ZERO Accountability or genuine efforts made. Ate about $20K+ in damages that should have clearly been arbitrated. Purchased a Mclaren on OVE with no listed damage, Central Arkansas Auto Auction facilitated the deal.We submitted a ARB claim on the Mclaren within the time frame and with a valid claim. To sum it up, they said nothing we arbitrated was present during their courtesy CR performed and that "it must" have been caused by the transport company (photos attached display wear caused over a long duration of bad ownership, not over a 8 hour drive on a car hauler). They later mention that their courtesy inspection was non-official inspection and that I should have made a better decision of hiring a enclosed trailer along with requesting a PPI to begin with. They also claim that there were witnesses and a video recording of transport damage, therefore the case is closed and could not provide me any assistance. I requested this video and it has been over a month with no evidence of backing up their accusations...The belly pan with previously drilled holes, blown turbocharger, excessive oil leaks, worn headlight housing, missing bolts all over the car, cracked and sun damaged carbon fiber trim, water damaged taillights is supposedly completely on us?!? Have to take a big hit on this but I would hope that NO OTHER BUYER goes through the same experience. BUYER BEWARE!

Top notch auction from the ringmen to the office, managment and inbetween. If you re a used car dealer in AR, make it a priority to visit CAAA!

Excellent staff and service! Dealers only auction with a great line up, different line ups each week. Free breakfast and lunch on Wednesdays for the Dealers as a thank you for coming out!

No public auctions. Just feeds the used car lots with more questionable clunkers at an insane price. They could at least have an open auction a couple times a year or once in a while. We shouldn't be pushed to have to deal with the often slimy and shady tactics of used car dealers.

I like the folks there. They are a family owned business. Those transporters are really down to earth loveable people. People driving the auction cars.I loved working there! Dan was my boss and my favorite also shout out to Brett and Melissa! I haven t been there in a while.

I wish there is a way to give them a negative review. we have purchased a car from them on February thru an auction and it says at the time of purchase that the title was available which we found out later on that it was a lie. payment of over 40k was made by wire on time, since then we have not received the title 4 month late... we've spoke with Emily, Anabel and Josh no one can get the title over to us. different stories every time and it got beyond frustrating. when we realized that they didn't have the title we request a refund and we were told that the title has been sent to a wrong address but another one will be sent and as of today the issue has not been resolved yet and no one in that location cares. this is unacceptable and they are deceitful! we need someone to resolve this immediately. last 6 of the VIN 710493
