Needed driver side fender & door replaced, plus all the unseen tweaks and adjustments necessary to make the repair good as new. SUCCESS! Looks like it never happened. Trust Jim's place with one of your most expensive possessions. Well recommended by picky auto owners.

GREAT service from WONDERFUL people!I hit a deer, actually the deer hit me, either way, it crunched and crushed my 2017 Honda Civic front end. A handful of days later....TADA-BETTER THAN NEW!I live 10 minutes away and wifey would drop me off/pick me up, but Robert was always offering to taxi me.HIGHLY Wreck-O-Mend!!!!!

These guys are the best! They have fixed up 3 of our vehicles after accidents and nothing short of amazing! Even cleaned my car inside and out this time (simple foul ball broken windshield and small dent).Highly recommended!

Jim and the entire team not only do great body/paint work but they are still folks you can have a relationship with built on trust and caring and quality. I have been in insurance for 25 years and know all the shops well, there is a reason I chose and choose Jim Morey to repair my vehicles. Hail and collision repairs all were done right .the first time! Job well done.

Was hit in back Quarter Panel in Walmart Parking lot in Chevy Silverado, friends told me too go to Jim Morey, that they did Great work! They were right!!! Everything from communication with Jim to front desk lady to his guys that did the work was Wonderful! Will be referring all friends to Jim Morley shop! Thanks Jim and Staff!!! We ll, just made my second Trip too Jim s shop, was hit again in a parking lot, did damage all down my passenger side, Once again Jim s crew did an outstanding job, If your new dealing with Jim s shop, know this, they are very good at what they do, honest, Jim told me it would be 4 days, picked it up it looked like brand new money! Jim stripped and repainted the hood and deck lid of my 1975 Cadillac after the original paint had deteriorated to the point of no return. I'm a shade-tree restoration hobbyist, know just enough about body work to be dangerous, and recognized that this job required skills that I don't possess. His team did an amazing job of matching the color and finish of the rest of original panels. There were a couple of minor flaws, I stopped back with the car and they fixed them on the spot. This is the second repair we've had Jim do and both exceeded my high expectations. It's so refreshing to deal with a business that still has excellent customer service and high standards.Service: Painting

After going to my car dealership and not getting an answer with a suspected flaw in our paint job on our new car, I went directly to Jim Morey Body Shop, Bella Vista AR. As soon as I got there one of the young men got up and came out to see what the dark spots were all over the side of our car? He identified it as paint spray, source unknown to me? This young man went in, got a buffer and cleaning compound and proceeded to clean off all the dark spots, then took another cleaner to remove the residue. I was so happy and asked how much do I owe you? His reply, nothing sir, just glad to help! I found out this young man was James Morey, son of the owners! This is a family owned and operated business that knows what taking care of people and their cars mean! Service: Painting

The whole crew here is excellent they did a wonderful job of working with us and working with the adjuster and getting our car repaired after the deer damage. Paint is perfect can't tell where the new and the old even get close

Extremely personable and professional. Jim knows his stuff and explains any options in a very clear way. The price was less than expected and it only took a couple days to complete the work. My truck looks brand new now. I could not be happier with the experience and fully understand why two friends independently recommended them. Unfortunately, I have been a frequent visitor to Jim Morey s shop over these past several years. I have always been impressed with their quality of work and excellent customer service. I had my car repaired after I hit a deer and they did a great job repairing my car. The paint colors blended perfectly. Today I just dropped in without an appointment to have them look at my bumper that pulled loose from getting stuck in mud. I expected to have to make an appointment for later. Jim had time so he came out and fixed it on the spot. Made my day. It s nice to have the kind of service I think of as how things used to be! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This review is for BELLA VISTA Morey Auto Body. Professional, friendly service, clean atmosphere, prompt turn-around, and just all-around nice folks! It's worth the drive to them, and they were very accommodating while I struggled with a rental car.

Was advised to bring my car to Jim Morey Auto body. I needed a cable installed on my Honda and also asked that they attach the body panels. Left my vehicle for what I thought was 4 days but turned out to be 11. They did a good job on the cable assembly but not on the panels. If I knew I was going to get charged that much and a job not completed I would have taking a chance and completed it myself. Attached you will see pictures of the work on the panels. Did not complete the passenger side and on the left side paint was chipped. There was no mention of this when they got paid.

Robert who runs the shop was super helpful and ensured my vehicles were done correctly and timely and we had zero headaches with insurance as they made it easy! Over the course of the year I ve unfortunately had 5 vehicles serviced . A very bad year for our vehicles but they all look great again and run great! The lack of communication in expectations meant the quality I was seeking was not met. I wanted a good color match, and similar orange peel to oem. Color matching needs to be done with a part, or with a set of chips with variations of oem if not on a vehicle to blend. I brought in my vehicle to match, but they just used the color code. I have had previous shops polish individual parts before receiving, or better applications of clear coat than what was done. I have lost $775 here, and $500 at another shop trying to get a good quality paint job. I am just going to leave my incorrectly painted bumper on my vehicle. Since 4 out 5 shops I have tried, haven't done a good job. Not a show car quality finish, but similar to oem quality in appearance.

Jim Morey stands by his work. If you get your car in his shop he will take care of you. I ve never been to a shop like this where the owner will call you and help ensure any and all concerns you have are handled. Great work!
