Ben and the whole staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for parts, service, rentals, or bike purchase in NWA! Willing to help diagnose bike problem. Made sure rental bike was perfect.The coffee shop inside was great too!

Knowledge, well stocked bike shop for Trek sales, service and rentals. Central location to ride the NWA Mountain Bike Trails, with patio seating, restrooms and showers.

Bought my emtb here, have it serviced here, have friends and family rent emtbs from here when they come in town. BV is lucky to have this shop, and phat tire is lucky to have Seth as well as all of the other staff. They are always incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Had great interactions with Ben and Seth. Ben helped my wife look at new helmets and Seth showed me his Big Fat Dummy which was awesome. After our ride I needed a wheel trued, was hoping it could get done by some time the next day since I came in less than an hour before closing but Seth took it and trued it while I chatted with Ben. I found both of them to be very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is really nice with a large selection of bikes and gear in stock. I will definitely be going back whenever I m in the area.

The customer service at this bike shop cannot be surpassed! Kind and authentic interactions with folks who are clearly passionate about what they do. I m so grateful we have this shop here in Bella Vista.

NOT for casual bike renters. Made a reservation to have 5 Green Way E bikes at $45 a bike for the day (10 am- 7pm),. They do not rent by the hour. There was some confusion in getting the proper bikes out for us to rent when we arrived a few minutes after 10 AM. Since we were all novices the young men in the bike shop Were Very patient And kind In Showing Us how to use the bikes. There was 1 employee who was 40ish with a salt and pepper beard that was very rude, condescending and sarcastic. When I asked what to do with the bikes If we stopped To eat or shop his answer was " I don't know, I've never had to sell a 15 foot bike lock before ".Clearly this shop is for bikers who need service or want to buy a bike, not for casual renters of E-bikes. They have a lot of 5 star reviews, but it's all for sales, service and repairs NOT for bike rentals. The battery fell out of one of the bikes as we were leaving, they gave us a different bike.I will in the future seek out a shop that is a little further away for casual bike rides.The Greenway is absolutely beautiful and is a very enjoyable bike ride.

I bought a bike rack, and they installed it for me. They explained how it operated. I haven't had to take a look at the instruction booklet or look up anything because it was so straightforward.I really appreciate the extra level of customer service I received for purchasing the bike rack.

Quick, expert repair got me back on the trail fast even on a busy Saturday. Great selection and I even got a coffee while I waited. Wish I could give places like this 10/5 stars.

The crew at Phat Tire did an excellent job in building my new bike. They worked with me on transferring the drivetrain and brake components from an existing bike to my new bike. Great people to work with! Thanks y'all!!

I brought my gravel bike in due to a shifting issue. Corey contacted me to let know what they were going to have to do in order to figure out the problem. After he determined what it was, he called back to let me know and provided me with options and part prices. Very good customer service. Bike was completed later that day.

I consider Bella Vista Phat tire my local bike shop.....but to charge me $30 bucks to put one spoke on is over charge...nipple was still on...so no removal of tire...

Just got my bike back from a mid-level tuneup and I'm thrilled! It hasn't been this clean or ridden this well in years. Thanks Luke! I've already been to the new location on Riordan 3 times since they opened :)

Having tire issues and the service tech showed me the problems which was several and was able to resolve it by putting on a heavier wall tire.

Recently, a group of us embarked on an exciting mountain biking adventure in the stunning landscapes of Bella Vista and Bentonville, and we had the pleasure of renting high-end mountain bikes from Phat Tire Bike Shop. Upon arriving at the bike shop, we noticed it was quite busy, which led to a slightly longer wait than anticipated. However, once we were attended to, the staff's dedication and helpfulness quickly made up for the minor inconvenience. They made sure each member of our group was equipped with the appropriate bikes and we knew how to use them. The staff's knowledge and expertise were evident as they walked us through the features and functionalities of the high-end mountain bikes we rented. The staff are always very friendly and personable. Seth helped us pick out our new e-bikes and resolve a recall from the manufacturer. It's always a pleasure going in for any concerns with our bikes.

Great service and fair pricing. Brought my mountain bike (Yeti SB140) in to get the cables and housings replaced. The shop noticed that my R brake pads were almost completely gone. Replaced the pads, rotor, and caliper. Also had my bike deep cleaned as it has sat on the back of my SUV for the last 3+ months. They did a great job on everything for a reasonable price. Turnaround was very fast, even though some parts had to be ordered. Everyone was great to talk to and communicated well. Highly recommended.

Long over due review. The guys who run this shop are awesome. Knowledgeable, helpful, authentic dudes who just want to make your day and ride experience better. Hunter has helped me many times, getting my rig set up just right, answering every little question I throw out there; Seth has been really helpful with gear recommendations, and I've enjoyed his bike maintenance classes a lot! This place is awesome, and often times less crowded than the Phat Tire in the square. Although, I love both shops. I stop in both just to walk through and check out gear if I'm driving by. 10/10 and highly recommended!

The new Phat Tire Bike Shop is very nice. It has a coffee shop with other food available such as sandwiches etc. The layout is open and the addition of video screens and updated enlarged photographs is an upgrade from the former shop along the creek in Bella Vista. I liked the old shop with it's location along a trail but I must say the new location has more amenities. The service is very good if you need work on a bike. They have a knowledgeable staff, several of whom came from the old store to provide you with information to help you make decisions. There are many bike products available, shoes, helmets clothing etc. There are also a variety of new bikes for sale for the trail at various prices. Great community bike store .

Very helpful and friendly. My rear wheel broke out on the trail and they diagnosed the problem on the spot on a busy Saturday! They didn t have a replacement wheel in stock, so they rented me a wheel (from one of their rental bikes) to keep me out on the trails for the rest of my stay here. Highly recommended!
