First of all, I had called the number listed on a Google Search ahead of time to see if I could get in the same day. The woman who I spoke to on the phone was very quick, helpful and even texted me a coupon for $15 off for when I came in. I was also relieved to learn they were open until 7pm as I got off work at 5. So as soon as I pulled in the parking lot, the guy came out and helped direct me to pull in to the garage. Then a second man was at a computer and he was very nice and got some information from me and scanned my coupon. I was honestly a little intimidated before getting there because I had been having car trouble all day which is terrifying to me because I know nothing about mechanical car things. But everyone there was BEYOND kind and helpful and not a single person made me feel stupid despite my questions that, I am certain, had to sound ridiculous. And I truly appreciated that.They were extremely quick and very courteous. And they even figured out what was wrong with my brake lights and fixed that too.And the $51 my whole appointment cost me was way beyond worth every penny!I can't explain enough how much I am so grateful for their help and great service and all so patient with the quirks with my very "well loved" 04 Honda Accord. I was so nervous to be so out of my element today and these guys absolutely helped me and didn't make me feel like a total dummy at all.I am going to absolutely be back here from now on, and will recommend them to everyone I know.Seriously, 100 stars if I could!Thanks so much!

This was my first oil change in my new car. Very nice guys working here. Had an issue getting hood open but they figured it out. Latch was broke inside. This will definitely be my go to spot for oil change.

Above average service with a solid crew to take care of your cars oil needs. Only thing I can knock them for is the fact that the company needs to accommodate their workers better - the freezing temperatures while they worked on my car today were nothing to sneeze at. Do better Valvoline!

I have a 2019 mustang and stopped in for a oil change because my Ford dealership had was full. I ask for a price before starting and they were 22.00 dollars more than ford....what....they do no tire rotation, no vacuuming etc.I turn around and left.

I paid 150 for an oil change. Could ve done it myself for A LOT cheaper but I m 9 months pregnant and decided to take it up there. My car smells like it s been burning or leaking oil ever since. Heart broken. I paid all that money just to have something else wrong with my car.

These guys are quick, friendly, and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this station. I taken 5 company trucks through there and they're pretty consistent as well.

I am a client of enterprise fleet management. I have brought (this is my second fleet vehicle that I have brought here) and as far as I don't know of any issues yet. I brought my personal 2002 f350 for headlight reconditioning and haven't had any issue with that either. I plan to bring my 350 back for a full service within the next month. The only reason that didn't get a 5 is because of how many poor reviews there were. I am sure they will get a 5 next time as well.

absolutely terrible management. the store manager was as helpful as possible, everyone else is a joke. i had a oil change in February 17th and it was exactly one month later, now in march, my car completely stopped running and had to get towed to a mechanic for me to be told that my car was bone dry of oil. now that my motor is locked and not drivable sitting in a mechanic shop, the area manager has been investigating . absolutely terrible customer service.Service: Oil change

Valvoline changed my oil, checked my fluids, AND filled my tires within 20 mins for about the same price as just an oil change at Walmart (for a 2016 Chevy Spark).Friendly & fast customer service while you wait in your car. :) Will definitely be back!Service: Oil change

These guys are so welcoming and friendly. They work efficiently and discuss each part of the process with you, which I really appreciate. I hate when places just take your info and then your car without letting you know all of your options. These guys here even checked my oil and then told me I had longer to go before it needed changed. It was my first time in a new vehicle and the fully synthetic oil lasts longer than I was accustomed to. I've never had a business tell me their services wouldn't be needed just yet. They locked in a customer for life that day.

I typically bring my own oil and filter whenever I go here so price wise it's pretty cheap for me. I also drive a VW diesel so it's a bit more expensive then your regular gas car. They are always fast and easy takes at most 20 minutes if there isn't anyone in line. I recommend using them if you are looking for quick and easy oil change.

Knowledgeable staff, quick service, pleasant experience.Took about 25 minutes to do my oil change due to an inconvenient oil filter placement, as the technician explained. They checked all of my fluids and notified me of everythingOnly rating 4 stars because they tend to only have filters for common vehicles, and tend to run out of certain weights of oil during the week

Great service. Very friendly. VERY thorough. They didn t have an air filter for my Subaru so they sent someone to get one while they changed my oil. I ve never experienced customer service like this during an oil change. This will be my go to for oil changes now. Got an oil change in November. While driving the very next day, the lower engine cover (metal plate) came off and I had to drag it for miles before the next exit on I-40. Then I waited for 3 hours for a tow truck to show up. The driver jacked up my car and ripped the rest of the engine cover off and asked if I had recently had an oil change. "Yesterday," I said. He believed that the oil change personnel didn't properly replace the engine cover, didn't tighten some screws, and it came off while driving. I went back to Beebe-Valvoline in January for another oil change, showed the mangled engine cover to the employees there. They did nothing to acknowledge that they made a mistake that caused this thing to fall off my car while driving, and made no attempt whatsoever to even reply to my concern about the matter. There was no "sorry about that" or even that it happened. Perhaps that's how the corporation requires them to handle mistakes they've made. Anyway, I'll be getting my oil changes done elsewhere from now on.

This place is joke and DO NOT take your vehicle hereThey stripped out the plug and put a last resort plug in so they called itI leaked 3 qts of oil in 2 daysTook it back and they said no problemHad to take it to a mechanic and they said that it had been stripped out and needed a new oil panThey wouldn t replace nor help to make it right! Just a word of caution for everyone, we took our truck to Valvoline instant oil change on 10/25/21 by Tractor Supply to get an oil change, we instructed them to also grease the rear u joint as it has a zert and requires grease which we ask them to do every time we take the unit there for service. The manager was visibly upset when we declined an air filter replacement and threw the new one on the floor.Upon paying the inflated price of $93.06 we inquired again about the rear u-joint and she assured us the joint had been greased. When we got home, I looked the paperwork over and decided to check the rear u-joint, upon doing so it was cleared it had not been greased in recent history and was worn out which soon would have resulted in a failure going down the road causing who knows what kind of damage or possible injury.The paperwork also stated they had added windshield washer fluid and upon my inspection the washer reservoir was found to be almost empty. I called them and spoke to the Manager who offered no explanation but feigned an apology. I also reported this to corporate and to date have heard anything back from them, so they obviously are not concerned either. My advice is to avoid this business because they are not concerned with the quality of work or the customers safety, they are only concerned with trying to sell you items you do not need at a high mark up, not to mention the obvious problem with the truth. You will be money ahead and safer to go to a reputable local garage that performs quality work.

Only waited a few minutes in line...pulled in. Stayed in my car while an expert talked me through what services were being performed. Each check point was done and I felt like this was the best experience by far! Smiles friendly staff members. They communicated well as a team. I recommend Valvoline because you see that the jobs getting done right! And it's fun.

If you get your oil changed here you might want to check the bolts that hold you pan under the car on. My daughter always gets her oil changed here. She was told today that someone had removed some of the bolts and zip tied her pan back on. She hasn t had anyone else service it. When she questioned the technician the technician told her that this is why they have been having to fire people. I would absolutely hate to think that a reputable business is stealing things off of customers cars, while they are sitting in them, when this is supposed to be done in a way that makes the customer feel more comfortable and relieved that they know what is going on with their vehicles. I have placed a damage report and hope to hear back from management within 24 business hours. The only thing she will be returning for is to get her bolts replaced for the ones that were stolen off her car by the valvoline technicians.Service: Oil change

1st time there but they were nice friendly everything went smooth. I was hesitant because of the reviews but I watched carefully. Everything went well. Ill be back. If it goes this well again ill give 5 stars but because it was my first time I can only give 4.

Staff every time I come here in Beebe treats me right and gets me in and out quick. My favorite place to get my oil changed! No don't use this Valvoline. They do not stand behind their work and will say they'll investigate but will say it's the "customers" fault for their mistake. Make the drive to Jacksonville if you need to use them.

Had a 25$ off coupon for full synthetic and they would only give me 20$ off. Cost 66$ and change. There still 16$ higher then my regular place and even the dealer. Very nice folks but I definitely won't be back and will send people to other places.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
