Great customer service. They were able to work with me on finding the right spark plugs for my lawn mower. The variety of brands helped also. I decided to go with champion spark plugs. The sales associate was patient and helpful.

The employee Alec (red-haired gentleman) gave excellent customer service! I came in looking for oil & he helped me right away. He even came outside to check my oil type, my oil level, & my mileage in order to give me the most accurate information. :) He offered his expert advice without pressuring me to buy anything. This is how you gain loyal customers. Thank you, Alec!

This is the worst store especially if you are female. They talk to to you like you don't have a clue how to work on your truck. And especially if you are younger than 50 years old. They would not honor a battery warranty that was a year old!!! Best advice, go somewhere else

They usually have what you need and if not they will order it and get it in-store in a timely manner. The reason I'm giving this a three is because my husband and I had to make four trips to town because we were given the wrong part four different times on the same day. We told them the year, model, and make of the truck we needed parts for and it was pulled up on the computer and we were assured, each time, it was the part we needed. I think the young gentleman who waited on us was either not fully trained or just didn't care. Anyway, they did have the right part in- stock and we eventually got it.

Was standing in line patiently for almost 10 minutes,while guy was on phone, other employee walked up called guy that just walked in by name and helped him, so I left and went to autozone which were very helpful, so they got ordered what they didn't have in stock and walked out with everything they did have!! Thanks Autozone people!!!! Sorry oreillys you missed out on almost $1100!!!!

I was basically broke down in the parking lot of the Beebe, Arkansas O'Reilly parking lot. Two employees, Criss, and Alec went above and beyond in helping me get the parts I needed to get rolling again. These guys were awesome and deserve to be rewarded for their customer service.

Prices are reasonable, but I normally have to go to their warehouse location as most parts for my older truck "have to be ordered when I shop at the smaller satellite stores. The warehouse store has everything in stock... Well almost everythin

I blew a radiator line and limped it off the highway to this store. They had the line I needed in sock and even let me use their tool cart!! Fantastic store and staff!! Thanks guys, saved my day.

They will not honor the online coupon in store but Advance Auto honored oreillys coupon. Kinda makes you think.

I have dealt with Oriellys for a long while and the Beebe Ar Oriellys has sold me two new parts that were sold to me as new but didn t function at all like new parts and to be clear they looked new but were bad. After buying a bad part and having to get that part removed and another one installed....well ranked up the mechanic fees and ultimately made me mad. If I go to a parts store I would like to buy a new part as advertised, not a new part that is bad but a new part would be really nice. Oriellys should have to pay the mechanic fees for there screw up.
