Man this place will super knowledgeable about the whole aligning process of my vehicle I had been told several time it was going to cost me anywhere from 1500 to 2000 dollars to get my front end done cause it needed to be replaced an hometown auto took ot did there magic on it an my front end was fine needed a good alignment an wheel barings I left there so happy an will be using them again I really recommend this shop really great down to earth experience

I love finding a mechanic who is honest and does such great work. He calls you to let you know what's going on as the repair process continues and communicates in a great clear way. He's upfront about the costs and completes the work as quickly as possible. On the bill, he completely itemizes the costs for parts and labor as well. This is also the home of Hometown Trikes. I took my Harley there to have tires and wheel bearings replaced. David (the owner) is very good at what he does... he "knows his shiitake!" If you're ever in the Beebe, AR area and need minor auto repairs or work done on your Harley Davidson, this is the place! He is very honest and won't rip you off like some repair shops do. Highly recommended!

Dave made my husband's trike so much more enjoyable to ride! We never really got in more than 150 miles or so before..first time out after we got it back..200!Super great guys doing great work! Highly recommend

I've purchased tires for my Honda three times. I've never felt ripped off from this place. I've gotten great tires at great prices and these guys do quality work and seem to take pride in the work they do. Highly recommend them.

I've never had a problem out of this man and his workers they aren't the type to just fix random stuff that's fine because they dont know what the real problem is . He went out of his way the 1st he done some work for me because he wanted to be sure that was really my problem and that's after a $2,000 timing belt from the gmc dealership when all it needed was a $300 sensor in my back wheel changed! And they are very great on their prices!

I was recommended to Hometown by my neighbor that brags about how good they are. I had them replace some front end part and align my 2004 Denali. They were reasonably priced and did a great job. Hard to find these days.

I stopped in to see if a minor mechanical job could be done. The person that I spoke to was not only rude, but went out of his way to make sure that I will never, under any circumstances, give them business or refer anyone to them. I will instead, be using 64 Auto Inc, which is close to this location. They have effectively reassured me that my business is appreciated, unlike the person(s) at Hometown Auto.

Please don t make the mistake of taking your vehicle to this shop. I took my truck to this shop and drove away. I started smelling gas coming from under the hood. I popped the hood and there was gas dripping on the engine. I have several trucks I usually take to his shop. I tried to take it back and his punk son threw my keys at me and told me not to come back. I hope and pray that they close this shop it s very dangerous when they don t what they are doing. My truck almost caught on fire. There are more shops in town that will fix your vehicles right. God bless

Good mechanic but kind of a jerk and just rushes alignments. others have good things to say but after getting a rush job on 3 out of 5 alignments I don't think the guy really values repeat business... did I mention hes a condescending jerk?? He seriously acts as though nobody has a clue but him because he has a shop and you don't... pathetic attitude.. Searcy has lots of better alignment shops to choose from.

Last week we took my girls car in for front end work and I was completely satisfied... Thursday I'm taking my truck in for complete front end and possibly radiator to be done. I was completely happy with the service they did on our maxima that I'll trust them on my dodge

They ONLY two reasons there are not 5 stars: 1 the man that I've dealt with doesn't think I know what I'm talking about, not sure if it's because Im a female. I may not know what the correct name of a part is BUT I don't just call it a name, I tell you what I think it's called, tell you "I think its called a ......" then I explain where it is, what it looks like (even if i have to draw a pictutre of it) and what it does. 2: I have OCD that comes with major anxiety. "Trusting" someone under the hood of my car is non-existent when I'm not allowed to watch them. James Bell once had me sign a release and as long as I wasn't in the way, I could stand to the side of the hood. I signed a release a long time ago when there was another shop here in Beebe where razorback is now and just to set in a chair in the shop but I could still see. I've always been accommodated. I not only want to see what you're doing but i want you to talk to me like I'm a student or you're training me. I want to know how i got to not only the "what" BUT to the "why" as well. So I can avoid it the next time. No I'm not gonna take just your word. If I have to settle and take my car into an actual shop then I must be in dyer need. No anxiety nah Not at this shop!... Sure, I can watch through the window from the office. I still can't see your hands or what you are touching. Now, in their defense they did exactly what I asked them to, nothing less, nothing more. I took in my own parts, I get the same parts most of the time cheaper. They of course recommend other services and I say no thank you just slap this suckers in there for me and we're good. They do an OK job. I only say that because I've had to take a car back not sure which car, maybe a maxima for shock issues. I got the wrong ones. Well, they put them on there. I didn't follow suggested name brand and they weren't "light" enough. Instead of just telling me they were not the right size for what i wanted the car to do.....they (shop) did exactly what I told them to do. Touche' hometown. I recommend them because they do what you tell them to even when you're hard headed. So far nothung has broken as a result from being at their shop. They haven't fixed this, to Break that, so you have to come back like tons of others place's do. I won't go back unless it's summer, hot and I'm huge fat and pregnant like last time. But I'd let my sister, mom or daughter.

Went in to have a broken passenger side motor mount changed back in May. Got a motor mount changed, but cone to find out it was the driver side mount, which was fine. Didn't notice it for about 2 months. Went back when I noticed my engine was sitting sideways again, and the guy who runs the place made excuse after excuse on how he couldn't help me. I will never go back and will not refer anyone to them.
