Had 4 tires in my truck I needed put on, and they handled it like a pit crew !!! Walking , no appointment. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes!! Best people I've experienced in a while... Walmart spun one lug and quit because they didn't know how to get a socket to fit a lug.

We had a flat during our trip home they found two used tires for us within minutes and had us out in no time! Excellent customer service, and great pricing! Great job Tyler, Shawn & Tammy!!

Got tires put on her day before and day after the tire was flat. Went back that day to got it repaired AGAIN. They had let employees out 10 minutes early. I had asked if they had one mechanic still there and there wasn't that I know of. We had made a appointment that day and they knew we were coming to the shop. The manager was just standing there chit chatting with I desk worker. This is very unprofessional. I don't recommend this place.

I had experienced a tire going flat, even though two other places had told me nothing was wrong with tire. Tire Town found a nail and fixed it. Thank you.

I've used Tire Town to replace my tires as needed. And I always get used tires just because they are much cheaper than used. Usually with great service. My latest experience has not been the best. I've been checking every week for the past two months to get used tires for my vehicle with no luck, they never have them. Granted I don't have the most common tire and rim size (255/55 R-18). But with me coming in every week, I would think they would get with their supplier and try to get me the tire I need. I'm not asking for a full set just 1 tire. My front driver side tire is almost bald. I'm going to try one more time then go somewhere else and get new tires I guess. New tires are around $200.00 each vs. $45.00 each for used.

They always me good I have been with them 30 years or so my mom took me to them is was with them alot of years now she is in heaven I thank them very much Sam was running it when I started now his way wife that care of it thanks all of yall

I highly recommend Tire Town. I have used them for my tire needs for over 25 years. They have always been friendly, had good prices, and can order any tire (any tire so far) I've wanted that they didn't carry in stock with that afternoon delivery (if ordered in the mornings). They are also a honest business. They will not tell you that you have a ruined tire just so they can sell you a new tire and then keep your "ruined" tire so they can resell it used later like some tire places do.

Had a tire patched, was still leaking so I went back to have them check the patch. They said it had another nail in the tire but didn't inform me about it and charged me for another patch. Did not pay because they fixed it without my consent.

Ron was extremely helpful. The guys mounted and balanced 5 tires in about 45 minutes. They verified that the spare wheel I bought would fit correctly before mounting one of my old tires to it. Great Tire store. I will definitely do repeat business with them.

The guy that out the lug nuts on put them on so tight my husband couldn't get them off. Also the guy was not friendly with us at all who did our tires. But charged good price you can't beat it.

Excellent and fast service, got me in and out with 4 new tires in less than 30 minutes. I appreciate the hard work and I appreciate they had my tire on hand. Price was also the best between Beebe and Cabot.. Thanks

My tire light came on suddenly so I stopped in to see if they could check it out for me. Not only did he check that tire but all my others too. Really appreciated that extra step!

They have been a blessing to me countless times in the past 20 year's. Not once have I ever left there without a smile and thank you.. Fast and friendly. Quality service and low prices .

They changed two of my tires but failed to fix or even let me know that a brake line was cut. My brakes were not working well when I left Tire Town, and I had to go elsewhere to get my brakes fixed. I had an over an hour drive home, and I m lucky to not have been in an accident because of this establishment s actions.

This is my favorite tire place. I cannot stress that enough.I have the worst luck with tires. I run over nails, have had my share of blow outs, etc. I have been to places before that give me a hard time about such things. Not here. Here, they are fast and friendly. I've never waited longer than half an hour for a tire replacement.This place is just fantastic.

I had a flat tire on my 2017 Audi and bought a used tire for a temp till I got to the dealership. Had a great experience very good prices on new and used tires. Only thing I wish they had was nitrogen upgrade if your tires then it would be 5 stars.

I used them for years and bought multiple sets of tires from them in the past. Disregard all of the other positive comments. Rude is the number one word to remember here, along with arrogant. Sold me lug nuts I didn't need and refused to pay me my money back after only a few days. Tried to keep my $200.00 set of locking lug nuts they took off of my car. If you don't believe me on the price, call Toyota. My husband (who worked for Goodyear) had to demand them. Funny, after two to three days they still had them. Ruined the stud when they twisted off one of my lug nuts and said they didn't have the equipment to fix it. No restitution for their error. Had the lug nuts torqued down so tight I could not have taken them off on the side of the road. When my husband pointed this out, the guy rolled his eyes and said my wife wouldn't be caught in that situation. I don't know what has happened to their business but I will not be back!

I have to give it up to Tiretown in beebe y'all! In the last twenty years of doing business with them, They Always get me right in, with just about no wait time. They Come save the day if I'm broke down in town, at home or on the freeway! They take really good care of us everytime I ever have a concern about our tires & they're honest about what's going out or needs a little extra attention on our vehicles. Thank you to the techs and employees for always going above and beyond.-Customer for life

I was in town visiting family for the weekend and woke up with a flat tire. I came to tire town and they started working on it immediately . The service was friendly! I always prefer going to a locally owned business rather than a place like Walmart where it takes forever to get something done.

Worst place of business ever. Don't waste your time. Get there before they close and the sign on the door even says they are within business hours. The guy at the counter who was "luckily the owner" decided he doesn't care about customers. That's fine I would rather spend twice as much some where that does.
