thought was wrong and take a look, Barley s answered! My car got drenched on the passenger floorboard when it rained. I researched online and found some suggestions. The water wasn t coming in the windshield. My tire guy said take it to a body shop. The body shop guy barely looked at it and said take it to the glass people. They wouldn t even look at it unless I had my insurance call (yet not an insured problem). Baxley s listened to what I thought it could be. They looked, found the problem and got it fixed!!! Very professional and caring! Go to Baxley s !!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We've been using Baxley's for the last year or so and their level of customer service should be studied by all of the local businesses on how to treat a customer. I had an oil change performed on my truck, and i mentioned that the car on my wife's car was low, and they offered to fill up all of her tires for free. We've been bringing my wife's car, my truck, and my stepson's car here, and i can't say i've had near the level of quality service or friendliness from another mechanic...everService: Oil change

I called 4 other auto repair facilities before I talked to Baxley, I told all of them what I thought the problem was and the all said they could do the repair, by the way I m not a mechanic, but Baxley was the only garage that said to me why don t you bring it in and let us look at it and tell you what is wrong with it before we just start changing thing, that sold me on their level of experience, they got my Ram 1500 4X4 on Wednesday told me it was my wheel barring and what it would cost before they ever did anything, they had my truck fix by Thursday afternoon and they called me one week later just to make sure I was not having any issue, now that is what I call follow up service, this is a garage you can trust your family safety withService: Steering & suspension replacement

Mr. Baxley & his team work very hard to keep you informed & do great work. Very professional & will go above & beyond to make you happy with their work. They even called me a few days later just to make sure everything was good with the work they did on my vehicle. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a knowledgeable team to work on your vehicle.

Had to get my water pump replaced. After replacing water pump the oil pressure light came on. They picked the car up from my wife's place of employment and after several more day of troubleshooting they discovered the issue. They took full responsibility and treated my wife and very respectfully. I will continue to use them for service and would highly recommend them to others!!

I've used Baxley's before with good service but this time I had to take my car back 3 times and it still does not run right. I ended up spending more than I thought I would. They also found an additional problem which I had no issue with before. This other problem is the one they cannot seem to fix which cost me an additional $800.

Called them, asked for an estimate on replacing my starter, and was told to bring my car in. We've used them several times in the past (2-3 years ago) and we were pleased with their work so I went ahead and had it towed there. I was told they'd call us and let us know something but after 3-4 hours I had to call to confirm my car had been received. Was told it needed a new battery, which was wrong and could be seen had they looked at the sticker on the new battery I put in that morning clearly showing it was new. The tow driver drained the battery when he put it on the truck and left the key on in the ignition and it just needed a charge.They kept it overnight and when they called the next day they wanted WAY more ($730, which is ridiculous for a starter) than two other mechanics we contacted (by $300+) . I had my car towed to Purdy for the work to be done, but only after I was charged $50 for diagnostics that weren't even necessary. This is the LAST place I would recommend after this experience!

Twice I have went to baxleys for a price quote on services provided, and twice they have tried to over charge. The first was a lower suspension job that was quoted 500 bucks per side, which was later done at Britt's for almost half the total and the other was a 10 minute walk in job. I highly suggest you save your money, cause you will be over charged, and call someone else. As a mechanic it disgusts me to see others in my profession take advantage of people that are not as knowledgeable and seek quality help.

Excellent service! Great to deal with and quick. Even a follow up call to see how the car was doing several days later. They also sent a thank you note in the mail. Great customer service and good to deal with. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

I was driving from Delaware to Texas when my check engine light came on. I call AAA for a service shop recommendation and they sent me to Baxleys. My car got checked out very quickly and I was told it was safe to drive the car and continue the trip. The staff was so helpful, and so nice!

Great experience. Friendly staff, diagnosed my engine overheating problem and had me back on the road with only a small delay. Can't say enough about Baxley's; would highly recommend to anyone!

This place is very friendly and will treat you like family. We have had nothing but great experiences with them. Very fair and quick. They will get all of our business. If only there were a way to get them to do our warranty work from dealerships. Thank you guys for all of your help.

I took my truck in because it was pulling to the right at an unsafe amount. They were very friendly and helpful, but after 3 visits and over $2300, it still pulls to the right.... I have to turn the wheel about 15 degress left to go in a straight line, this is not common "to keep cars from crossing the center line" like I was told.

This was the first time I have used Baxley's. They got me in right away.The staff was friendly and informative. They were reasonably priced and excellent service. I will be using them again and will be recommending them to my friends.

Brought my car in to get fixed, but another problem cropped up as a result. I took it back to them but they said they can't fix it because their professional-grade scanner can't read the voltage they need to see. They got very defensive when I simply asked about other scanners. After doing some research on my own I found the voltage can be read with a multimeter commonly found at walmart. Seems like they just didn't want to deal with it.

My new Shop! My honda accord had broken down on a friday and right after the weekend I called baxlys and they emiditaly was on top of things. I need a tow truck and they called one and they were at my house in ten mins. They worked on my car for 2 and a half days making sure everything was perfect and nothing was still messed up. They call frequently to let you know how your vehicle is doing. My car was a one owner before me and since going to baxlys it runs better than it did when i first got it! Very Pleased and will continue to use this shop!
